I’m not sure what they did to our dogs (shih tzus) while they were under their care for grooming, but they came back completely different personality wise and acting injured! Our perky boy now hides from us, won’t lay down (falls asleep sitting up), and doesn’t even respond to treats that he used to come running for! Please do not make the mistake we did and trust this business with your pets. Please find another groomer! I’m heartbroken wondering what happened to our sweet dogs while they were there and hope they recover from whatever happened!

We've been taking our dogs here the past 6 months or so and I couldn't be happier. One dog is very shy and some groomers dont take the time to make him comfortable and some can't cut his nails because of it. Doggie Doos takes the time, he loves them, and they cut his very long hair perfectly. He's been shaved before at a different groomer so his fur is a little difficult but they do a great job. My other dog is a husky and they do an excellent job getting as much of his shedding fur out as possible. Highly recommend for very fluffy, shedding dogs. Thank you for being so gentle with my boys!

I have two Bernese Mt. Dogs and they have been getting groomed here for 3 years. The staff here do such a wonderful job. My dogs are always exceptional looking when they are done. They love going and run up to the door to be let in. They have such a wonderful experience that they don't want to leave. I highly recommend them

Terrible haircut, and my dog was very skittish for 4 days after getting her haircut there. She was so rude when talking with her also.We will not be going back.

Owner seemed very kind and definitely loved animals. I felt she handled my long haired cat too roughly. I realize cats can be difficult to handle and shave, I still felt it was too rough. She was rushing the whole time because she had scheduled another appointment for 30 minutes after my cats appointment. I have found multiple nicks on him, and she didn't shampoo him after shaving him. I didn't ask for him to get a bath, but I had figured she would do that after shaving him. Being home now, he is very uncomfortable and itchy. I am now going to have to give him a bath at home. Overall, I wouldn't go back for my cat again, simply because I felt the haircut was rushed, and I wanted it to be not as traumatic for my cat.

Do not bring your dog here! The owner is completely incompetent when it comes to grooming. She completely hacked my dogs hair and it’s going to take a long time for it to grow back. She did the complete opposite of what I asked her to do. I will never take my baby back there again!!

Great groomers! Taken both dogs there & they are wonderful. Even was willing & able to groom my border collie who has some fear aggression! They are very experienced & have a passion for dogs & grooming. Will be using them for all needs.

Great place for getting your cat shaved or groomed. Super reasonable price, done in a super short amount of time and great looking results. They were super kind, made sure no dogs were there to scare him and his quality lions cut made me super happy.

Took my cat in to get her shaved and I was told it would be less then an hour and they would call as soon as they were ready. After 2 hours and no call I went in to see how it was going and my cat was sitting in her carrier already done. I was annoyed about them not calling but really mad when I got home to find my cat had been cut in 3 different spots. Her paw pad was cut pretty bad and her white paw was all bloody. No one told me she had been cut at all. There is no way this could have went unnoticed because there was blood on the outside of the kennel so she was bleeding when they put her in. Accidents happen I understand that, but I was very upset that they didn't say anything about it. I was told she did great and it went very easily.

Very rude and implied we don’t take care of our dogs. When we picked our dogs up one of them had been cut twice... they didn’t tell us. So we called them to complain about them cutting our dog and while we were talking to them they down the phone and were not listening to us. They are plain out rude. I would not suggest coming here. EVER.

The Cheney location is a joke! Never take your animals here! I cant even believe how horrible this haircut it! It seriously looks like my dog just came back from the vet after a surgery! There was a lady that used to own this place that was wonderful (she has the airway heights doggie doos i believe) but then a new lady took over and butchered my dog. My dog is supposed to have long hair she shaved (uneven) patches on the belly and arms saying it will make him cooler this summer. I can sort of understand if it was because there was mats, but there was not! The shave marks show the razor burn she created and the strips she cut out werent even. Its like she accidentally didnt put the guard on and wasnt paying attention until half way through. I seriously feel so bad for my dog because the razor burn is very uncomfortable.

This local shop is great! The ladies working there take very good care of the pets that they groom. I'm very picky about who I take my dog to, and they are great with him. He loves his fluff and puff at Doggie Doo's!

Terrible customer service and extremely unprofessional. Went there to get my dogs nails trimmed and they cut them so short that it hurt him. When I told them they might be hurting him the employeee laughed. Extremely rough with my dog and even yelled at him. Never had an issue anywhere else getting my puppies nails trimmed. I’d recommend never taking any of your animals here for any service.

I take my furry baby to Doggie Doo's and I'm very happy with the way she looks and smells :) Wendy is great at accommodating me when I really need to get in fast. They do a great job on cutting Sprinkles hair and making her look like a show dog and they even put bows on her ears. THANK YOU DOGGIE DOO'S :D

I have 2 dogs(large breeds) and Doggy Doos doesn't charge me extra for their size. One is a pit mix, the other is a Bernese mix. I pay 70 for both of them to get a full groom. Love Doggie Doos!

I brought them one of my working dogs that was, beyond recovery, covered in poo. I wasn't going to touch him and there wasn't a water trough big enough. Got him back clean as a whistle and for what I thought was a reasonable price.

If I could give this place a negative rating I would. They cut my dog and it wasn’t like a little one. It was deep cut. It is rediculious for a supposive professional dog groomer to cut my dog!!
