Don't bother applying for a job here you will go through 3 in person interviews then be turned down if you fail the talent plus phone survey. If you look up talent plus they have terrible employee reviews. Country store even reached out to my current employer which may jeopardize my current employment.

Trying to deal with an emergency, got here as they were locking up for the night. Went out of their way to help me despite the lateness and fixed my urgent problem. Will absolutely be coming back again, with customer service like that! A+, 10/10, and thank you to the staff for staying an extra 10 min!

Frustrating over the phone call. Trying to give her my account number, have the card right in front of me, couldn’t locate the account. She acted like I was a shady customer since we finally found it under my fiancé’s name (he opened the account). Volume was extremely low so hard to even hear and had to strain to hear the conversation. She also cut me off several times. We buy duck pellets there quite often but felt like I was just a criminal trying to pull a fast one on her. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere where I feel like a valued customer or a least a standard customer.

Excellent friendly service toward myself, my husband and my puppy. They helped give advice for a high protein low grain food and stood by patiently while I was indecisive and changed my mind several times. Great service at this Burlington location.

Extremely Helpful. I didn't know my puppy received two of the same shots (which wasn't supposed to happen). The employee really cared and helped me out, didn't even pressure me to buy anything.

I specifically asked for 1/2" by 1" cage wire, they said they didn't have it after checking. So we went with 1" by 1". They tried to cut the wire short of when I paid for, luckily we were watching what they were doing and corrected them. To find out the dos have 1/2" by 1" cage wire. They rolled the wire very loosely and it wouldn't fit so we had to unroll the wire and refill it ourselves to make it fit. As they stood there watched us and chuckled. Horrible customer service.

It's the best store for what you need for your pets. The staff is very helpful. I look forward to getting all my pet's needs. It's the place to go to and know you can trust the people that are helping you. They know there stuff.

Great employees. Bulk and large animal supplies. They sell cat and dog vaccines (you need to inject your animal), cheaper than going to Vet.

My puppy got sick from the Fromm food I recently just got there. I took to the vet urgent. Food wasn’t fresh at all and I’m so angry, sad and disappointed. I’m currently giving my pup vet food to make sure he recovers ;( I should’ve just went where I had been buying food for my puppy.
