Worst pharmacy in Skagit. They can't ever get a prescription done in a timely manner. Sometimes it takes over a week. I have also had them send my prescription to another Walgreens in another town. Poor customer service too. Don't waste your time.

The pharmacists that handled my prescriptions this morning were so friendly and helpful. I was very sick and they made the experience of handling my insurance issue and getting my meds quickly a breeze.

Pharmacy staff clearly hate their jobs. Every time I come here I get a different answer to the same question. Trying to do a simple transfer and had to come 3 different times and never ready. Had a message in my app about a prescription being ready, yet when I got there they knew nothing about it, despite talking to them a few days earlier. Kept insisting my app should have certain information about this prescription, yet kept showing her their was no information getting very rude with me

Ridiculous customer service!No washrooms available for customers, when approaching an employee to request the code, they said they are not open to the public as multiple people "like you..." (me, as assumed by the employee) use it without buying in the store.What they are not realizing is that people like me STOP BUYING THERE BECAUSE OF STUFF LIKE THIS!!I left my basket on the floor and left the store...I completely understand the washroom is a privilege and not a right, but making a move like this is not the right approach.

Poor customer service, no consideration for your pain, send you home without one of your prescription and not tell you it wasn’t filled because you are out of that medication. They are too busy to care.

Understaffed. I've had my booster shot cancelled three times due to lack of technicians often with little to no notice. Not the employees fault but very frustrating none the less.

Placed a next day order for photos. When I got there to pick them up there was no one in the photo center. So the only cashier had to abandon her post to help me and one other woman. I got my photos, and went to get in line to pay, and the the same cashier had an elderly lady waiting to check out, and took quite a while (not the cashiers fault.) The poor cashier immediately called for back up, and a bald man in a Grey shirt, who I am assuming is the manager, yelled back there is no one to help. He was doing absolutely nothing, walked over to the photo center, where there was no one waiting because the single cashier already helped us. The elderly lady in front of me needed assistance out to the car, and by this time there was a line from the front all the way to the photo center behind me. Since the manager was nowhere to be found by this time, nor did it seem that he gave a flying f*ck, the cashier had to go help her out, as she should because this elderly lady definitely needed assistance. I was on break from work and didn't have time for this, so I was forced to leave my pictures and come back tomorrow. MANAGERS NEED TO SUPPORT THEIR TEAM. If the can't do that they should not be managers. This poor cashier was clearly stressed and knew customers were getting frustrated. She did absolutely nothing wrong and this all could have been avoided had the manager done something about it. So either employ better managers, or make sure you have enough coverage for the night. Its not fair to expect one single employee to carry the whole store. After seeing how Walgreens treats their employees, I likely will not do any business with them in the future.

Ive been shopping Walgreens Burl close to 10 years..I spend approx1500 to 2000 dollars co pays for prescriptions yearly. 70 year old male with Copd told I had to go over to Mod Pizza when requesting to use the bathroom. I wonder if Mod Pizza knows Jaylinn an employee at walgreens is sending their customers over there to use the facility. I'll be switching pharmacy's. If I'm getting meds a vaccine or shopping the last thing I wanna do is walk over to another establishment to use the bathroom.

I went to get my second covid shot that I had made an appointment for over a month ago, drove an hour to get here, took a day off work, to find out, they don't have my vaccine anymore. Pharmacy wouldn't even assist in finding another location for me to go to for my second shot. Of course no compensation for their mistake.

They don't allow customers to use the public bathrooms. Which I'm pretty sure is against the law. Employees here are pieces of trash. I'll he contacting the health Dept and the BBB on this to see of what they did to me and my non verbal autistic daughter is legal

Burlington location pharmacy does NOT have it together. Horrible customer service. Perscriptions and billing are always messed up and then they act like its our fault? What is the problem at this location?Sedro-Woolley is great! We moved and Burlington location is closer but it looks like its worth the drive back to Sedro-Woolley or change pharmacies all together.

We took a special trip to get a sale item, but the cashier and “shift lead” Jennifer were unable to apply our mobile coupon even though it was still valid and added to our account. They didn’t even attempt to solve the problem, very rude and not at all accommodating. I wish zero stars were an option.

Their Pharmacist refused to give me the enhanced flu shot even though I have COPD--she insisted, per CDC, I had to be 65 (CDC recommends people at high risk get it too). First time THAT'S happened! Also refused to give me a pneumonia shot; no reason given. If by some weird happenstance I get sick and die from pneumonia I guess I'll have Walgreens to thank. 😒

The average wait for any vaccine is 45 minutes with an appointment since I’ve had three appointments here so far. This is an extremely disorganized store. If it weren’t for the location, I would not come back.

The pharmacy cancelled all appointments with no notice and closed the pharmacy very early two days in a row. They called zero patients with appointments because the pharmacist ‘threw a fit and left early’. We will go out of our way to avoid this location.

Bathroom locked because of covid19. I can walk around and touch items, but apparently the bath room can spread the virus. Clerk said go to jack in the box, but you can not go in.then the clerk rang up my jtems, which were on sale, did not remind me to put my number in. Came to $15.i put my number in and we t down to $9, clerk did it care

Worst experience at the pharmacy. I took in a prescription, it had three prescriptions wrote one one paper. They filled 2. Were out of other, said they'd have it by sun or Mon. Call Sunday, they said Wednesday. Called again Monday they said yes!,, they got it in today.will be ready by noon. I went to pick it up 35 min away at noon thirty, and they said they only have 24 instead of 40. They said they could giv e me those now, but the remaining pills I would be voided. WTH? I said ugh, can just transfer all my stuff to the other rite aid, I called and they can fill it. NOPE! CAN'T DO THAT EITHER. bunch of idiots

Nothing but trouble from their pharmacy. They didn't have enough of a prescription I needed .They offered to give me what they had and I was told I could come back later for the rest.When I went back 2 days later they refused to complete my prescription and told me if I wanted it I could pay $400.

I usually go to the Sedro-Woolley Walgreens because I'm always treated with respect even though I live in Burlington I had my prescription called in only for convenience I like the Walgreens reward programs but other than that if you have a sickness or illness the last thing you want to see is unapproachable face at the pharmacy window45 degrees outside and the pharmacist sees my window down and my insurance card in hand my and ID .i...a condescending voice asked me what can I help you with well first of all I'm in the pharmacy drive-thru and I'm probably picking up a prescription so to me it's common sense without the passive aggressive condescending voiceI was thinking of the convenience aspect being close to the house and it's not okay... I did alert the pharmacist that I did notice her attitudinal approachthe younger lady is not something I want to deal with when you have health issues you want to see a happy approachable face not a crazy look and a sarcastic I'm sorry

Pharmacy needs to improve on their customer service. Did not contact me as agreed then said they couldn’t find my phone number I gave them causing me to miss my prescription before leaving the state. Go somewhere else.

Horrible!!!!! Their pharmacy is unorganized mess they have messed up multiple prescriptions, forget to scan prescriptions and the wait times there are horrendous. I wouldn’t have even given them one star if it would have let me!!!

Closed cause of power outage yet every other major retailer in town is open running off generators. Get it together, this is when people need things the most. Disgusting, lazy practice.

The pharmacist I super judgemental and they mess up my script all the time. She is really unprofessional and rude. Just count my prescription and put it the bottle. Your not a doctor
