Lovely, quiet place to spend a few days (marina, so boat noises). We stayed in a yurt, which are on the slough. They have a nice patio with picnic table. Great place for birdwatching, fishing and for our teen to use their SUP board and we set-up their telescope. Clean, hot coin-operated showers, and clean restrooms. And within walking/biking distance of all Cathalmet. And a short bike ride to Pudget Island. Overall a delightful town and a delightful camping experience.

Two trips here on the boat and an occasional stop in when we drive by. The staff is very accommodating and the town has all the basic needs. Very peaceful and protected marina so there is no waves to deal with or boats passing by. Bathrooms and showers are clean and the WiFi works well.

Nice place to camp. Very friendly staff, a safe place. Clean and warm restrooms and showers. GREAT little town and the marina is the heart of the town. Very enjoyable stay❤️😊

This spot is delightful. We dry-camped in our campervan right along the channel down a quiet lane. The bathrooms and showers were spotless and our $25 fee came with wi-fi. It's a great place to watch boats come in and out and on the island across from us we saw deer, heron, etc... To top everything off there is an awesome brewery one block away and a full-service grocery store nearby. The people were also very nice. Could not ask for more!

Breathtaking small Marina. A variety of boats to look at and a trail to walk on both sides. Campground, cabins, and a local brew pub right next to it. Beautiful new restrooms very clean! Definitely a jewel of Cathlamet!

I actually live in Cathlamet but when my own property wasn’t ready to move onto I decided get a spot at Elochoman Marina Rv for about two months. Although I had been there over the years staying there full time gave me a whole new perspective. We are so lucky to have this gem in our community. It is absolutely alive with sights and sounds of nature, fish jumping , seals swimming and bird watching at its best. I enjoyed watching the boats launching and returning from fishing and seeing the many people fishing off the dike and the docks. The management is first class. The restrooms and showers are so clean and the grounds are maintained beautifully. By spending the extended time there I really felt pride in knowing that tourist must have such a positive reaction to our beautiful Marina and camp areas. It is a wonderful Staycation destination and I would encourage you to grab a tent and take your family and see for yourself or just have a picnic for an afternoon as many locals do. Sometimes you don’t have to travel far to enjoy a few days off or more to have a vacation experience to remember. There are plenty of things to do to pass the time or just do nothing and watch the waves roll in. The yurts take you from camping to glamping and the tiny homes are a another option.

We have stayed several times now at the RV park here at the marina. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. If you get one of the sites with the view of the river it's really a nice place to stay. The marina can be a bit busy during salmon fishing season but even then we enjoyed our stay.

We love this marina! The people are fabulous and friendly. The bathrooms and showers are the cleanest we have found in this area.

For it being a Marina the camping is not bad at all!!! The boat launch and parking are in the middle and the camping spots are around perimeter, unless you have a fifth wheel or motor home. I stayed in the tent spot. Was right on River and was Beautiful. Has showers, toilets, and fish cleaning area. I have a dog and he HAD to be on leash at all times. All in all I was happy.

I only come here as a visitor but it is a lovely marina.There is room to stay the night with a RV or a trailer.It has a nice boat ramp a well maintained docking site.I would however like to see a little outdoor bar/snacking shop with a seating area.But that will most likely not work during the off season.

This is a no frills RV camping spot but we loved it. Maybe it's because I'm a sailor but I loved being close to the marina. The harbormaster was spot on with his suggestions for beer and food. Not a whole lot to see close by but it was a nice break to watch the sun set over the marina, drink great beer at the brewery within walking distance and just relax for a few days. There is a bakery close by and a great pizza place that had amazing pizzas. There is also a great little walking trail along the river that my dog loved. We will come back.

Spent a month here in our 40 ft RV. If the RV site had sewer hook ups, would have given it 5 stars. It is off the beaten path but we like that sort of thing. Good small grocery stores nearby. Dump station has easy access. As it was we had power and water. Water was very good. Laundry is ok but you have to reserve it and they could use more than 2 sets of machines. Showers were very nice but be aware there is a .50 charge. They offer 2 yurts and have 5 tiny homes for rent over lookingthe marina. Enjoyed exploring the history of the area and Puget Island. Great, peaceful setting on the river with lots of bird and boat watching to be had. Folks were very accommodating and friendly. Met folks from all over. Would definitely come back.

The RV hook up section does not have enough tables for each site so one has to drag a table and fire pit from an empty site. Parking area was so dry and full of dust that I had to keep the windows closed. It was hard to enjoy the outside. Laundry facility is not enough to handle the guest demand.

Extremely great location RV spots are amply long although fairly narrow in fact I would give it 5 Stars if not for that fact and that the showers cost a quarter. The overnight rate with hookups 50 amp and water no dump but there is a dump on property again great location great place we will be back!

I have been dropping in for overnights (17) since 2002. Fuel dock is a perfect location. If I had any complaint it would be the location of the pump out. I won't even try to get my 50' Ketch in there though my 29' has been to the pump out many times. The present owners have kept the facility's "Ship Shape". It is always a pleasure to wander the town as everything is with in an easy walk of the docks. Restaurants to pizza to the town grocery plus bank machines.

Well, we have sold our boats and moved to Texas but on a recent visit, we got to reminisce about our nearly monthly cruises from either Portland or Kalama. We just loved the serenity there. Shame the new docks are allowed to have weeds growing out of them. Pride in appearance is lacking. If the marina crew won't clean it I would think boat owners would pitch in a couple minutes of their time to spiff up the area around their boat. Sure hope there isnt crazy legislation that keeps people from keeping the area looking good.

First and foremost if you're a dog owner make note that there is wide use of Crossbow here, the stronger version of Roundup.Otherwise this is a nice place to spend time with friendly staff and all the amenities to make a visit comfortable-

I livr in cathlamet, heard the showers were great. Friend stayed motor home so i stayed, tried showers! Awesome, never the first to do.! Had friend who cleans clean the, little house rentals, they are beautiful! 100. 00 a night!
