Every time I come, the baristas are always cheerful, professional and nice. They have good coffee. I have not once had a bad coffee from there. The muffins and the Italian sodas are good from there. The milkshakes are the best. Good prices.

My partner & I were about to go adventuring & stopped here for drinks. Much to our delight, they have Lotus energy drinks on tap!! Yay! Those are our favorites. Both drinks turned out fabulous. I highly suggest Lotus Red with peach & a splash of OJ.

I was so disappointed today when purchasing our coffee’s. No hand washing at all from money to coffee making. Long Hair was all over the place and tips in my coffee as the 2 girls were talking about other people over my open coffee. Touched the tips of straws with their dirty hands. After I saw that with another customer, I asked for no straws in our order. Just nasty all the way around. Please teach your employees clean habits and professional etiquette. I don’t want there spit in my drinks! Or their hair or get sick from no hand washing at all. We live local and used to love this place.

We came here once a week ago. It was our first "coffee shack" experience (as we affectionately call it) since we were visiting the Northwest for the first time. Their coffee is straight up delicious. The staff was very friendly. We immediately agreed that their coffee was both better and cheaper than Starbucks and were happy to learn how much demand for good coffee there is in WA. Highly recommend!

I travel quite a distance to hit the bakery behind this coffee shop, whenever I can! So I finally decided to try out this coffee shop(duh, it's always packed and in the same parking lot)! As an avid coffee stand visitor, my sister and I recieved 2 cups of expensive disappointment here! The customer service was sub par to say the best, and I guess the bottom line for me is that if I wanted a cup of iced red bull, that's what I would have bought. For more than 5$, at least let us taste the flavor we came for.

Best coffee ever. Their coffee tastes amazing and there is no other place withing 100 miles that can compete w their prices. The line may be long but it is worth the wait. Don't ever go to a coffee shop that no one else is waiting for. The girls are super friendly and the coffee will start the day off right!

Best coffee in the area for sure! Great service and excellent coffee. Jesi is hands down the best barista I’ve ever gotten coffee from in my life. As a coffee enthusiast I am pretty picky about my coffee but I’m yet to get a bad coffee from Jesi. 10/10 highly recommend this shop.

Best coffee in Spokane county! Seriously, good strong coffee flavor but never bitter. The baristas are super friendly and all knew my drink by heart. Shaky Grounds also makes the best Italian sodas, they never taste watered down like some places. Good prices too. Only downside is I can't go every week any more since we moved closer to town 😭

Great coffee, one of my favorite places to get coffee IF they get the order correct. I would come in with my wife and order two drinks (our regular), they would get one correct and mess up the order drink. All I asked for was one being white coffee and wouldn’t listen or simply forget that and give black coffee. It would be fine if it happens once or twice but it happens pretty commonly.

This is my favorite coffee stand this side of the Mississippi...and would bet my left foot it's the best on both sides of the Mississippi! The barista Jessica makes a cup a joe that will have you head banging and fist pumping all the way to your next destination...did someone say Nirvana? Their ham and cheese bagel was a gift from god itself! I have tried to recreate it at home, but doesn't even come close to the out of body experience when you combo with one of their special iced coffees, one bite and sip will have you in a state of peace and happiness, like heaven. Careful though, the cheese can be hot and drip on you chin.

I live over in deer park so I havent been to this stand in a long time. Had to run to a family members house in elk and stopped by here on my way home. Now I've been tempted to drive over to riverside each day for a coffee! I am very picky with regular espresso, I normally just get white coffee. But I was in the mood for some black coffee too so I ordered a latte with 2 shots white 1 shot regular and some flavor. The flavor was perfect not too much not too little. And the coffee itself was amazing! I took a sip, then another and literally said "woah!" Outloud to myself! The baristas were fun to chit chat with and very friendly. And the drink itself wasnt too costly as well considering I got white coffee, almond milk, and an extra shot.Definitely a great spot for a small town. You often see little "podunk" shops out in these rural areas that are high priced and not good quality. Riverside is lucky to have shaky grounds!

Stopped there today about 1pm. There were cars on both sides so I was second in line. The car on the East side left . I stayed in my position thinking it'd only be a minute or two. I couldn't have been more wrong. The girl in the vehicle ahead stayed there for five more minutes. Finally , I decided to leave. They didn't need my business apparently.

I have been here a small handful of times and each time the baristas have been very rude and discussed personal matters and disrespectful about other employees not present. Their drinks are also much more expensive compared to nearby stands and no longer punch or are able to use any free drinks on Redbull drinks. I will be going out of my way to go elsewhere, very disappointed.

I'm so disappointed that after ten years of patronage to this coffee shop, never having a problem or complaint, all of a sudden one of the baristas refuses to smile when making my drinks, is extremely taciturn and sullen, and serves me horrible drinks, perhaps completely out of spite. I've gone out of my way to get drinks here for a long time, and they are not cheap. Three or four times now, I've gotten this ridiculous service. I will not be able to continue my patronage.
