I take my four and a half year old lil dog (Chihuahua/ Pug) Henry to indoor play dates here on Thursdays and Saturdays from 9-5pm. He loves it and it only costs $10 for the whole day! Ms. Kitty also cuts my cat’s nails and brushes him. His name is Andy McDoogal and he is a fluffy long hair Siamese Himalayan mix. He is 10. I highly recommend this dog groomer!

Had my cat groomed. It was quick, very affordable and my cat looks great! I had asked for a lion cut but the groomer recommended a bobcat cut based on his health and needs. She also did his nails...front and back. She knows what she is doing!She groomed him in the evening so no dogs were around which helped his anxiety about the whole experience (carrier, car travel, grooming). We will be back and will recommend to others looking for an affordable cat groomer.

My miniature schnauzer came out looking like a rat! She shaved her completely including her beard!! She was told to do a classic schnauzer cut. In no way was she told to shave off her beard & eyebrows!!! When I questioned “Kitty” about this she was very defensive & condescending and kept calling me honey & sweetie stating she did what my son told her to do. I said that is not true, I heard my son tell you a regular schnauzer cut. She accused me of trying to get off not paying her. She was paid $40 which is what she charged. She also does not take debit cards which she lied & stated she told us that. Not true! Had she told me that, I would’ve made sure my husband had cash on him.

Took my puppy in for a bath and nails. Got her back and needed to rush her into the vet to help an eye filling with blood, and her nails were not finished. I went back to the business after the vet (less than an hour later and more than $300. She had the door locked and wouldn’t not answer when I went that day (more than once!). I saw the dogs in cages that were day-care dogs. I tried to contact them and stopped by again, the next day. When picking her up, she didn’t say anything. Never again. I could continue, but won’t.

I prearranged for my uncut male 18 month old very sweet but vocal Rottweiler to start getting grooming monthly, I'm aware that some folks are intimidated by them but...what groomer has you put a control collar on a dog NEVER TALKS TO THE DOG OR INTRODUCES THEMSELVES and tries to take the dog away from its owner without ever touching it?May be good for fufu dogs, but needs to be honest about inability to handle big dogs. What a waste of time.

Our longtime groomer (11 years) retired and closed up shop. We found Paw Patch and they're wonderful. We have 4 dogs which are groomed there a crabby nearly 13 y/o cockapoo, 7 y/o maltipoo, 2 y/o pugshire terrier, and a 2 y/o labradoodle ... they all do well on grooming day and come out smelling and looking fabulous.

UPDATE 1: We went to see Kitty again and I just wanted to add that Sassy loves visiting Kitty. She always comes out smelling good, looking gorgeous and all spiffy with ribbons, bows or bandanas! Sassy is an elderly dog (nearly 15) and she doesn't like many people touching/grooming her... but she let's kitty groom her without any issues!°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°•°Love taking Sassy to Kitty! She is great with my fur baby daughter and we will always be taking sassy (and future fur babies) to kitty! Reasonable priced, gets you in within reasonable time line, and always pleasant to deal with! My fur baby loves her!

Each time I take Peanut to Kitty, he's actually eager to go in and happy when I go to pick him up. Kitty does a really good job and creates a safe and fun environment for the pets. The best grooming experience any of my dogs have had over the many years I've been lucky enough to have been adopted by rescue dogs.

Very rude people I have caught up with one women who is very nice but another lady with short hair was very rude to me and my dog. But my dog did get her hair cut done but won’t be back because of how rude the lady was.

We have a very rambunctious puppy who thinks standing still is a waste of her time. The groomer we had used for so many years is no longer grooming, so we had to find someone else who could withstand our overly loving and extremely active 70# puppy. When we took Kandi to Bubbles and Bows, Kitty took the time to make friends and establish a good rapport. The toenails were then clipped professionally and without any objections from Kandi. We have definitely found her new groomer.

Very efficient and professional while taking care of my cat. It was her first time at the groomers and she made it known that she didn't like it at all. Lol Now she is back at home looking wonderful and more comfortable. Definitely setting up another appointment for end of January!

This gal had a VERY short and condescending tone. I don't know if I caught her on a bad day. But, according to other reviews, I was not the only one she had attitude with. I hope she realizes how she treats people can and will, effect her business.

We were able to make a same day appointment which was nice. When we entered, four dogs loudly greeted us which scared my dog and he immediately wanted to leave. He's usually pretty good about grooming appointments but really didn't want to stay. He did stay but contrary to the report given, his glands weren't emptied and it's questionable if he was even bathed. His harness didn't appear to have been removed, he didn't feel clean and didn't smell clean. It did look as though he might have been brushed and an attempt made to trim his already short nails. Doubtfull we'll return despite the staff being pleasant.

Just returned from our first visit with Kitty at Bubbles and Bows with my 5 month old Shih Tzu, Tucker. This was his first real trip to the groomers . Kitty was amazing. She listened to what I wanted done and was very helpful. When I picked him up, I was blown away, I couldn’t believe she was able to do so much with my little fur ball. He looks like cuteness overload! He found a new friend in Kitty and it was clear that she loves dogs too! Thank you for making this such a great experience for us!

Kat took great care of my little Silky Terrier, trimmed him up as needed, brushed his teeth, I am very pleased. It is also great to know that I can bring him in for pet sitting when I need, that is a very big plus, at a reasonable rate. The customer service was great, she listened to my concerns and explained things very well to me. I really appreciate that she is an animal person, and I feel totally comfortable bringing my dog to her. I highly recommend Paw Patch Bubbles & Bows

Kitty is so sweet! She always does a great job at grooming my dogs! I just recently got a new dog who is skittish and she did so good with kitty. Kitty always gives me at home remedies for my dogs to avoid an unnecessary visit to the vet. My dogs always look so great when they come home. I am very satisfied when I go to paw patch.

This was my second visit with my dog to this groomer. On my first visit I thought the groomer was pretty opinionated but she did ok with my dog. On my visit on Tuesday when she found out we were from out of town she totally rushed my dog and did an awful job. Her face is uneven and she looks awful. I take a lot of pride in my dog as she travels everywhere with me. Just because you own a certain breed of dog doesn’t mean you know how to groom them. It also feels like the shampoo isn’t even washed out of my dog. Overall bad experience.

I walked out of here so fast. Lady told me I am not to correct my dogs bad behavior in her shop and that she can handle it. My girl was throwing a fit and I corrected her, and then got yelled at for doing so. Then they told me I need to feed her better because she had a split nail! She eats a very high quality diet and is on Fromm which is very good. She also gets a lot of nutrients from a partial raw diet. They have no idea what they are doing and are very rude. I will never step foot in there again.

I had several experiences where I felt she was rude and snippy without any good reason. She is great with animals, but terrible with people. I gave her another chance, because it’s obvious that she has a mental illness of some sort. But I couldn’t take being yelled at because I have my dog under my mother’s name at the vet. Ridiculous. I’ll never go there again.

The woman shaved half of my dog and refused to finish her because "she was in season" mind you I had no idea and she barely bleeding. It would have been nice if she asked or even looked before starting!!! There was nothing on the paperwork I signed about that being their policy. Awful customer service and I will never go there again!!!

Kitty is the greatest. She has been grooming my dog for months. I recommended her to a friend who thought she did an amazing job on his dog also! I won't take my dog to anyone but Kitty!!!!!

Poor customer service, was running 30 min late. When i walked in she made a funny face and asked what i was doing there. When i told her she told me i was rescheduled. I just tried to ask for a reason why 30 min was to late to still take my dog considering i was gonna tip well for the inconvenience she gave me a snarky responce and then cancled all to gether if you want happy and respectful customer service go else where this lady is a snobby know it all.

Took my dog there and she informed me that my dog had maggots in his ears. She charged me extra for it and I understood at the time. She also told me to take him to tge vet to have a surgery done to remove the rest of the maggots. I took my dog to the vet and the vet found no trace of maggots ever being there. I feel as though she charged extra for something she thought was there but then realized she was wrong but didn't want to admit it. I won't be going back because that added stress when it wasn't an issue.

Terrible experience, gave our cat the wrong cut, cut off his whiskers and scared him so bad he urinated himself. My wife tried to speak up and stop her but instead of listening she continued to do what she wanted instead of what the customer asked. When I called she offered a refund. Then called me back, called me and my wife a liar, then told me I'm not getting a refund at all. Worst business I've ever dealt with. Should have her license revoked if she even has one. Now our cat is too shaken to even come out of the kennel. Not really sure why she took advantage of my pregnant wife but I wish there was a zero star button.

My pup loved this place! The groomer was super fun and friendly-it’s awesome too they have an area for the dogs to lounge around with other dogs (at least small dogs) while they’re waiting their turn or when they’re done vs being stuck in a kennel! Definitely recommend!

I always take my dogs here to get groomed even though it's a little further than my old groomer. They are very knowledgeable and do a great job.
