When my vet wouldn’t call me back for a cat emergency, I reached out to Cascade West and Rachel at the front desk was phenomenal and had me bring her in immediately on a Friday afternoon. Tara was so kind and explained everything that needed to be done, gave me a cost estimate prior to treatment so I knew what to expect and Chai received the care she needed. I am switching all of my animals to Cascade West. Thank you for treating us with compassion and it shows you truly love your clients.

They continue to save my mentally deficient goat. Flapjack is a complete imbecile and seems to like to skirt death at least once a year. From listeria, to skull fractures, to ankle sprains, and inexplicable bloat from eating sticks; Cascade Vet Hospital has pulled him from the brink over and over. Can't recommend them enough.During a recent brush with death I left his collar there and they held on to it for multiple months when I completely forgot about it. This place really cares.Pricing is more than reasonable and they are incredibly patient. I ask a lot of dumb questions and they are able to give me dumbed down answers I actually understand. I can actually give injections (subcutaneous AND interveinal) now and I'm a much more capable goat practitioner. Absolutely LOVE this clinic! The equine vets, Dr. Hensley and Dr. Affeldt, are incredibly kind and knowledgeable, the admin staff are warm and very welcoming. Prices are fair and the environment is great!

Just moved into Centralia and had taken my pup here when she was very little so we decided to start with Cascade again. Could not be happier, staff is excellent and Belle love’s Dr. Love so win win! The quality of care is top notch so far!

They put my cat through hell because they said she was fixable and then told me they didn't check for cancer before proceeding with a drainage tube...drainage tube was in for a week, came in for a check up and the veterinarian was like, "Yeah, no, it looks like it might be cancer." $700 gone, and I had to put my cat down. Could've saved her a lot of pain at the end of her life. I no longer trust this place. Best vets are not within Lewis County.

From a farm-call for our alpacas, to routine vet care for our Belgian Mal, Cascade West has been there every time when needed! Can’t say enough good about them. Emergency after hours farm call for sick alpaca and had vet out within 35 minutes. Prices were very reasonable too!

Fast and friendly service and staff. I had to get flea medicine for my dog and they were willing to give me a dose if I made an appointment as I hadn't taken them in for a check up recently.

Always extremely accommodating and are great with animals of all temperaments. Honest when certain products can be found cheaper elsewhere or if a different specialist might be better for my dog's health. They really know their stuff and seem to genuinely care about every animal's wellness.

Sadly CWV has become $ hungry. They attempted to charge me an overnight fee, medicine, supplies and room visits before my dog was seen. I made this appointment for a injury to the hip when my dog fell off the bed.Initial charge prior to being seen $500. I said no thank you. Taking advantage of those who love there animals is sick. Pushing overnight fees so the vets not rushing. That's a schedule issue....not our issue. Greed!

Staff are wonderful, we tend to need services in emergency situations but our recent well check visit was painless, for me anyway. Vet assistant and doctor took great care of our best friend.

Brought in four cats from Just Care Animal Rescue. I am a volunteer. They are very nice and are always willing to see our cats. Very nice, clean facility. The vet tech and Dr. Ritter were very gentle with the cats.

My dog, Chloe, was really sick with vomiting and bloody diarrhea. Dr Hensley took excellent care of her. He called me several times a day with updates and always made sure we new where we were at with the bill as new tests were added. My dog is 12 and had a good chance of not pulling through but with her excellent care she is back to her old self.We also have used Dr Affelt for our horses and he is awesome also.

The worst place do not take your animals there! They over dosed my one of my dogs on pain medicine. Today they killed my puppy went in to get fixed now she's dead. thanks you people are horible!

Took my healthy puppy in to get spayed and shots. She ended up dying from a heart attack they said. They didn't seemed to care much about what happened. My family is devastated 💔

Completely dishonest vet clinic. They will add notes into your pets files about how they called you back to talk to you about any issues with your animal.However. After reaching out to other customers of theirs , whom I know personally; the story is always the same. "They don't get calls back " , "There is no communication from them ." ," Their office manager is rude " which I can attest to .I was told I would be receiving a phone call back , never got the call. Called them back. Was placed on hold for 13:42 before my call was disconnected.This place wants your money .. not your trust. Find a better vet, if you value your pets health and well-being.I wouldn't take a pet spider to them , let alone a cat or dog.

I went to this veterinary clinic for good 12 years and they were awesome and then over the 12 years I missed a total of 2 appointments with the last one being simply because my husband was in a motorcycle accident. I brought all my animals there! (Horses,Dogs,Cats, etc) I always paid my bills and was so happy to be there especially the horse thick wine doctors I really respect their word and advice when it comes to the horses and most of my smaller animals were just in and out for simple procedures anyways they basically so I like to say fired me because I missed 2 appointments again in 12 years and they said because they had so many other People were waiting to get in and that I basically was a bad client so they just cut me off like I was Nothing to them just a number who cares about the animals right obviously not then I was so upset and disappointed that I got treated like that I really respected the vets there I was a pretty loyal and good client But I guess in their eyes I wasn't anymore so I accepted that fine after all of the different things i'd been through with them I couldn't believe it but I just recently called just to get flea medicine For my dogs which I know before was just a walk in thing anyways cause all my dogs do best off the flea pill and I was shut down so rudely like I was still nothing and it's been years since I've been there I don't even know if they'd give me my records so sad so disappointed I would never recommend this place to anyone ever again when I used to recommend it all the time! Doctor Humphreys and a felt are awesome though that wife I can't rightfully down them but they're establishment is gone downhill and is very rude especially the girls That handle the phone calls unbelievable it just feels like they don't care about the animals at all at all just we're all just a number and a dollar bill Like I said the second one I missed my husband was in a motorcycle accident I couldn't make it and they wouldn't even listen to me!

Both my dog and my horse are very leery of vets, to the point that I have to weigh out how much headache a visit is worth before I call. The staff at Cascade West have been great every time! They are patient with my babies and do everything they can to make them feel comfortable.

Very kind and compassionate with my pets, Dr Hensley came out to float my horse’s teeth and I was very impressed. Since then I have moved all of our pets to Cascade the doctors respond to calls so quickly. I generally work with Dr. Stevens who is extremely compassionate with my pets as well as informative about them with me.I highly recommend Cascade Veterinary Hospital in Centralia.
