Mostly okay, but today was great! I walked in (scanning for the cat, to say Hi), and there was a young Asian gentleman who asked if he could help me. I asked where I could find a bow saw. He told me the aisle number and met me there as I looked at them. I asked if they had any blades with larger teeth, for sawing medium tree branches, and showed me the suitable one, which was what I wanted. He told me the price, and I thanked him for his professional assistance.

There only seems to be like 3 people here that are tolerable. Otherwise, everyone working here either hates life or wakes up and chooses hate every day. It's so annoying. Asking questions to anyone is a joke. Save it. Like I said, there are a couple people there who seem happy to help. Wish I knew their schedule. I'd go in only when they're working.

These people are always friendly and helpful and Cody has an incredible memory for names of customers. Even though I visit the store less than once a week he always greets me by name and asks how he can help me. Amazing customer service experience.

The lady at the front was great, but only could see about 1/4 of the store because I got frustrated because of the amount of times the same young employees kept coming up to me while I was shopping, I needed a new toolset, and lights for my garage. Fiance found her gardening supplies. Probably won't come to this location again. Leave your customers alone for crying out loud.

Almost every time I come here the prices are mis-marked and not in your favor. Prices here are higher to begin with but it is a convenient location if you not buying a number of items.

I prefer to shop local and they are also very close to my home. Unfortunately they do not regularly have items stocked and I still have to go to Home Depot, they're also 0.90 more expensive for lumber and they're directly next door to a lumber yard. Customer service is pretty decent.

It's a good hardware store with a little bit of everything.UPDATE 10/15/22: Went to get some roof sealant and the person who was supposed to have pulled it for me didn't, but did help me find it. All in all a good store.

This Ace is the very best I have ever been to. Sharla is most excellent at pricing supplies and she is gracious and kind. All of the staff act with accountability, integrity and principle. I shop at Lincoln Lumber-Ace exclusively. They are great!

This place would be great if the employees would help the customers. I've been in here 3 times now and the only thing I have found good about the place is the cat ( Lincoln ). I had to walk out before I said something to the girl behind to counter that held her hand up to me to wait while she helped the other cashier with out saying anything to me first. It my bot be a big deal to some people but I was brought up with manners and if you are helping someone and need to stop and help a fellow employee, you should say something to the person you are helping. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is the cats cool.

Used to be a great place to shop but now the staff is rude and the prices are astronomical. $1 per screw is way overpriced. This place is on its way of going out of business.

The only reason to go in this place is to find odd sized nuts and bolts. Couldn't even do that because they closed an hour early for a "store meeting". Won't bother to waste my time or gas in this place in the future.
