This place is freaking phenomenal. It is worth a visit to behold the beautiful displays alone, much less the availability of a vast selection of treasures and goods. There is such abundant creativity and positive energy in this space. I left feeling inspired, awe-struck, and fully recharged. Definately one of my new antique/vintage shopping happy places! What a delight to visit!

Bummer, did not even get to enjoy shopping the shady lady today. Went in, started to browse around, needed a bathroom, but the apparently have a bladder of steel to be there, the lady at the counter said the don't have a bathroom. So for a.person with a bladder disorder.. don't shop here.

Some friends and I stopped in for a bit of Christmas shopping at the Shady Lady and have a wonderful time!There are so many lovely things to browse through all neatly displayed on two floors!The prices are fair!Holly and her staff are always happy to help you with any questions or ideas.I do not believe many people know the existent of items they have here! On display for your consideration are many lightly loved holiday, vintage and newer items; clothing, shoes, boots, purses, hats, umbrellas, jewelry, linens, dishes, kitchen wears, furniture, lamps, baskets, decorative items, bath and body lines.... Too many to list all, you will have to come spend some time and immerser yourself in a nostalgic shopping trip at the Shady Lady!Enjoy!

This store was absolutely delightful. It was really appealing and it offered a variety of items that were unique and in great condition. I purchased a sofa table, and am pleased. The owner was so helpful and pleasant. Definitely I will return because the items are priced reasonable for the this marketSo far one of my top favorites!! A MUST SEE!!

Unique, shabby-chique antique store and thrift clothing. I always find more here that I actually want to buy than other antique shops where you have to hunt for the good finds. You can also find The Bath Depot here, with handmade luxury soaps and bath supplies. Friendly owners of both shops!

The Shady Lady was a shop downtown I've heard wonderful things about. Now i do love my vintage fashion, so i was just a bit disappointed to see the lack of that.. but to be fair they do advertise having new, old, etc. The stairway of cowboy boots is awesome and i love the room of local handsoaps and bath goods. The name of this store is killer! And i did purchase some beautiful vintage gloves there for a lovely low price. I hope to see a little more added to the vintage wear collection and would certainly reccomend this store to anyone shopping in centralia! Especially if you're looking for cowboy boots!

This place is a must see. They have the most amazing things you didn't know you needed. Everything from vintage to rustic to French decor. Homemade local beauty products. Display cases that have been remodeled beautifully and are affordable! Ugh just trust me on this one! Go visit them!

This little shop is so quaint! It's a great place to bring a friend, or your mom to "after" you have had a nice lunch together just down the road at the little family run Mediterranean sandwich shop, Bocatta.I love the owner of Shady Lady!! She is very genuine, and a unique person with a great sense of style. Shady Lady is my "go to" for everything from business dresses, coats, last minute outfit for a dinner party to a great set of throw pillows or an old vintage lamp. It truly is "uptown" couture! None of the things she takes in are tattered, excessively worn, stretched out or discolored. She carefully inspects everything and if it doesnt meet with her high standards she doesn't put it on the rack. I recommend spending at least an hour or so shopping at Shady Lady, and make sure to try out the restraunt I mentioned (go havelunch there the same day, and make a fun dayof it. Return trips for those rustic sandwiches at Bocatta and going home with bags of stunning but inexpensive clothes and homedecor will be your new favorite delight. One you will want to share with someone you love and want to treat to a really fun memory.

I would have given this shop a 5 star. We usually REALLY enjoy going in and looking at what they have. So, the reason why the shortage on stars was the owners / co-owner yelling! Ummm, I'll take that back, talking to each other with raised voices. I must say the employees handled it very well. They tried to keep us distracted while the others continued they're dispute (knowing customers were in the shop). To the employees thank you, 5 stars to you and two thumbs for handling professionally. To the people in the other room, if you are the owners that was VERY unprofessional. If that's a job requirement for your employees - it should be considered hazardous worksite and need hazard pay!!
