Took my husky (age 4) in for his first grooming...bath and brushing. He was very excited and happy to see everyone but didn't want anyone to touch his feet/don't know why. He barked at the groomer when she tried who was very nice in spite of this, but the supervisor said they weren't willing to take a chance. I would have been fine if they wanted to muzzle him just in case to protect their staff but they just turned us away. Very disappointed in supervisor's attitude...I guess they only want to bother working with small, obese old dogs. Won't be back at Petsmart for anything from now on. Will buy my pet supplies elsewhere.

Seems like every other time we get fish it causes disease in my tank. Absolutely never never never , NEVER again. All other prices are beat on Amazon. Absolutely no need to go in. . Buy it online

They gave my dog the completely wrong hair cut for his breed. I complained and they rudely told me that I what I asked for. When I contacted cooperate office to say how poorly we had been treated, they said every cut has a satisfaction guarantee and refunded our money. Fast forward a few years, I find out we have been black listed for too many complaints.

This store had much more variety of items than our local location. It was bigger, and the layout of the aisles made it easier to find what I was looking for. The clerk at check out was friendly and made sure we found what we came for. It is worth it for me to travel a few more miles to get what I need from here rather than my local store.

I didn't realize that I still had this at 1 star, I've upgraded to 3. I don't think that any of the same employees are still here and it certainly has to be under better management. I'd probably upgrade it to 4, but my complaint in the past was never addressed by the company and I was never given an appology. Still on here is my old review:Absolutely disgusted with the horrible, or rather non-existent customer service. I went there wanting to buy a pet snake. I was there for 30 minutes getting no assistance whatsoever. I know it was 30 minutes because I checked the time when I entered the store, while I was waiting, and when I left. I kept trying to get some help but nobody would assist me. After 30 minutes of no help at all I finally got a manager. That manager was extremely stupid and lazy. All he would do is stare at me and not move a muscle to help. I asked him 5 times to show me the corn snakes and he just kept standing there doing nothing but stare at me. He kept saying he was trying to help but didn't do anything at all to help. Being stared at and lied to is not helping. After 5 minutes of him just standing there doing nothing but staring and lying to me I finally got fed up and left. I had spent a total of 45 minutes in the store without any help whatsoever. It is no wonder none of the employees would bother helping a customer when even the manager has no concept of customer service and is just worthless, stupid, and lazy.

Found some meat juice to pour on our little picky Dachshund Abigail's food. She seems to like it. Never had a canine friend who was a picky eater until now. Cashier was friendly and greeted us at the door.

Nice little store for pet supplies. They have a large selection of fish and a few reptiles and birds. All the animals look healthy when we've visited which is a huge plus. There is also a pet grooming area in the back and an adoption area for local cats. We found our last cat here.

Love how clean this store is, and how easy it is to find what I needed. The cashier was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. And, as an amazing bonus, another customer had the cutest kitten in her arms!! Such a sweet little surprise to make the day even better 💕

Love this PetSmart. Never an issue. Great grooming services for your pup. Lines are never long and staff is always helpful. Sabrina in grooming is absolutely wonderful to deal with and talented. My pup's hair always turns out great. Thank you, Sabrina and PetSmart!

Place must be understaffed. Made grooming appointment over month in advance just to have it canceled day of with nothing else available for another month +. Staff is nice enough, but all they can say is we're sorry. Which translates to sorry for you.....😓

I was just in this store a bit ago and bought some fish. Although I got the fish I needed and the experience was mostly nice, I didn’t appreciate the workers treatment of the fish. When I asked for help with them, they mumbled about how frustrating the fish were and cussed a lot while getting them. They also aggressively dropped the fish into the bag from at least half a foot from the opening of the bag and almost dropped some out of it. The fish are fine, but I hope they are treated better in the future.

Have two ten month old cats that just started fighting. Got calming collars and Feliway Optimum plugin. Both release phermones which is supposedly something from mother which helps calm them down. Works!!! Not 100% But 80 ish

Friday June 10th. It was 8:45, closing at 9:00. When we entered the two employees were talking with each other. No one greeted us. No one asked if we needed help finding something. Bought engraved dog tags. Laser printer wasn't working right. I asked for help and the employee helped but made it very clear that they closed in 5 minutes.Never had service like that before!Usually a 5 star rating from me!

Normally I enjoy shopping here, but when I see an employee at the register sitting on the counter and texting. I asked her, do you get paid to do nothing and she replies YES. That goes to show what customer service is becoming. Truly sad. I was in there 7/24/22 right before closing.

They are very knowledgeable and helpful and patient especially with dogs that haven't ever been to a pet store like my pup.. and they are understanding about kiddos gettjng excited over all the animals. My son kept trying to put his hand in the fush tank an instead of being a jerk the associate made it more fun not to mess with the tanks!

I like it when I feel that my business is welcomed. ...did not feel welcomed when going to the grooming salon to get our dog groomed. Doesn't anyone smile back there? Retail is all about making the customer feel special. We'll find some other place to get grooming done next time. Oh, the rest of the floor staff was very courteous and friendly.
