Great service. Brought in 3 dogs at once and less that 2hrs later they were ready to go. They were great with all 3 different temperaments of my dogs. One (the smallest) has a tendency to try and be tough. They did excellent with him. Dogs all look amazing and are clean. Also flea free!!! Will be back THANK YOU!!!!!

They were great with my dog. I called and was told to just walk in. My dog had never had her nails trimmed before so I was a little nervous how she would behave. They kept her calm and were done very quickly. I was quite pleasantly surprised when I was only charged $10. Will definitely go back.

The people that work here are crazy nice and the prices are great. Initially, I thought that they just needed to tweak the cut because we were new to them and they just needed to better understand what I wanted. Unfortunately, after giving them a few more chances, I just don’t think they do that great of a job. They miss big chunks on my dogs back and legs and they have abrupt edges on the back of the neck going to the head and it’s happened multiple times. It’s simple quality control stuff that’s getting missed and it’s not worth it for me to pay for someone to only have to go back and clean him up myself.I took my sister’s dog to them, as well, and her poor dog looked so bad. It’s like they go over a spot and never look at it again. There aren’t a ton of options up here, but I don’t recommend this one as one of those places.

I think she did a good job for the first time. I need to take him back in again but I haven't been able to get a hold of anybody there. But I would like to have her groom him again. From what I could see her shop was very clean, and she was very pleasant.

My cat had an allergic reaction to a medication no fault of hers. This gal was so professional and helpful. She called the vet and set up the visit and the cost for me. I was so upset and did not have the extra to cover vet. I am grateful. What goes around comes around :) My cat is doing well.

They do not know how to cut a Maltise cut. She chopped her hair around her muzzle, no smooth grooming, any where in her.. Never again will I take her to them again. By the pictures. Smooth costs are best for them.

I wanted a trim on my dog but she ended up shaving her everywhere where she shouldn't have and the bad part about it was that it was all uneven. Highly don't recommend. Very disappointed. She came in very cute and came out ugly.
