I had the worst shopping experience of my life at this home depot. I made the mistake of walking into the tool corral with a shopping cart of plumbing fittings to try to get some help taking apart a pair of fittings I had brought for reference. After one nice employee failed to help get the fittings apart, I tried to leave the tool corral. I was stopped by a woman at the entry way who insisted I could not leave the tool corral with my cart without paying for everything in it - a new policy. I tried to explain that I wasn't done shopping, and I wasn't sure which fittings in my cart I would actually be buying, and I had no items from the tool corral area. She was incredibly rude and condescending. She treated me like I was trying to steal something. She would not let me leave with the cart despite me trying to appeal to her reason. This caused an embarrassing scene where multiple employees and customers were staring at me. Finally, she called someone more reasonable over who did let me leave the area with my cart. This all happened while my 5 year old was with me. I will NOT be shopping at this home depot again!

Oh my lord- you guys have lots of work to do on your customer service. We tried to get our special item sent to Bellingham, out of our way but knowing how difficult it is to get helped in the Burlington store. Sure enough- it took over 30 minutes to get our item. The guy dropped it off in front and left. It was on a pallet! We aren’t going to carry it out to the car guy. Anyways, got our item. Thank you for reminding us why we go to B-ham. 🙄

This place carries pretty much anything you could ever need for your projects. If there’s something random that I’m not sure where it might be, I buy it online and just pick it up at the lockers right at the front. That’s also nice during the holiday season when the lines are long. staff is always super nice and super helpful as well. I like going in the spring time and getting plants and flowers as the weather gets warm.

Everything is locked up! Not everyone is a criminal. After looking for an employee to help, they explained that item is in the caged up area. Finally found what we were looking for only to find it's $100+ more in store than on Amazon. Online shopping it is - that's a huge price difference.

How you guys going to sell stuff 100s of dollars worth of money but then argue with me about giving you 100 dollar bill's? Its ridiculous. Then you got scammers in the parking lot everyday trying to get you to buy fake jewelry because he and his family dont have enough gas to make it home. Told management about it and they told me not their problem. That's the power of the Home Depot.

What a mess. The garden dept is a joke. Not a single associate in sight. Large sections of empty shelves. Large displays with no prices. Large prices with no displays. Dead and half dead plants all over. Aisles cluttered with empty boxes, pallets of BBQ grills and other boxed merchandise. It's like nobody's running the place. Unbelievable.

They should move the heavy stuff like pavers, retaining wall blocks etc to the front of the garden section instead of the very back.According to the staff, they are no longer allowed to use the forklift to move pallets closer to where you need to load, so you have to move the blocks on the carts to your vehicle.It would save a lot of time, effort and energy to not have to walk 40+ 24 lb bricks all the way from the very back of the section to the front to load up.

Ordered 5 doors to be installed. The vendor who comes out to measure lost our order to come out. Then when the did come out, the store said they couldn’t see the measurements (even though the vendor said they would be visible in 3-4 hours from when the came to measure them). After waiting 5 days I spoke again with the store door specialist who said they still were not in. I found this odd and called on of the HD virtual specialist who found them right away and placed my order. Then when we got the doors, 3 of the 5 had major dings in the wood. One had orange scuffs from the cart so who knows if they came that way from the factory or were damaged while they were brought up to the front. The installer graciously communicated the damage to the store and said they would be sending out new doors. After waiting 10 days I called to check the status. The store said they did not place the order and would be contacting the vendor that day. I called for an update the next day and they still had not called the door vendor. I have spoke with managers and tried to resolve this before leaving a review. At this point, I feel the public should know to not deal with this location if you wish to not receive this kind of customer service. At no time I have even received an apology. Just a “we will get back to you”, which they never do.

Everything is behind bars it is so wierd. I had never imagined it. I went in looking for house filter and was shocked to walk into Everything being behind bars and no employees anywhere in sight. I ended up buying pine cones that smell like cinnamon because it is the season which it was an impulse buy for not having what i needed.

I will NEVER EVER buy appliances or doors from Home Depot. I've spent almost 5000.00 and currently been spending the last 2 weeks fighting to get things fixed after only a using it for 2wks. Home Depot is the only place that has a 48hr no return policy...so basically if you're dumb enough to buy from Home Depot and it holds for 48hrs...you are then on your own.

The average policy of home Depot is to allow cyclists to have their bikes in the store but not this location. Shop somewhere else and don't support non eco friendly businesses.

Literally just bought this paint an hour and a half ago and it's of the lowest quality I've ever seen - calling it globby would be a compliment. Super disappointing

We've never really had an issue here until today. Went for in for a return and there were 3 people at the counter, 1 was working, 2 were just chatting. As the return line got longer, they finally acknowledged that they could not help with returns only pick ups. So we had to wait, not a super big deal, but the person that could do returns was on the phone with a phone sale that they apparently couldn't help with either.As we are waiting, the customer service phone starts ringing off the hook. The 2 that were talking kept talking while the other person tried to get all the returns done. I asked them if they were trained to answer phones. 🤣 the look I got for that. The phone was finally answered, the return line dwindled and we left.Let's get more people cross trained so you aren't paying them to stand around.

I love coming to this Home Depot because everybody is always so nice compared to other Home Depot that I have been to watch the shop here on a regular basis probably more than I would like to admit! Especially there was a guy by the name of Sam, or Samuel a while back well quite some time ago I was walking through the isles, and I was kind of having anxiety attack and the young gentleman approached me and asked me if I needed any help, move some time, you have to look for somebody to help you. You want down every single aisle and I told him the list of what I needed to do a remodel he push. The curtain was so very helpful. I have never received any customer service like this in my life. With me being a retail manager for the past 13 years I wish I could steal them honestly! Lol he said he traveled far just to even come in worked at that location. I work down past Seattle, so I know he wouldn’t come that far to work for me unfortunately! I hope to see him here again and I will keep on coming back just for that customer professionalism that he provided that day

Always had good experiences here. Almost daily stopping in and never have issues. Order pick up can take a while compared to some other home depots but for the amount we're here its consistently great overall.

I ordered four windows through this Home Depot back in April of 2022 that were supposed to be installed in August 2022. I was contacted the day prior to be told one of the windows wasn't in and if I would be ok to reschedule. I told them that was fine with me. I asked for a new ETA on the windows and ended up paying for them in full during that same conversation because we had plans coming up to go out of town. I was instructed to call back in a week for an ETA. From August until January I had to call weekly asking for a status of our windows that I paid $5000 for and was ghosted over and over again. Finally, in January of 2023 they came out to install the windows but one of them was the wrong size. Luckily, we had ordered a larger window and the smaller one that came in fit. However, we were charged a fee to cut the wall into a bigger size and charged for a bigger window. The team who came and installed the window said to make sure we were reimbursed for the services not rendered and the difference in window size. So... I have been back to calling daily asking for refund. I have been met constantly with a lack of empathy- the Home Depot team going as far to insinuate I am lying about the windows. I have given them the name of the window installation company and the gentleman who installed the window who confirmed my story and even submitted a document explaining that the wrong size window was received and what is owed to us. I was finally told almost 2 weeks ago I would receive a refund via a gift card and that was all they are willing to do, and that they would contact me last week with the details. I have not received a call. I gave them a few days and am back to calling daily. It is absolutely horrendous the way we have been treated. I started this process almost a year ago and was told our windows would be installed before the winter (the winds were for my kids rooms which get very cold because the windows are ancient) and now, a year later, we are still battling this process. All I have ever asked for is to be reimbursed for a service that I didn't receive (the cutting of my wall- an egress charge) and the difference for the size of window. I had plans to order another round of windows this year from them along with a screen door and new backdoor, but I will NEVER order from them again after this is finished. I have been so disappointed.

This place deserves a 5 star, although my experiences the last few times have been uneventful and orders not being available that were purchased in advance. For example: I purchased a large order for flooring, arrived the next day to pick it up and the service desk said no one has started it just yet, I informed her with a smile that I could go grab it and she could inspect on my way out. She agreed to this, so off I went. I stood there looking for 15 minutes until an employee approached me, stating that they couldn't accommodate my order due to a mix-up. As interesting as his explanation was, I was in their store checking inventory before I went home and made my online order (needed to do some extra measurements). Something didn't feel right from the get-go with the awkward excuses at the service desk to the employees' explanations. I thanked him and returned to the service desk. The only help they could offer was to refund my card. This whole debacle I feel like was shoddy. Either way, I'm an HD fan and do enjoy using their store over Lowe's.

About 15—20% of the time, in self checkouts, I'll get an employee literally breathing down my neck, disregarding other customers, waiting to catch me doing something. And they're not "just doing their job" because that makes me fairly uncomfortable
