I usually order from their website with delivery, and the florists email a picture of the arrangement which I so appreciate.Overall a wonderful experience and far and away the best florist in SW Washington!

I was so excited to find Pollen at last minute for my wedding. I was making all my own floral arrangements for my wedding but a couple weeks before I realized that making my own I might not be able to get exactly what I wanted. I thought it would be worth just ordering my own bouquet from a florist that way it’s exactly what I want even if it’s more expensive. I didn’t want to stress about not liking my flowers the day of, so it would be worth the extra money even though we had a tight budget. I called and he was super nice and said he could squeeze in one bouquet. I told him what I wanted and sent him a picture. He told me the price and said I could pay extra if I wanted it even bigger than the photo so I did. He told me they get make my bouquet just like I wanted and I felt super relieved and excited about it. He was super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the day of the wedding my sister in law picked it up and I didn’t even see it till later. But it was nothing at all what I wanted. I’ll attach the photo of what I wanted vs what I got. It wasn’t a bad looking bouquet but not at all what I had imagined or asked for. I was so upset when I saw it but of course there’s nothing you can do in that moment except just be grateful to have flowers. But now I’m even scared to get my professional photos back because I already know when I see the photos I’m going to be upset about my flowers. I love flowers more than anything but I had a specific vision and it definitely was not met :( I don’t have great photos to show the bouquet yet but when I get professional ones I will upload them. Like I said, the bouquet wasn’t ugly, it just wasn’t what I envisioned at all.

This shop is so nice. But…….the prices of everything is ridiculous! I saw a philodendron pink princess there for $150+ and I saw the same exact plant at Walmart the week before for $24.99. The days of exorbitant plant prices is gone!!!! Many exotic plants are found for less than $30 at Lowe’s, Home Depot, Trader Joes and other markets that are easy to find. Sorry, very cute shop but you really need to lower your prices.

I received the most beautiful floral arrangement from Pollen Floral Works from a family member. I am so very impressed with this amazing flower arrangement in a really nice pot instead of the typical vases. Additionally I had just visited Pollen Floral Works the day before to get a few roses and bought two of their gourmet chocolate bars, but could not spend the time to look at all the wonderful merchandise. I will return to buy something for my new home in Castle Rock and more for my friends and family. We are quite lucky to have such a great florist in this town.

I can't speak highly enough about the quality and design of every arrangement I've even purchased from Pollen. This particular time, the receiver just can't stop going off about how beautiful the flowers are and she keeps taking pictures from all angles and sending them to me because she just can't get over how amazing they are!!! Simply exceptional. Choosing Pollen to do the florals for my wedding was hands down one of the best decisions I made early on during my planning! My initial phone call with them was to order bouquets for my grandmother's funeral and to make an appointment to come in and discuss my wedding. I chatted with Vince and he navigated both occasions effortlessly with kindness, sympathy, and excitement. At our first meeting, I gave Jason and brief and vague idea of what I wanted and of course, over the year that we had until the day of the wedding, plans changed and evolved and he adapted to every single one! The day of, I walked down the stairs of our wedding venue and was truly speechless. Jason had taken dreams I didn't know I had and turned them into my reality. My bouquet was astounding...lush and full of color yet the dark and moody I had requested, and the bridesmaids bouquets and boutonnières were equally as impressive! Jason and his uncharted talents tied every wedding detail together with a gold bow of perfection.

I purchased an arrangement for my mom's birthday. They were delivered the same day and beautiful. Every angle is better than the last. I have been fortunate enough to recieve Pollen arrangements three times this past year. You only have to view their work to see that it's unique and special; my favorite part is that, with adequate water, the arrangements last for weeks! And they're thoughtfully arranged to include blooms that don't even reach full potential until week two.I myself love the boutique items. I own three or four of their bandanas and have gifted as many. I also own, and live in, their black crew neck Just Bloom sweatshirt and recently purchased a 2nd for my teenager.Their store is one of the many storefronts worth checking out in downtown Castle Rock.
