I purchased some Dewalt outdoor tools from these guys. Value was WAY better than what I could find online. And this shop is an authorized service center, so they'll be able to make any repairs if necessary.You can't go wrong doing business with this local shop and their friendly staff.

Very lazy group. Never answers their phone so I drove all the way there and they didn't even try to find the part I needed. Very rude and unhelpful. Maybe at least try to be helpful and answer your phone.

Called was told they would have rider done in a eeek after a month of them having my Cub Cadet 42 inch rider nothing done so I went and picked it up I am out $500 to transport mower and still need yo get maintenance done the power shop excuse “ we are short handed , we are only Cub Cadet dealer” could of told me before rented U Haul to take to the power shop ( 1.5 hours away one way) x2 worst in the Washington State area.

Went to today in a total panic because I couldn’t get my generator to work. They had a brand new on there so I knew they must know what we were doing wrong. Before looking at charging us for anything they took the time to do a quick 10 minute check. Within 5 mins they had the thing running. I am definitely coming back to give them my business and anyone else I can drum up for them. A truly professional and just downright awesome team here.

A++ customer service! They did some warranty work on our Cub Cadet, and replaced the blades as well. The work was completed in a timely manner. They'll give you helpful service suggestions, but it doesn't feel like an upsell.

Longview...the young gal I talked to was awesome callen morning drove up and dropped off lawn mower she ordered parts and wil have it done next day....that is what you call service nice to see its still out there earned my business check them out you won't regret it

I brought in a Craftsman riding mower for repair and service. The staff was friendly and I was greeted promptly. Service dept. (Tom) seemed to grasp the issue and offered a couple possible causes. I got a call when it was done and picked it up. It was significantly less expensive than I had imagined and all is good! I live an hour away from them but this is where I will be going any time I need this kind of work done.

I needed a simple blade sharpening on my tiny electric mower, but had trouble removing the blade. The service tech helped me remove it, sharpened it right away, and was super helpful in general. all of the staff I interacted with were kind and helpful and the sharpening fee was quite reasonable. Will be recommending them highly to my friends!

called Saturday morning to see if they had the part ( took six calls because they don't answer the phone) they had the part. I waited till the afternoon their voice-mail and google said they closed at 5. She didn't say anything when I called about closing early. I got there around 3 and they had closed early "because of the heat". I drove 35 miles for the part. Most people were still open including Les Schwab. Sorry, if they can be outside slinging tires I don't see the problem. Got the part on Amazon, 65 dollars cheaper and I had it the next business day. Some of us have work to do and can't wait for poor customer service.

They will not make an appointment for warranty or service work. They expect you to drop it off and let it sit until they are ready to work on it. Right now the expected wait is 5 weeks! I find that unreasonable and will not be doing business here. They will not make an appointment, it seems they want your equipment to be waiting on them. Who can do without a piece of important lawn or farm machinery for 5 weeks in the summer? No consideration for the customer.

Went in and bought a belt for my lawnmower and it broke within an hour of use. Tried to return it but the owner simply told us we installed it wrong and refused to refund our money. I then bought one online for a fraction of the price and it has worked for a month so far without issue. Ever since they changed owners, the prices have gone up and the quality of their products has dropped. Very disappointing.

Excellent service. They go the extra mile. My brand new DR Power Brush mower was delivered by the factory in an unworkable state. The folks at the Power Shop picked it up, resolved an assembly issue missed by the factory, and returned it within 24 hours. I really appreciate their customer obsession and ability to get me mowing!

I have used this local business for cub cadet parts and repairs. Good selection of mowers.Only complaint is when I was there 2 weeks ago, every customer on the premises was wearing a virus mask. Saw 4 or 5 employees and none were wearing masks. Let's all work together on this.
