The worker are great except the security staff. One specifically, day time female stalker. Follows my girlfriend around the whole time shopping. This has been going on for years. Something needs to be done.

Super convenient spot to stop for a quick snack halfway between Seattle and Portland. There's a Tesla supercharger station right next to it making it a natural spot to stop for a charge and not just sit in your car. This store still has a ton of self-checkout stations so it is quick to pay, leave, and get back on the road.

8:06 pm on a Thursday. Self-check was closed. One cashier lane open with a long line. I asked an employee if I could speak to a Manager. The employee called on his radio and a couple of minutes later he told me "no one can come" and walked away. I'm thinking Safeway's business is going to pickup, since Walmart has become a waste of time!

Clean, well stocked, new options, and customer service has gotten better. Love the grocery delivery and pick up options.Best to shop when they open as this location is a lawless madland by the afternoon.The beauty section is terrible! It's not very well organized or stocked, and most everything is locked, so everyone is having to ask the one worker (who is also responsible for the till) to unlock everything.

My disabled sibling is a very picky eater. She put these kettle salt chips on her last order- no substitutions. They gave her salt and vinegar. If they didn’t have the regular should have just refunded that part of the order.But they weren’t diligent and wanted the sale so they just substituted with something that would count as a sale.For that this experience is 1 star because she doesn’t want to leave the house (anxiety issues) to deal with the refund process.

Recommend to join Walmart+ online, it's so cost saving and rewarding and cash back deals are instant and plenty. I only ever order groceries for delivery which is free when you sign up for Walmart+ or I do the pickup option, I'm able to save so much time on shopping. Walmart+ online shopping is legit life changing. No more stress or anxiety of shopping in store!

This Walmart has really gone downhill, in my opinion. They're consistently out of everything. They have employees consistently stocking during business hours which is frustrating when you're trying too shop. Plus because of the uptick in shoplifting in this area they have increased their loss prevention employees and it is noticed. Because of this almost EVERY CUSTOMER there is looked at or treated as if they're stealing. This has happened to me on multiple occasions there and it was embarrassing to say the very least. And even when they realized THEY had made a mistake they offered no apologies to myself or any member of my family. As often as I'm able too I drive out of town to avoid shopping here.

Can't wait for Winco,Just so many people, takes 10-15 minutes just to find parking, the store is always a nightmare,Shelves are always bare, everyone is rude and unfriendly and I don't mean the staff. It's the other customers, I guess they feel the same way I do, and you forget to get half if the things that you went in for because your trying like hell to get out,They really need to move the blood pressure machine to costumer service. Come on Winco!!!

As is often the case Google Maps wants a review, but it won't show me the listing so I have no idea which location this is... I'm guessing Chehalis...For being really busy, having a bunch of really "interesting" customers (the % of odd folks has gone up quite a bit over the years) it is well stocked, clean, and (for Walmart) has decent staff (both numbers and skill).I'm not a big fan of the Walmart concept, but this one is one of the best I've been around.Btw: It's been a while but I'm 95% sure I reviewed this on Google Maps before.

Always seem to be short on checkers and I am not a fan of their "self check out but we will hover over you, accuse you of stealing while checking your receipts for items we refuse to provide bags for" policy. They need more checkers and less do it yourself stations, imo. Also generally out of anything I came in for.

Christmas Eve, 2023… last minute shopping and stocking shopping. (I always save stockings for night before Xmas just to make sure my kids don’t find them early and BOOM their entire belief system around Christmas and Santa clause is destroyed, right?) I was hastily making my way up and down the aisles, had probably a good $200 worth of stocking stuffers and other random gifts and such in my bags ready to go. With only about thirty min left until closing time. I thought I had done it. Something had finally gone right this season.. I was wrong. I grab my phone (I pay with Walmart+ app on my phone to save time from having to wait in line and such..) and it’s DEAD. I no longer carry any cards or cash on me usually anymore I just use Apple Pay or since Walmart doesn’t support Apple Pay (🤨) I use Walmarts app.. so I start kinda freaking out but I figure it’s fine I have like ten dollars in my pocket I can buy a charger and charge my phone real quick it’ll just take a cpl min to pay and I’ll be on my way.. I buy the charger head towards an outlet and just as my phone clicks on this unpleasant cross dresser (trans maybe I dunno? 🤷‍♀️) comes up to me and tells me that he’s gonna call the cops if he sees me plug my phone in again… I explain the situation but he wants no part of it and just calls this woman, whom I can only assumes name is Karen, over to where we were and she YANKS THE CHARGER OUT OF THE WALL AND THROWS IT DOWN AT MY FEET. I was stunned! So I ask her if I can park my cart in customer service and charge my phone in my car and come right back in. She tells me that they won’t let me back in since it’s so close to closing time. I try to explain the whole stocking thing but she’s not having it, she’s done. I’m effed. I’m teary eyed frantically calling to employees asking them if I can even pay a couple dollars to use an outlet as it would only take a min I just have to hit pay and I’m done. I asked SIX OTHER EMPLOYEES. Three of which gave me a dirty look and walked away, two said straight NO, and I’m pretty sure one called me the B word before he flicked his cigarette in my face and spat at me. Ok maybe that last one is embellished a LITTLE. But honestly that’s how it felt. I’ve since gone back for a few things here or there but never again will I rely on this store for anything having to do with my kids Xmas spirit. If I could rate them -25 stars I would.

We were visiting the area.. this Walmart was way bigger the ones near our home. The aisles felt like they kept going! It was fun! 🤣Workers were friendly and store was clean

I had some no receipt returns to take back. Waited in line and was told that they wouldn't return something that I know for a fact i bought in the store cause it was bought off walmart.com but I went and found the same peice one with one thing extra and it had the same stamp for walmart.com. So makes no logical sense why they wouldn't return the item. Another thing I didn't like is the fact I had my card j bought items on and showed on a different receipt for another item I had to take back and I asked nicely for cash back having to card and all. But I was told that I couldn't get cash back it needed to go back on the card but the lady next to me was getting cash back after asking for it. So they really need to go back go following to rules and not play favorites with there customers. We can just as easily take out business elsewhere and fund someone else. But thats my rant and rave for the day about this walmart. Other then that they have helping walmart workers and most of there shelves are stocked up from a day to day basics but I wouldn't get to hopeful.

Let's be honest, no Walmart is going to get a good review. But the Chehalis WA location is just dirty and constantly has sketchy people camping out in it/homeless or beggars by front doors. There's been someone actually shooting something up in the mens bathroom too, so don't use the restroom here. It's mostly self check out with tiny little cart area so if you're actually getting family groceries you'll have to stand in line forever to get an actual cashier.

It's definitely a Walmart staff doing their best considering their responsibilities. It has at least 80% automated checkout and it closes at 11 pm which is national but also inconvenient at times. Very low vibrations at this store. Get in, get out.

Walmart continues to do well by our family in terms of offering produce at a price that's competitive without having to buy massive quantities like all the other items we get at Costco. However, I'm always met with confusion when I ask where anything is.

I usually order online and use the pickup. Just be aware to still bring your own bags and they will bag your groceries for you, but if you forget your bags then the groceries are just placed in your vehicle all loose.Next thing I have noticed is that if you order semi heavy items like Cran-Raspberry 1/2 gallon size +/-, they are always shipped to your house for free which is really weird and inconvenient. Also today I ordered 2 cartons of XL white eggs (18 size) and they said they were not in stock. There were a few other items “not in stock”, so I just left everything in the cue and physically went to the store. Everything they said couldn’t be picked was on the shelves and in stock! I approached a mid aged stocker near the eggs and asked her why this was. She said it is the pickers that just randomly decide they don’t want to pick some items for whatever reason and mark them not in stock. She said it is the younger pickers that do this and she did say it is hard to find good help nowadays. I think management should have a way to check this “not in stock” stuff and fix it on the spot, but I am sure that just takes too much time, etc.However it is still more convenient to order online, bring your own bags and pick up your groceries. I just did this physical check to see for myself if my suspicions were correct and they were. Just FYI. Have a great day!

Management realy left a bad taste in my mouth. Customer care was just as bad. Return with a receipt was about like going to the dentist for a root canal or someone dragging the finger nails across a chalkboard

Came in at 10pm to grab 3 things real quick. ALL the self checkouts were closed and only 2 registers were open with two very slow cashiers. My 5 minute stop turned into 30 minutes as I waited for shoppers in line with large number of items. Customers were backed up 6 or 7 deep on the two registers. Plenty of employees were in the store, but they were running just 2 cashiers. Ruined my night after a long day at work. Just close if you aren’t going to care about getting people checked out in a timely way. This Walmart has over 40 self checkouts. They didn’t bother to open any of them.

I got my oil changed there a couple days ago and right after I got a lifters knock I didn’t have that before I let them change my oil and now I have one I noticed the sound right after I got my car back but i didn’t know what it was but come to find out its a lifter knock I'm extremely upset my car has never had and mechanical issues or any issues in general and after letting WALMART change my oil I have an issue I’m never going there again for an oil change!

Loved our tire service there, both vehicles; appreciate all the organics we can find there; the time I ordered my groceries and they brought it out to me went flawlessly. I fund myself patronizing this Walmart more often, it's located so conveniently. Today, went with a friend, and one of their clerks located an item she thought she'd have to do without because we couldn't find it in the shelf.

Can not hardly get through the store. Isles are narrow and with employees stocking you can't get down some of the Isles. Food section has bare shelves with no choices or out of things. Plus the checkout process is ridiculous.

A good half of the employees are rude and who could blame them when management is screeching at them in front of customers. Let's not mention how the Customer Service desk is run. I avoid this place as much as I can but sometimes, it's a necessary evil. Not politically but humanly.
