Great customer service! We showed up expecting to fit a paddle board in our car. When that wasn’t possible the owner offered an inflatable option that was perfect. He even provided some tips and a quick tutorial.

Wayne was there when I needed him! My front derailleur failed halfway through a 1,000 km ebike packing journey from Canada.I found him through an internet search. I called. He answered. He was open and easy to find. Wayne had my bike up and running in no time. Thank you, LakeRider Sports!

I recently stayed at the nearby Campbell's Resort for a work outing. During the retreat, we rented numerous items from LakeRider Sports. It was a tremendous experience.The first day we took paddleboards and kayaks out on the lake and the staff was very helpful in showing how to use them. Checking out the boards and kayaks and returning them was a very easy process. The next day I rented a mountain bike for the whole day. The owner gave me some accurate directions to a good fishing spot as well as a supreme mountain biking trail. Such a blast.Easy recommendation on LakeRider.

Way Fun! Snag a board or kayak right from the beach and be on the water immediately. Most places you gotta awkwardly strap the board to your car and drive it to the lake. LakeRider was awesome. I was on the water in under 5 mins. So fun to get out on the lake definitely the way to see this beautiful town.

I would recommend anyone who wants to meet some really nice people and have a fantastic time to go here! My grandchildren and I rented paddle boards and a kayak. They are right down on the water and will give you all the help you may need. This was so much fun we will be back next year. I can’t wait!!

Their location was convenient right at the beach. We asked the cost to rent the day before and the employee said $25. We brought that amount not realizing they charge tax. They received two stars for charging more because we paid cash. The employee indicated that his boss didn't want him to make change, so they rounded up when paying cash. We didn't bring a credit card to the beach. My recommendation is to have exact change when paying cash or pay with a credit card. (Or be prepared to pay more.)

Fantastic service! 10 stars if I could that’s how excelente service was. enjoyed our paddle boards to the fullest and the guy attending was very sweet :) if you want something to do at the lake I suggest you come here, very satisfied

Great place that you can rent Kayaks and Paddleboards. The rental guy was amiable and gave us dry kayaks (from past experiences, I remember that the seat on the kayaks was wet). I would highly recommend going here; will be back again!

My son and I love lakerider sports!! The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and you can't beat the location. It's right downtown Chelan by Don Morse park and Lakeview Drive In. They offer kayaks (single and double), paddleboards, and the SUPsquatch (eight person paddle board). Great for sunny days on the lake :)

LakeRider set us up with a SUP rental on an "on call" request just before the busy season. They were very acommodating and gave great tips to get off paddling on two feet!

We had a great time! They were super busy but the people there were working as quickly as they could and communicated well. Friendly staff. The only thing that’s a bit confusing is where to find them (because it’s on the beach not at the stand and it’s not marked) but not a biggie. We’d def use them again!

They were nice and accommodating, and the only people open on a grey Saturday the week after Labor Day weekend. We rented kayaks for 1hr. Had a great time.

Very chill place for non-motorized rentals. Would come back here for sure rather than the crazy rentals at the other (South) side of the lake. It's no frills but they take credit card.

So we went to rent kayaks, first the guy said I’ll come back in a minute while u guys decide what to rent then we have to go and look for him at the shop, he said go to the lake I will help you there we went there he helped everybody else but us which I don’t know and I’ll try to said something to him and he was rude, we tried to even help and same soo I know that he was busy that’s why we tried to help anyways we took the kayak at our time to comeback it was a girl there she was sooooo helpful and so nice seriously I was wow what a difference
