This is the second time I've taken my vacuum in to get unclogged or fixed. The staff is very knowledgeable with vacuums and always gets it figured out in about 20 bucks. They even show you what was clogging your vacuum cleaner, which I didn't realize at first but I was told it was in case valuables got stuck inside. Really great local business!

I just love this place and the guys that work and own Cen-Che. They have answers to my questions, they take as much time as needed to help with issues and they are so knowledgeable about their products. They may look young but they have probably close to 20 years experience. Yes, I highly recommend this business.

Great customer service. Always have in inventory the Vacuum bags that I Need. They repair as needed, the machines they sell. Warranties are honored. They have been on business for over 60 years. The reason for that, is their repeat clusters. I will keep coming back to this business.

Wonderful shop. I will never shop at a big box store for cleaning supplies or machines ever again. They have a hands-on, personal approach you just can't find elsewhere. They are very knowledgeable and will take the time to talk to you and really find what you need and give recommendations. They will demonstrate features and functions of their machines, and show you all of the options. They also offer repair services and regular maintenance instead of simply buying a new machine.

Going to the shop gives me insight into what Service was like in previous generations. All I can say is that he takes care of the customer. It’s a family business. I have had my sewing machine fixed there and rented a carpet cleaner.

Chris is a savant! Very helpful, knowledgeable, and his prices are dream realm. I'm very pleased, and usually pleasantly surprised every time I go in. He's serviced my vacuums, sewing machines, and found and given me parts for obsolete items that I stubbornly hang on to. I called in looking for a dual action vacuum and chris was able to explain what happens with that style vacuum and explained what they have to offer and to come in with an area rug I would want to clean so he can better direct my needs. I let him know our tiny living lifestyle and was able to pick out the perfect vacuum for our current home and discussed options that would be beneficial once we move. I am so happy with my purchase and have used it and the quality and results are better than my mother in laws Dyson. I will be going back for all repairs and future purchases!

Wow! After having a really tough morning, I brought my sewing machine in for a needle plate issue. After looking at it for a moment, they fixed it immediately without charging since it was a simple issue. Absolutely excellent service, they made my day. I wanted to love this place but can't support a business that lies to its customers.I went in to get a part for my vacuum. The young man helping me searched but found they were out of stock. He told me that the piece would be 200$ and he could order it now. I told him I was going to do some searching online as I'd have to wait for the part anyway, and his response was good luck, you won't find it for cheaper than that, and that the manufacturer will take advantage of me as my vacuum is high end and they know we have the money if we wanted it bad enough.I got home and began with the manufacturer website. The part (a wand) was 100$.Look, I get businesses need to mark up items to turn a profit but a 100% retail markup?? And to lie to me?I just received the new wand I ordered, along with some fresh filters and other accessories. The total for it all? Less than 200$.Disappointing. Local business owners are supposed to be honest and hardworking. If you lie, you lose customers. Now I wonder if he didn't look at me the way he said the company reps would?To the business-- get it together. We are in the internet age and online shopping is becoming the normal. You can't hide, just like car dealerships can't hide anymore. I would have bought for 130 at the store for convenience but now, you've lost someone who is a serious vacuum lover.To potential customers-- I would always check pricing online. This is a business that has some shady practices.

I have full trust in the service they provide. I recently purchased a complete central vacuum system from them. Above all, they redeemed my 1960's Filter Queen that I had dropped onto concrete from one full story above. Stopped in to buy a rebuilt old-school rainbow. What I got was way more than I was expecting. Kept me updated along the way and in less than 30 days time had a 30+ year old machine that might as well have been brand new. Full 2 year warranty on motor and 1 year on everything else. To top it off they even had the entire accessory pack including a rare shampooer that was brand new in the original box. I just simply can't say enough about how awesome these guys are!
