Went there for the first time and felt it overpriced. We ordered you pick 2 and were given literally two spoons of teriyaki rice bowl for $15. Staff was nice to understand and refunded us money to order something else but did tell us that this is the quantity we get for the bowl. Quality of food is good overall, but price vs. quantity are big disappointment

Don't go!!!! The Worst sandwich I've ever had in my entire life!!! Can't believe we Paid for a chicken frontega aoili and ended up with this i got no chicken at all just soggy bread and nasty gross tomatoes with some onions and little bit of cheese. I am very disappointed in the entire experience and won't ever eat there again... If I had eaten this I probably would have ended up sick

1/25/24 Always out of soup EARLY in the day. 2pm and no broccoli cheese soup. Why can't I ever order it for dinner?Added on 3/21/24 has been out of broccoli cheese soup since at least 3pm, had it on the app for all of 5 min around 4:45pm and are sold out again.It's like there is no common sense to make more when they get low.4/27/24 they had soup but the bread I received wasn't even the size of a deck of cards, usually they are larger than my hand. This location needs new employees

There were no tomatoes tonight, No brownies and that I kind understand.But my tuna fish sandwich had barely any two and a fish on it and the lettuce was slimy.. Very disappointed first time we haven't enjoyed our meal!!!!!We won't be back for a while. For the price you pay, you should at least have decent lettuce on your sandwich.

I wish I could give Panera more stars but the food I got tonight is worth 2 stars maybe even 1 star. I ordered a grilled cheese and tomato soup (to go). Got home and got the food out….I got a tiny grilled cheese that wasn’t even grilled, it’s like they slapped bread together with melted cheese and called it good….at least the soup was good.

Breakfast sandwich was cold. The banana strawberry smoothie did not taste of banana. Way overpriced for what is given. They do not cut up the bread in slices, nor do they cream cheese anything. Not at all worth the price if I am doing everything myself. Why go out to eat and pay to eat out, if I finish preparing the food and collect my dishes when done. I do not recommend and will not be going back.

I've not been to a Panera in years and my friend has never eaten at one before. The cashier (Alex) was extremely helpful during the ordering process and patiently explained our options and was seemingly understanding of my toddler running around. The food was fresh, delicious and ready and at our table promptly delivered by the manager (Dave), who nicely even sliced my daughter's apple for her. They go above and beyond here with their service and I think we'll be coming back.

Came through the drive thru today ordered a sierra turkey sandwich with cucumbers and tomatoes. Drive 10 minutes back to work to find they didn't make my sandwich. Drove the 10 minutes back there to get my sandwich remade. Well they ran out of cucumbers, thats fine I got cheese and spinach instead. After 5 minutes finally get my sandwich. Drive another 10 minutes back to work again, soup I ordered too was already cold at this point. Open up my sandwich ready to finally eat it, bite into it and they didn't even put turkey on my sandwich. Just lettuce, tomato, cheese, and onions. What kind of a sandwich is that? So not only did they completely forget my sandwich, they remade it wrong and took up 40 minutes of my time.

This has to be the worst restaurant in the entire state. If you care about your health or your sanity the DO NOT step foot in this extremely dirty and poorly run- joke of a business. Out of 3 times we have this place a chance- rotten food, out of stock of almost everything, manager had no idea what the menu items were, no idea how to use a gift card, please is DISGUSTING. Wrong order every time .. the MOST frustrating experience and WORST restaurant I have ever been to.

This is the most pathetic meal I have ever received!!! Chicken sandwiches where burned, hardly any sauce, door dashed it, do not order their food, threw the food away, cost 53 dollars to have it delivered, throwing all away, what a waste. Spit the one bite out, was burnt, no sauce and on top of it f..cked my order up. see pic discusting what a waste of time, not the dashers fault

The food was really good, my only issue was the pizza was luke warm. I was in a rush and didn't have time to go back. The flavor was really good and the crust was crisp and thin, as it should be 😊 I do wish there was a few more flavor options, maybe even being able to pick your own toppings. Overall, flavor and service great, temperature not so much

Don’t get me wrong — when Panera has food, it’s the best. However; my last 6-7 trips have been really unfortunate. Twice I’ve ordered and paid only to be told they don’t actually have what I ordered. Or today, no bread bowls or crust for flatbreads. Like, it’s only 2:30 pm…how are you out of so much already? And it’s starting to not be a one-off anymore when it’s been so many trips in a row.

I've been here twice. The first time I went in. Everything went smoothly, and tasted great. Today I used the drive-thru. They messed up my order. So the "remade" it. I asked for my receipt. Was told it was in the bag. It was not. My portion for the grain bowl is probably less than half, compared to when I ate inside previously, and the cold brew is one of the worst things I've ever tasted. It has clearly been sitting for days and it extremely acidic and bitter. I wasn't expecting greatness from their coffee, but I'm dumping it out. Also it isn't a large, as I ordered. Pretty lousy experience all around, and it somehow cost me $15. Not coming back to this place.

Dave the Manager is bringing the SERVICE and Alex at the front register is amazing. These two absolutely made my grandmother's afternoon. Don't let them go, Panera.Parking: Parking is close to the building and plentiful.Wheelchair accessibility: Two handicapped parking spots are wheelchair accessible.

Horrific!! Unethical and shady business practices. Employee forgot to give back my card and I was told it was being held “safely” in their safe. When to pick up the next day and waited for 30 minutes. Manager comes out and tells me they can’t find it. I had to run to work so I told them I would come back. When I call to tell them I’m headed that way, manager gets back on the phone and said she found my card in the trash cut into small pieces. What the hell! Why would anyone think that’s okay AFTER I told them immediately I was picking up. Everyone had a different story and nothing was making sense. Employee was not helpful at all. Now I’m left with no card and money due to their negligence.

Came to order some food.I made a mistake.Laughing at myself from the window of my car.And that guy standing at the window looking at me like the worse look ever!!!Like are you done laughing?Oh my!!!.That was the meanest and scariest disgusting look I ever experimented someone looked at me.I took the sandwich and went home...Could not eat it.I went back to return the food and told the manager.I will not recommend this place to absolutely ANYBODY.
