I've lived by Cascade Select Market for 4yrs, the staff seem to be knowledgeable & willing to help & even have a sense of humor at times. The times I can't make it into town can be frustrating at times, but 9 times out of 10 you realize you're paying the same price as Longview or elsewhere if you factor in the price of gas you would have spent to get there 😏😉😎

Visited from NY and was blown away by how great the prices were. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially this guy Eli, he helped me find everything I was looking for and even suggested places for me to visit while I was in town. 10/10

Surprised that phone booth still exist.✌🏼went there to pick up the uhaul truck. Looks like the store has variety of stuff available and pretty convenient that the laundromat is beside the store, one way stop for travelers. Btw, Castle Rock seems like a cute town nestled in the corner.

Made a call to see what time the deli closes, the girl told me she had no idea, but prob 8 or 9. I asked if she could go ask so that I didn’t drive all the way there just for it to be closed. After being put on hold, she came back to inform me 7:30. Perfect! I still had an hour. Made it by 7 and guess what. Deli is closed. Pretty annoying.

Love this town! Love these wonderful people! Prices are as should be expected and there are always great deals here and there peppered throughout the store. Largest grocery in town right next to the post office, laundry mat and gas station.

The food is expired. Check the dates. Yes, I have informed more than one staff including the person I believe to be the manager. At least 3 times. Check dates on everything because they don't care. Pics taken 10/16/23

This is a small grocery store that has just about everything you need. The deli counter service is very friendly and so are the folks checking you out. There are four self-checkout stations as well. You can get liquor, wine and beer here. Every time I come to the store I find what it is I'm looking for. The produce was very fresh today for tomatoes and avocados. The jalapeno peppers looked awesome. Most of the prices are higher here than the large chain grocery stores, but the convenience is worth it.

It's the only grocery store in our small town (besides dollar general) so prices are sky high! Only high priced brands so you'll pay top dollar. The food isn't the freshest there at times but customer service is on point 👌 👍

Had everything I needed. Was fairly busy on a weekday afternoon. Could have had checkers ready as the lines were pretty long at self checkout. Otherwise great place to shop locally.

Used to love this place before the covid lockdowns etc, but ever since then the prices skyrocketed and never went back down like everywhere else. The prices are absurd and I don’t know how they still get consistent customers. Some sort of weird misplaced loyalty or for the sake on convenience. If you can get it at dollar general in town do it, half to 2/3rds the prices at cascade. For bigger grocery needs just do yourself a favor and go into longview.

I was excited to see how up to date the store was. Clean and friendly and helpful. I expected it to be like a old country store. Well I guess I shouldn't had judged it from the outside. So silly me 😂. I have a lot of friends who live out in Castle 🏯 Rock. So Aloha to you all 💖

This grocery store is okay. People aren't as friendly there. Not my favorite store to go to. A little bit expensive but I do go there periodically when I go do my laundry. Most of the time I just use the restroom because the laundry mat does not have one.

I don't work for you! If I wanted to check myself out I'd stay home and shop online.Self checkouts are great for some one with one or two items.After that they serve only to take jobs away from people in the community.If you'll want to provide self checkouts that's fine but you should be providing human checkers as well (besides the young girl manning the 4 self checkouts). Not everyone wants to check out their own groceries.

Prices are a little on the high side as to be expected for a small town market. I don't mind supporting local business though. They make up for it with their excellent customer service. The employees are always so friendly.

I didn't go in the store because I had a phone call but the plants outside were beautiful and looked very healthy. I will definitely buy from this place when we move up there later this month

Shopped here during a month long vacation in Castle Rock. Quaint, clean, public restroom is small but nice and easily accessible. Decent selection of merchandise and staff was very kind.

Quality produce, quality meats and quality deli definitely top the list of reasons to shop here! Cascade's new owners strive to provide only the best to assure returning customers. Not far from the entrance, between produce and deli, is the soda fountain. Fill one up to sip on while you shop, but don't forget to pay by scanning that cup upon check-out! You'll find most everything you need in food and soft goods as you traverse the thoughtfully planned, well-stocked and clean aisles. When you have all you need--for that day, at least--Cascade's friendly employees will help guide you through self checkout or will ring up your many items the traditional way, both ending with the wish to have a nice day.

Staff are sort of helpful, but a little too eager to share COVID with the customers. None of them wear masks REPLYING: I have been there weekly for two months, usually around 2 pm and there is always at least 2 staff not wearing masks, or wearing them below their nose. It's constant.

Locally owned and operated.Ever since the "self-checkout" has been installed, the employee count seems to have diminished substantially.Ive lived in the area and consistently and shopped there.Prices are a bit extreme, like most family owned businesses, but the staff(whats left of them) are alwYs helpful and courteous

If you only need a couple of items then this place is good. Prices are high due to it being the only market of decent size within +-20 miles. People are friendly. Store is clean. Plenty of parking. Docked a Star for understandably high prices.

This is the local community grocery store. Very clean and neat with very helpful staff. The prices may be only slightly higher than what you will be in a larger chain store but for me the convenience time saved miles saved are well worth it.
