Used to be fantastic, now they’re the same as Goodwill.Pricing is no longer thrift pricing but matches Goodwill in that it’s cheaper to buy new shirts at Ross. Go to New Light for thrift priced clothing.Absolutely disgusting, it’s hard enough to just live and some of us rely on thrift clothes to stay clothed while making rent.

I’m from eastern Washington and I shopped visiting nurses, I bought 3 pairs of jeans marked the wrong sex, they said women when they were mens jeans, so of course the mens size didn’t fit, my daughter lost the receipt but clearly they were marked with visiting nurses of Centralia, all I wanted was to exchange for Womens jeans, I wasn’t even wanting money back. Everything is donated to you people it’s hardly going to set you back any by treating people with understanding especially when it was your mistake on the jeans.I had zero use for the jeans so now you get to resale the jeans I already bought thanks for taking me for $28. And you’re welcome for getting to make more money from the jeans you get to sell again. Thanks for nothing!Well first of all YOU marked mens jeans as womens, I don’t stoop so low as to steal from a thrift store, my daughter used her debit card besides the bar code you have on your tags should have told you they were paid for but you use the excuse I had no receipt. You never mentioned that you get to sell the jeans I already bought again so who’s stealing from who. It’s ok for you to rip me off but you accuse me by putting me in the category of thieves. Do better you could have looked up the tags I brought into you. What’s the point of the tags?!

Lots of selections on clothes. Men's women's and children sizes. Lots of nifty things that you wouldn't find in a thrift store around lewis county. Prices are a bit steep for some things. But others that are on sale are amazing deals. Kind and friendly workers also.

Absolutely unbelievable impact that the Visiting Nurses Foundation has on our community. They fund Home Health Hospice, manage a wonderful equipment bank service, provide scholarships to nursing students and all the dollars stay in our community!!! 5️⃣⭐️ Organization

Haven't been here in several years. Stopped in today and noticed that they are letting this place fall into disrepair. Big boarded up window up front, and about half of the lights inside the store are burned out, it's dark inside. Prices are ok.

I've come to this thrift store since I was a child and have found some of my favorite possessions here. For the last year I have stopped in occasionally and every single time I go to the household section, items are consistently dirty, chipped, sticky, or missing parts. Its been very dissapointing and I rarely stop anymore. $7 for a sticky pie dish with chipped edges is not my idea of a fair price. Staff are friendly and they have a good book section, but don't get your hopes up if you're looking for dishes or bakeware.

The medical rental inside the store is a life saver. We truly appreciate them and their services. The thrift store is pretty nice too. We almost always find a great deal and fun new item to take home.

The staff here are some of the best. Always helpful and cheerful. This location has the best showcase selection of antiques and collectibles in western Washington. Some items are priced a bit high, but some are two low so it was depends on what you want and find. Come back often as stock cycles well.

Some woman (I believe her name was Donna?) Was being extremely rude and unprofessional. I'd like you to inform her of her lacking customer service skills, and deal with her. She was disrespectful and cost you a customer. The items in the store were amazing, and the rest of my experiences were positive. But that Donna lady needs some proper training in manners...

This is one of the best thrift stores I've ever been to. Prices are low and they offer discounts to seniors and students and military people. I've gone in there and come out with a whole bag of clothes for less than $20. They have a great handbag selection. Sweaters and outerwear options are great too.

This is one of the cleaner thrift stores that I've visited & I really like this one! 😁 It doesn't have that musty smell & I've found a lot of neat things in this store & the prices are right for the items sold in this store. I'm also going to start donating items to this store😉👍. This thrift store is in midtown and is around a lot of other stores, restaurants, hair salons, the library & other businesses that may be of interest to folks that are shopping or visiting in this area.

I took my daughter here for her birthday to pick out her own clothes. She was able to get 6 dresses for only twelve dollars! The prices here are great and I love that the money goes for a great cause.I will always donate my stuff here instead of Goodwill.

The two people who were working today (12-19-2021) were very rude. I was asked to put a mask on per usual and I did for as long I could. I had to take the mask off and I told the lady working that I can not wear it anymore due to my medical condition. I told her that I would leave if she needs me to and she walked away without another word. The male manager then came up to me very rudly and asked me to either leave the store or put on my mask. I told him the same thing I told the female who came up to me that I could not. Not only did I state I would leave to the first person who came up to but the second person as well. Both were very rude and I will not be returning.

This used to be my favorite thrift store in Lewis County, but with in the past several months the pricing at this particular store has gotten absolutely out of control. In some instances the item is priced more than it cost from the original store where the price sticker from the original store is still visible. Torn up dirty shoes are priced at $20 and $30. When you get stuff for free, you’re a not for profit, and a thrift store you can’t charge full retail, above full retail or online eBay and or Amazon prices. You can’t forget who your main clientele is, people trying to save money or even possibly buying to resell to make money. Very sad to see, very rarely a good deal anymore.

I used to love this place then one day a lady was working and when i asked her about 50% off day she became extremely rude as i walked away she then fallowed me thru the store screaming at me about speaking with her manager....i was just trying to walk away then my mom said yes in fact i do want to so the manager came out and was absolutely no help at all!! I have not been back since i dont think i will ever

HUGELY overpriced! Was told that the pricer looks up everything on Ebay to determine her pricing...yet you can look up the items while standing there in the store and see that it is significantly cheaper to buy it on Ebay and have it shipped home. When you have items sitting on the shelf for months in a thrift store, you should know its overpriced. They definitely need to either get a new pricer or retrain her. Its a thrift store...given items donated for free to sell...to raise money for a good cause. Not to price gouge customers or force them to shop elsewhere.

Beware their return policy. If you buy an item only to find that it will not fit in your car and you have no alternative way to pick it up, they will not refund you. The best you can get is store credit, that expires.

Good deals. Better prices than other thrift stores. They lock the bathroom though and that is very obnoxious when you have lots of little kids and one or more needs to use the potty while you are there. Their aisles aren't very clear either.

The first store I go to when I roll into Centralia. They always have a large antique and collectibles section I’ve scored a 2 dollar head vase planter and leather English riding boots for 15 bucks. They have well defined sections like sewing, arts and crafts, cosmetics, lots of clothing , super cheap jewelry including vintage and they are always on top of their holidays. Its the only thrift store in town I go to. Its clean & smells good. The clothing is always in good shape. No stains, tears or missing buttons. To top it off...its cheaper by far...And there's more...every day discounts for seniors!

This is a great little thrift store, I haven't been in need of exploring the medical part of it but I have told others who are in need.They have all the things you'd find at Goodwill or value village but way better prices.I recommend checking them out.

The person that checked us out was very rude and condescending, took forever to ring everything up, and went out of her way to make us feel very unwelcome. It was so hot in the store, we were all dripping sweat, and it was very cluttered and crowded. A most unpleasant experience, we will not be returning. EVER.
