Hadn't been in that store since I was treated like a criminal when I had just purchased 134.00 worth of stuff when my children were babies. I told the wonderful cashier I had on Sunday, Feb. 5th, '23 about my experience and how I had always felt safe shopping there. But after that happened, when the security guard came over and undercover security wouldn't let me leave and I was desperately searching for my receipt with my babies screaming and my autistic son trying to leave, well, THAT WAS IT!TWENTY TWO years later, I was ready to go there and see what had changed. The cashier was amazing and apologized and made sure I had a good experience. They lost out on an excellent customer and a lot of money, but I am sure Corporate executives don't give a hoot. She mentioned that now they can't even do or say anything when people steal from the store.I had a good time comparing prices and checking out the foods and toys and pet areas.God bless my cashier.

Definitely the smallest target that I’ve ever been to.Unfortunately, it’s also probably one of the worst that I’ve ever been to. Several of the shelves are always either bare or have almost no product on them. Their selection of certain things such as electronics is absolutely bare minimum. The sales aren’t too bad but it always seems like there’s never an associate around when you need them. their clothing line of selections is above average I would say.The only reason I’m giving this to stars is because of its convenience to where I live. This particular store is only about maybe a quarter-mile if that from my house. Although again, this is probably its only saving grace. The self checkout lines always seem to have at least one not working. And there’s never enough of the cashier areas to really put a real dent in the lines of customers. Also, some of the staff members that do cashier work tend to either not bag your items for you, or they do so with little to no organization. And simply just dump your purchases into your bags.If I have the option to do so, I would definitely say that I would not go here anymore but unfortunately, every now and again I have to simply because I can’t find everything I need at other places or others are just too far away for an individual who doesn’t have a car.So again, in summary, can’t exactly complain about the distance from my place to them, but aside from that there is very little in the way of high marks. I should also mention that the little food court area is always looking extremely messy.

Locked cabinets for all hard alcohol but nobody answers the call button. Pressed the button five times, five minutes apart each time for a total of 25 min wait. Associates walking by several times that “didn’t have access”. Could hear everyone’s radio going off saying there’s “some person that keeps pushing the alcohol assistance” in an annoyed tone. I’m all for theft prevention, but then you need staff to actually respond to the call bell. This was in the middle of the day during the week with practically no customers in the store.

If I could give zero stars to this location, I would. As a Canadian customer, I visited three nearby Target stores today. Marysville, Burlington & Bellingham. This was definitely the worst Target in terms of stock and cleanliness. But that didn't bother me too much. However, I picked up two "Holiday" tee shirts (for my daughters) from a stack of graphic tees. They were showing 0 when I checked the price with the store self scanner. I asked a manager to scan them for me and she wouldn't allow me to buy the tee-shirts that I picked up off the shelf?! She said she's not "allowed" to sell this to me. This was absurd to me. She was rude about it. When I asked if I could speak to customer service, she replied "I'm the manager."I'm not super familiar with Target and their policies but in Canada the customer is always right and if something is on the floor with a tag, you have to sell it. ALSO, at the Marysville Target (one hour earlier), a few Christmas hair-bows and hair bands (for my daughters) were showing 0 as well and the cashier rung them in under Holiday seasonal at 90% off with no issues. So I had a strong feeling that the Burlington manager was just trying to show her authority. Ha ha. I will never visit this Target again. Avoid!I couldn't even get the manager's name as she was wearing a cardigan over her name tag. But she was working today at around 4pm.

I tried to save money, post Christmas spending, by buying a straightener at Walmart this year. After two tries of their products, I got wise & just spent the extra $ on the straightener I had bought at Target 5 yrs ago! You truly get what you pay for in the end!! Thank you Target for being the only local shop that carries this Revlon long barrel titanium straightener . It only needed to be replaced becuz I had gotten plastic on the plates & I couldn't get it off no matter how hard I tried & the finish got ruined on it. But it was still working just fine before that mistake.

Target stores give the best overall experience when it comes to cleanliness, staying stocked, ambiance, safety, and employees. Their clothing products are of quality compared to some competitors and the demographics of people who shop there are decent.

The Burlington Target is a little smaller than the other closest locations, but I’ve always found what I need.They also have parking spots dedicated to online pickups.Inside, they closed the Pizza Hut/Cafe, but there is still a Starbucks.

Checkout times are absurd. No matter how busy it gets they only have 2 out of 12 check out stands open. Half of the time only 2 of the self check out stands are open. I'm sure what's going on but I shouldn't have to wait almost a half hour to purchase one item. I'll be going to Walmart from now on

Bought an item only because it was on sale and was charged full price. Couldn’t return because I never got my digital receipt through the app. Watch out for that but otherwise the place is fine.

I visited the local Target store and had a great shopping experience. The store's layout was clear and intuitive, making it easy to locate the items I was looking for. The staff was proactive and friendly, readily available to assist with any queries. I found exactly what I needed, which was a huge time-saver. The checkout process was fast and efficient too, so I managed to get in and out of the store pretty quickly. The store was also well-stocked, clean, and orderly. I highly recommend it.

I'm just thankful for everything Targets been for me in my life, from a seasonal part time shelf stocker to just a peaceful store to walk through.Not targets fault society got hostile and money got blown out of proportion to where its not affordable to run a business.

I think I'm done with this Target. Three times in the past few months, items were missing from my pickup order. These weren't items that were rejected but instead items they forgot to bring out to my car. I had to call them, confirm it was still there and pick it up later. The last time this happened, they said they would leave the item until the next day when I could pick it up and when I arrived, it was gone. They are also very under staffed during their peak 5pm time (but the guest service employees and cashiers are very sweet and I know they aren't too blame for lack of hours). Also, I have had items ordered and the wrong item in it's place (ie . ordered a zucchini, got a cucumber). Please take the time to train and add hours to the peak times.

I went customer service today for a pickup, and I was surprised how things were messy, disgusting and abandoned over there… I was waiting for a bit, and finally somebody showed up, and he’s was super nice and sweet!But, besides that, please organize that, it’s awful 😣

I would give no stars. The employee Phyllis wont bag your groceries and wants you to do it. If I wanted to bag my own groceries I would of went to self check out.This is the checkers job. Customer service is not what it use to be.

This location is beyond ridiculous and laziness. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE PICK UP you will never get your substitute items or most of your items. Ordered a online pick up today and got a email saying some of my items we're canceled, so I walk right into Target and what do you know everything I ordered was sitting right in there location. Beyond frustrated that now I had to make 2 separate charges on my card and the useless online order to pick up since I had to go inside to do there freaking job.

Worst store I've ever been in. It looks more like a Goodwill than a Target. The place is always a mess and what is with the makeshift shelves of garbage stored in the cafe? It's first thing you see as you walk in the door. Tacky. Nothing is put away, boxes everywhere, crazy clothing racks in odd locations. I can't find anything here.

Compared to other Target stores, both nearby and as far away as Hawaii, the Burlington store is suffering from some form of apathy or neglect.. Lets just say I'm pretty sure this is not the shopping experience that Target wants you to have

The employees are friendly and helpful. The bathrooms are usually dirty. Target quality has diminished greatly over the years, however that is not a reflection on this Target location, but on Target Corporate.

Inventory is never correct. Used to be reliable, but isn't anymore. I ordered 10 things for pickup. I got to the store and they didn't have 5 of the items, or so they said. When I got there I checked the aisles in the store and they did have 2 of the items. Such a mess.

Not overall impressed. I went to make a return and buy formula. An employee cut in line in front of me while I was making a return to purchase something and then I was made to continue to wait while the employees wandered around talking with each other until a superior finally told them to assist me. My return was made but they didn’t have in stock the formula I was needing to buy (likely not targets fault - the stars I gave are for the employee service, not the formula supply).

I was in the store about. 45min. Or so, Looking for a birthday present for my grandson. I did have merchandise in my electronic cart. As I did put everything back!Remembering, why I do not care for Target!Not one employee asked if I needed any help!!I had to initiate the direction of toddlers clothing, in which he would of definitely walk past me. Not even a hello or how are you doing?As well, too expensive!! My business will NOT be there at Target..
