Went in to get blunt for hubby's birthday, girls said as soon walk in store, what do you need, asked for certain things they didn't even look just said we don't have that. Was almost rude like they couldn't be bothered. I won't go back. Get the guy's back if want any business

The prices for the edibles I bought, we're completely reasonable. They even have a weekly Monday special on edibles! Nice! I'll definitely be returning here 👍👍

Great selection, horrible customer service. Just left the place and the lady did not want to help at all. I had to keep asking questions that she had an attitude answering. Traveling from out of state and was just looking for a good sativa strain. Worst service I’ve ever experienced. Not sure how the lady has a job.Didn’t catch her name but she had glasses and dirty blond shoulder length hair. Never wasting time or money there again.

I love this shop. The budtenders know their stuff. All the staff Ive met have been wonderful.Great selection too! The price is a bit higher then in the city (barely) and it's not worth the extra 10 minutes to go to Longview.They also have discounts at the slow times, so keep track of that.

Great staff but outrageously expensive... you might as well drive too 420 holiday and spend half the amount for the same thing. Example being mammoth dabs are $44 a gram at green thumb in castle rock but only $25 a gram at 420 holiday, which is only 10 minutes up the road.... it feels like a rip off spending almost double the amount for the same strain of dabs..... I would love too see them get their pricing closer to other recreational shops for the sake of supporting my home town business.

We would go to this place frequently and never had any bad experience nor any great one either. Just liked the closeness to our house.Today I called to pick something up because my baby (11 months old) was in the car with me and I’m not leaving her in the car without me (obviously). I was notified they cannot do this while a baby is in the vehicle (news to me, but good job upholding the law). No problem here. But then the associate who answered the phone got a really rude tone about me having a child and wanting weed. She got snarky and I felt as though she imeped on my rights as a mother. I will not be returning. Very poor customer service skills.

Maybe my favorite cannabis store ever. They are always so friendly and kind. But also they take time to get to know people and learn your needs from the cannabis business. They are knowledgeable and able to make recommendations based of your needs. Plus they have daily deals and alot of discounts weekly. Come see Tru Greenthumb in Castle Rock.

Good selection, friendly staff. Some of them even wear masks, which is unfortunately not the norm in this county. Prices are a little high but this is the only cannabis shop between Longview and Chehalis.

Prices change daily. You could walk in and something that you would normally buy, costs twice as much. Prices on the same product could change from $10 to $23 depending on the daily special they have. No items have prices on them for this reason. Just drive to town.
