Absolutely loved our stay! The property is impeccably maintained, and the staff couldn't have been friendlier. The amenities like the heated pool, hot tub, and fire pit were fantastic. Perfect location, steps away from a park and beach. Our suite was spacious with a well-equipped kitchen and a huge balcony. Only downside was some noise from the road, especially in the morning. Still, highly recommended!"

This was a little more upscale than the usual Worldmark property.Views were nice. It's located in the middle of everything which was nice. You could head either direction and find something to do or eat.No pressure salespeople on staff which was nice. Didn't like the treatment at other locations now that we are below "bottom tier" due to point restructuring. 🤔Rooms: More upscale than the normal Worldmark properties.Nearby activities: Casino, many wineries, multiple grocers, lots of food.Walkability: Easy walks plus a great park for picnics nearby.

Beautiful rooms, I would even say our 3 bedroom unit was luxurious. Lots of room and a lovely big deck.Nice size swimming pool in the back.Underground parking could be secure if they used security measures.Staff are friendly and helpful.Across the busy street is a large park with beach access to the lake.The biggest deterrent to staying here is the road noise. The road is very busy with large trucks going back and forth to the orchards and wineries all day, and this makes it very, very noisy. We tried sitting on our deck in the sun to enjoy some wine and cheese and quickly moved inside as it was so hard to have a conversation.We like to have the bedroom windows open at night to have fresh air but were woken early in the morning due to traffic noise.It is a great place. Just be aware of the noise level.

Amazing staff and rooms!!! We did Thanksgiving, and my daughters 4th birthday at the resort. The rooms were expertly cleaned, and kitchen fully loaded. They even left us a towel with our last name embrodied, a roaster for our turkey, and gave our 4 year old a balloon and present for her birthday. Love the rooms, hot tub, pool that is heated year round, and staff who go above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Service is wonderful, very kind staff. But I'm yet again disappointed that I'm given a room without a view. I came to Lake Chelan and I'm placed in a room overlooking the garage bins-- which were picked up at 0640am. Loudly. The hotel was NOT full. I do not understand why you wouldn't offer the option to look at the lake? Also, Folgers coffee?? Please, try to off anything better.

Service was amazing! They delivered promptly what we needed or ran out of.The pool and hot tub were really nice to use and we enjoyed the snow falling while sitting in the hot tub.The rooms are getting slightly tired looking. But they are comfortable and well furnished.The main road runs right next to the complex, there's some road noise. Also, there's only one building, so it's a small world mark. The views are amazing, snow covered mountains reflected in the beautiful lake.Food & drinks: There's a grocery store about 20 steps away, very convenient. The town is walkable and quaint.

Outstanding views and convenient location! Heated pool and hot tub are great. This location is right next to a large park and an easy walk to the lake. Two restautants within a block and an IGA grocery store next door. Large deck with the perfect mix of privacy and views. Units are in the process of being remodeled, so older units (that still look good) will be more modern soon.

We had the most wonderful time staying here last week. The weather was perfect, but the service was even better. The rooms were clean and when we needed anything (towels, recycle bags) it was delivered to us quickly. I really loved reserving pool time for our group. The text feature is also a huge plus when contacting the office. My family and I had the most wonderful time here, the staff was so kind and accommodating. Thank you for making our first vacation since the pandemic safe and fantastic!

Love(d) this place. Right up until they called my room at 10pm tonight telling me that they'd mistakenly given me a second parking pass and that I'd have to move my car right now because someone else needed the space.Not only did they wake up my 5 year old because it was 10pm, but the lady on the phone was unapologetic and unnecessarily rude. A little embarrassment, even a hint of an apology could have gone a long way.The reason they are short on parking is (according to her) half of their garage spots are taken up by construction equipment. The construction that started at 730am Saturday and Sunday morning with a reciprocating saw in the unit next to ours was also pretty unpleasant.I still love this place, but can't forgive the 10pm call and insistence I move my car immediately when we have two passes. A manager helping us feel confodent this won't happen again will go a long way.

The check in process was good and our room was clean with a great view of the lake. It's a nice change from our busy schedule just to get weekend getaway. Wish we have more time to enjoy the resort. Didn't even check out the pool, club house, gym or game room for ping pong. We have a beautiful sunny weekend weather, but I guess they get pretty good weather here.

Parking is trouble, has a very small underground parking garage. Only allows 1 vehicle per room, street parking available, and place is safe and quiet. Across the street from park/ lake with a IGA next door. And safeway starbuck and DT chelan with in walking distance.Nearby activities: Boating, swimming, paddle boarding rentals. ParkSafety: Was told not many every safe and quit place seem like it too.Walkability: Safeway, staruck are within 5 min walking distance. And DT chelan isn't much farther.Food & drinks: The a drive in burger place and a pizza place across the streets.

I’m impressed with this location!! It’s very roomy, clean, tidy and absolutely beautiful! Curbside check in was quick and easy! One of the best resorts I’ve ever been. Will definitely go back! There’s just one thing I didn’t like, it’s too close on the street that you can hear all the cars on the road but there’s nothing really we can about that. It is what it is. We had a great and I think that’s all that matters. See you again soon!

Worldmark Chelan has it all. The public docks are across the street and a super convienant way to engage in your favorite water activity. Store next door, Starbucks aroind the corner. Wow!3 bedroom units are awesome and views from the deck are aimed at the lake.

Nice resort. Could use an update. Furniture is alittle shabby. Grounds well maintained. Housekeeping staff very nice. Local bus is free. Bus stop out by entrance.A white Tesla was charging down by the dock. Who pays for that? I feel like they should be charging that at their unit, with their meter.

I am providing three stars because the main reason you stay somewhere during a vacation is to sleep and bathe.. The hide-a-bed mattress was completely shot, I'm really glad we brought the thick memory foam roll up, but I still felt the bars through it. The shower pressure wasn't good, and didn't have different settings.However, it was clean and provided enough kitchen supplies for the weekend. Hot tub and pool were fantastic and they had a good system for reserving spots due to covid. Great service.

The 3 bedroom condo was spacious and clean. Full kitchen...2 king beds and a smaller room with bunk beds! Plenty of towels as needed including pool and hot tub close by. Kitchen cooking/dishes supplies were great..didn't need any of my own. Incredible view of the hills/moumtains but the drawback was the nice big deck with a dinning table face a super busy street. Great fast WI-FI as I had to work one day remotely.

We went right before the covid shutdown which limited where we could go. Ultimately the pool looked nice, but we couldn't go in. All of the normal amenities were closed so I can't comment on them. The room was nice but I did notice some cheap water damage repairs in the bathroom. Furthermore the dryer vent was right above the covered patio table. There was lint on the table and condensation damage on the ceiling of the patio. I deducted two stars because of the damage and design flaws. Otherwise it was a nice place in the bedrooms and main living area. Beware the 3 bedroom has two king size beds and a bunk bed. We thought it meant two masters. There is only 2 bathrooms and one master.

This vacation was one of the best we’ve ever taken. The condo was centrally located to so many fun things. The pool was great. The lake was even better. The rooms were clean and spacious. The facilities included on site were awesome...pool noodles at the pool, fire pit complete with roasting sticks, a beautiful patio sitting area, and a good workout and game room. Our family was happy and entertained for our entire week and we wish we were there again.

First Worldmark location in the Pacific North West and it did not disappoint. Here's the important stuff. Staff was excellent and helpful. Everything was clean and open for use. Room was amazing! We ended up cooking in the suite for the first 4 days straight and had no issues with anything. See for yourself....(photos)

Very nice accommodations. We were told we weren't guaranteed parking but then there was plenty of spots and also couldn't check in early because the room may not be available but then it was ready when we arrived. 3 bedroom unit was very comfortable.

3 bedroom unit was clean and fully stocked. Curbside check-in was fast and efficient. View of the lake was good. However, don't plan on spending time on the patio chilling or visiting. There is constant traffic and very noisy. Took away one star for that. IGA grocery store is next door and has a great selection.

Rooms are nice, appears updated, stainless steel appliances, two head shower.Fireplace is fake.Location is excellent!Walking distance to town center.Across the street from the park and summertime activities.Pool was supposedly 85, but couldn't keep up with sub freezing temperatures.Hot tub was good.Timeshare but didn't get bugged for the "talk".
