Jay has upgraded several areas around my home needing repairs and maintenance. After seeing the excellent quality of his work and attention to detail I had him build a new deck with an adjacent walkway , a hay storage area, and most recently a dog enclosure. He does all the work himself so the level of quality is 100% up to his standards.

Jay sealed exterior gaps into our attic, cement cracks, and replaced door from house to garage. After about 9 months there is no evidence of any issues w/ any if the work.
