There are no words to describe the quality of care that the team gives. They gave our pup a life full of fun and energy after he was diagnosed with elbow dysplasia. They had answers when no one else did. We feel like family when we visit. There is no better vet team than Cashmere Veterinary Clinic.

We are so grateful for our experiences at CVC. The front desk staff are so welcoming, accommodating, and caring. The vet tech staff have been very thorough in hearing and responding to our concerns/questions. Dr. Kelley is extremely knowledgeable, cares for our dog, and takes the time to listen and respond thoroughly. We appreciate her holistic approach to caring for our Ivey.We feel like CVC cares about us, and the service is individuallized for our Ivey.We feel like we matter. 😀

Hands down the best vet in the valley (I’ve been to most of them with my accident/illness prone 9 year old mastiff) My dog had been fighting an antibiotic resistant ear infection for 9 months being treated by a different vet. Eventually they recommended complete removal of her ear canal. Instead I brought her to the Cashmere vet clinic for a second opinion and I’m SO glad I did. Dr. Kelley went out of her way to work with a dermatologist for a treatment plan, within a month the ear infection was gone and she gets to keep her ear canal! The friendliest staff I’ve encountered as well, and the most comfortable my dog has ever been at a vet clinic.

I called during office hours in regards to my sudden sick, swollen and weak dog. I NEVER GOT A CALL BACK! I had two friends tell me to go elsewhere because of the horrible service they received here with their extremely high costs. One friend was quoted $500 to just walk in the door. Thank GOD I went elsewhere. My dog received the medication she needed immediately. Two days later my dog is on the mend. If I had waited for this place to call me back who knows what would have happened to her. In case of future emergencies, I'll skip this place.

Amazing veterinary! I've never been to a place so clean, organized, and friendly. As I was leaving cuz only one person is allowed in the lobby at a time I turned around for the door and saw that they were already cleaning. I felt safe that they cleaned everything and that the staff was friendly and loving of animals.

My German shepherd had stem cell treatment here, she is doing fantastic and Dr Megan Kelley is amazing. I have taken my dog to other vets and they always want me to sedate her. Not here, my German Shepherd loves this place and all of the vets and techs. Best place to take my pets. I will be bringing my Lab in for preventative treatment. Thank you Cashmere Vet!!! 😊 💕

Unfortunately they do not provide acceptable care. Our cat had urgent onset breathing issues and being new to this vet had expectations that he would be treated properly. We did every test they ask: fecal sample, chest X-ray, sending chest X-ray out to a specialist, 4 weeks of antibiotics that never helped, sent us home with what was supposed to be a three day supply of anti inflammatories, however when we went to give it to our cat there was ONE and it was as a Thur so of course they were closed for the following three days, we were told “someone cut the pack wrong” all at our cats expense. After weeks of follow ups and a couple grand later we were finally offered a inhaler however the link sent via email went nowhere and there was no prescription attached. We have been patient, called daily with a lot of the time the phone goes unanswered. No returned calls when messages are left and we have been force to make emergency appointments to stabilize his breathing. The gal at the front desk should be let go she has noClue to what she is doing even after us going there for three month she still say “I’m new” are you tho? Not good. Today I received a call from the “care manager” telling me THESE THINGS TAKE TIME TO GET INHALERS FOR OUR KITTIES” uhhhh three months to get a freaking prescription? What have you been doing, we paid, we waited. They have no problem taking your money and have no follow up or follow through. Shame on you

I've had great experiences at other clinics in the Valley, but wanted to give this place a try. Glad I did! Just had a simple wellness exam on a newly adopted pet, but the front staff were friendly, the office neat and nicely decorated (decorations are not necessary but I always appreciate them!), Dr. Kelley & the vet techs kind and engaging, the exam thorough, and the prices reasonable. Will definitely be coming back.

Everyone is super friendly and very caring. Dr. Kelly was amazing with our very skittish Baby Girl. She also listened to our concerns and took excellent care of our old dog who needed surgery. The patient care and customer respect is A++++. We have heard all kinds of animals in there and it is a very clean clinic.

I brought my cat for emergency thankfully they were able to help and I was grateful for that. I became a client with them afterwards BUT!!! When it came to my dog they had some issues handling him as he does not like the vet (he never has). I scheduled an appointment to give him a vaccine for bordatella and once I show up they refuse to see him unless he has taken trazadone which is a sedative medication. First of all it doesn’t perform miracles and it doesn’t make him any less anxious he’s just very uneasy about vets! Cascade Veterinary in Wenatchee NEVER had a problem with him and never told me trazadone was MANDATORY before his appointments (it was recommended but NOT REQUIRED). After being turned away for not giving him this medication before his appointment I called Paws and Claws in East Wenatchee and they happily took him in all they asked was for me to place a muzzle in case he went crazy but everything went well. It was VERY upsetting knowing I was turned away because I didn’t want to drug my dog in sedative meds, makes me wonder if their staff can even handle large dogs? As a pet owner I shouldn’t be forced to give my dog a sedative if I do not wish to especially knowing he CAN be handled. Do not tell me I HAVE to dose him with something he doesn’t essentially NEED!

We didn't have an appointment yet the staff told us to come right in late on a Friday! They were so friendly and saw Pee Wee. They even let us make payments!With two medications the visit was only $144.00.Highly recommended ❤🐶❤🐶

This is the BEST vet in the area! You know how your dog HATES the vet? Well not anymore!! My dog looooves going to the vet now. They're great with all animals but especially if you have a smooshed face dog, like a Frenchie or pug, one of their techs is a breeder and is VERY knowledgeable about that style dog. I love this vet and so does my Axle!

Dr. Kelly is friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgable. My poor horse was suffering from two different injuries last year. I had a horse chiropractor and another horse professional out to work on his back, but he was not healing effectively and I thought I would never be able to ride him again. Once Dr. Kelly came along, my horse started healing due to her great Chiropractor care. Now my unrideable horse is rideable and enjoying life thanks to her! Now I want my cat to benefit from what they have to offer at Cashmere Veterinary Clinic.
