I had a medical appointment and had to travel an hour to get there so got a 'wrap' for breakfast there. Found out that it was '2 for 1 beverage day so I got to try a new drink...an oatmilk lavender something or other that was brown in color. Interesting but won't order that again~ It is fun to try their new 'creations.'Their 'spinach feta wrap' is a great, nutritious and tasty breakfast. Also, their Blond Flat White coffee drink doesn't have any sugar and doesn't have any bitterness, rather is very flavorful and delicious. Wish they had 'ginger loaf' all year round! Hope SB will experiment with some ginger based drinks soon!I've tried several samples of their 'olive oil' based coffees and they are actually surprisingly very good as well.I am amazed at how fast baristas can whip up an order. Bravo to all baristas!

There was a male staff member with long hair working the cashier speaking with a family in front of me whom English was not their first language. He was super condescending, visible rolling his eyes and showing his impatience and pretty rude. I suppose at least he is consistent - When it was my turn: no greeting, no thanks. What an awful experience.

I love visiting this Starbucks! The people working at this location are so kind and friendly. It's nice to find a place like this in WA state. Coffee is consistently good, quick and the building is clean.

This Starbucks location always exceeds my expectations! You can count on them to get you through the drive through quickly if you're in a hurry, and the lobby is always clean and pleasant. There's also something special about the welcoming atmosphere the baristas create. However busy they are, there's a cheerful smile and a kind word to be had for everyone-- and it doesn't even feel forced, which is a rare thing these days.

I came in last nught about 800 and asked for decaf coffee and got a blonde coffee on my oat milk shaken drink. I have heart issues with excessive caffine and purposely asked for decaf! Drank half of it to realize you guys put the blonde roasted coffee in it. Very displeased.

I’ve been coming here almost every morning for a while now and everyone is so nice however Ellen not so much. She is very dismissive and so rude! It’s very disappointing because sometimes I look forward to seeing some of the familiar barista‘s because of how genuinely nice they are. Ellen needs to learn some peaople skills! If you don’t want to work with people maybe you should not work at a place where it requires you to have some good customer service.

First went through the drive thru and showed them a picture of what I ordered and they made it wrong. Second time went inside and they tried to make me pay for a drink they messed up and the second time they still got it wrong.. Also someone before me they messed up there drink order. The 3 girls working today making drinks. Should listen and people are explaining what they want. Instead of thinking they know what people want. And they were not busy either.

Just a wonderful place!This place is a must stop. I drive from Bellingham to Kirkland, at least once a week.I HAVE to stop here. It's always perfect and it amazes me how they remember your name. The manager is wonderful and always says hello. TheThe store is the best run and friendliest store and I love Starbucks.I mentioned what a great place it wasand several employees said "it's our manager, we love her "Keep up the great work!!

I travel up and down I-5 from the Canadian border to Seattle on business, know almost every Starbucks along that path. This is the BEST one. Best managed, best, most professional and friendly baristas and staff. I’ve been stopping there for coffee and food for eight years, consistently best service.
