Really enjoyed working with this company. Great communication and professionalism. We had an old fireplace insert that was no longer safe to burn in. These guys installed a new chimney for us. I did the tile work and then they put the stove in, a Blaze King Sirocco 20.2. It has made a huge difference in our home, keeps the place a very comfortable temperature. A-1 really knew their stuff and were able to answer all our questions. They always showed up on time, and were very intent on doing the job right. Can't recommend them enough.

I purchased my house this summer. First A-1Rooftop came out to inspect my chimney, fireplace, and wood stove. All 3 were in disrepair and unusable. Ron, the owner, came out and assessed the seriousness of my situation and drew up a bid to repair the wood stove and chimney. Today the crew came and did the work. Afterwards, I was given the time to ask all of my questions without feeling rushed or that my questions were silly. I highly recommend A-1 Rooftop!!!

Long overdue review! These guys took out our old heavy woodstove and installed a beautiful new gas fireplace. This including making the opening larger. We also had them come back and install a pellet stove in another building at a later date. Ron, Jeff and Ty( and others) are all super friendly, knowledgeable and dependable. Highly recommend!

Called put to sweep our chimney. Found several serious defects installation was done incorrectly and also our wood stove had 3 cracks in the heat exchanger. The whole system was bad. We had bought this home in June 2023,so if you are buying a home have a professional chimney sweep inspect! Very happy with their work! Cleaned up after themselves. Easy to have around stuck to task,yet friendly. We will use them again.

Ron, Taylor and the crew did a fantastic job. In one day they rebuilt my chimney, took care of two fireplaces and added inserts. We are extremely happy with the work and the look of the inserts. We were also very happy to have it done so quickly with a nice large crew. Most companies only offer one or two guys and take several days. Thank you Ron, Taylor and the crew for fantastic job.

So this was our first time having a chimney looked at. We got with the house we bought a couple years ago some receipts for work done with this company back in 2016, so I decided to call them to have ours serviced as I was unsure when it was done last. the girl I spoke with on the phone (sorry I didn't write her name down) was super nice and courteous. when our technician showed up to do the work, Randy was his name, he was super polite and knowledgeable. He explained the whole process to me and answered all my questions as I had never had a chimney and wood stove serviced. I was very pleased with the service. It's hard to imagine, but there really are still managers/owners of companies out there who really do understand what it means to provide great customer service, and interaction with their top-notch employees makes this statement evident! The scheduling lady (sorry, I do not know her name) is always courteous and will follow-up as promised to find a workable appointment that meets your needs. Tim is always a great sweep with fast, reliable, and thorough service. Today I was stranded with a flat tire in the snow, rain and cold with no cell phone service on my way from Ione to Colville. Jeff from this company stopped to assist me and took me to a phone where I could call home for help. Then on his way back through, he stopped to make sure everything was ok as the tire was being changed. I am so thankful for his kindness and assistance. I was in tears! He didn't have to stop or get me to a safe place, but he did and I am grateful. If I burned wood I would most certainly use this company! They obviously hire the best people. Thank you Jeff!

I have been using A-1 Rooftop Chimney Sweep services for over 20 years and have been meaning to post a review. I purchased a new Pacific Energy wood stove two years ago and had it installed by A-1. They did a perfect job and the stove is incredibly efficient and beautiful. A-1 has cleaned my chimney and revived my chimney caps and have always done an outstanding job. Brandon cleaned my chimney today and listened to a small concern I had, then proceeded to carefully inspect and explain the simple fix of an added screw to the pipe vent. Again, a wonderful job. Contacted them, they have been very busy. They came out looked at what needed to be fixed and replaced. Gave us a quote and told us they are approximately 5 weeks out and we understood. We contacted them and said we want them to do the work and they were able to get us taken care of sooner then they expected. Ron, Jeff, Kam, and Tim all did an amazing job from start to finish removing a very large fireplace structure in my home, including the chimney on the roof and through the attic.
