So I go to the main store a lot, like enough that they know me. I always ask for light ice due to the fact that it takes me most of the day to drink it, and the main store does it perfectly. I come here and get the exact same thing, yet I get enough ice to fill a pounder glass halfway. Will not go back and stick to the main store where they listen. I got a 16 oz for the price of a 24oz. Yes i put it in a 16oz cup and fit perfectly, and i have yet to drink any. The last pick before the cup is with the amount of ice the main store does for me. I will stick to the main store near home depot

The staff at this location deserve so many positive reviews. They’re always kind, friendly, and helpful. They make excellent coffee and provide great suggestions. My partner and I used to frequent another coffee chain that starts with a W but the coffee at Whidbey doesn’t taste burnt. Thank you to all the staff for your care and quality service. You are why we keep coming back.

The girls know my entire family's drink orders (6 people) as soon as I pull up, and always friendly! The girls are so sweet and work fast because I'm always in a hurry! Best tasting coffee around!

Coffee was fine, and service was good, but do not recommend for food. The breakfast sandwich was bad. It was clearly microwaved, and the bagel was a terrible texture as a result.

Overpriced in comparison to related businesses. Limited on health conscious options. Most girls working there are super sweet and make a great coffee. One morning girl was very rude as well as almost gave me something I specifically asked to make sure wouldn't be in it and could make me sick. My experience of her attitude motivated my change to a much cheaper and better quality competitor.

01Oct2022 visit -- Someone please tell the Pioneer Way store in Oak Harbor that the Mt. Vernon store apparently knows how to pay attention to their customers, make them feel valued (not to mentioned simply acknowledged), and generally do Customer Service correctly vs ignoring your customers so they walk out of your store, call you from out front, telling you that you failed to get their business.

My first time back to Whitney Coffee in a looooog time (15 years? Cuz they changed too much and the coffee just wasn't good anymore.) and I ordered a lavender dark chocolate and it was WONDERFUL. The barist, Gloria, made it 💯🎯! Needless to say they are back on point!!So impressed! Will go back again!! Will recommend to friends!

Coffee was good, but they microwave their bagels! They were so bad, chewy and moist! DO. NOT. BUY! Wish I didn’t not leave a tip, we all had to throw away our food.
