Where understanding as I had been in a very serious accident that same day and did all they could to ensure I was comfortable getting behind the wheel again. Excellent experience! We have been looking for a replacement vehicle for a few week now. We wanted a Durango R/T AWD. When I saw the fantastic & detailed extremely clear pictures on line of the one they had. I could not help but dive deeper. Only to find this Durango was a lease return with only 15 thousand miles on it. Not only was it equipped with every option we wanted including the color. The condition was pristine for a four year old vehicle. So I called on it. Dustin answered the phone, I quickly quizzed him on it. He not only seemed knowledgeable about the Durango he was willing to review my concerns & got back to me the following morning. See we live two hundred plus miles south of them. For us to come see it there were some logistics that I needed to coordinate. Everything fell into place. We left the following morning at 7am & arrived at 10:40am to be quickly greated by Dustin welcoming us to the dealership. The Durango was just as presented in everyway. His sincere honesty & thoughtfulness was truelly appreciated. We went over it & took it for a drive & quickly came to an agreement. The whole process was seemless & actually quite pleasant. I know strange words for a used car lot, lol. We left by 2pm drove south a few miles & returned our rental car to Enterprise where we also recieved Excellent service. Then proceeded south. Six plus hours latter we arrived home. Overall experience we give it a 10. Thank you Dustin & Team we Highly Recommend you all.

These guys were great, no hassle no fuss, they got us in and out with our new truck in record time. We had searched for weeks for the right truck, and dreaded the paperwork part of it. We went to more dealerships then I can count to look around. But we just couldn't find The One. We stopped here on a whim to look at one we found online and actually fell in love with the truck parked next to it lol. The guys were so laid back about letting us take take our time to look around and test drive that my husband didn't want to go anywhere else to buy one. I had to go to work less then 2 hours later and we left with keys in hand paperwork done, with trade and all just in time to go to work.. Best car buying experience I've ever had. It was time for my 74 year old Dad to get a different car. We were looking for something a couple years old with low miles and clean. We spent a day looking around the Skagit Valley area. Ron at Pacific Coast Auto greeted us and let us ask questions and was informative but very low pressure. We left knowing the car they had would be a top contender not only because the car was a great fit and the price was right but because of how comfortable Ron made us feel about doing business with him. We returned later in the day to drive the vehicle, met with Ron and ended up making the purchase. Pacific Coast Auto Center was such an amazing help getting my family back onto the road. After our car broke down we were out of a vehicle for months and getting turned down time after time for financing due to a past repossession on my record. Once I applied for a vehicle at Pacific Coast Auto Center I was contacted immediately by the owner and they started getting to work on my approval and within a day they had everything they needed for an approval! Not only where they fast at getting me approved but the staff was also very nice. They even came to pick me up so I didn't have to walk to get to the dealership. Buying a car can be such a stressful process but the team at pacific coast auto center made this process so easy. They were an amazing team of people to work with and I'd recommend them to anyone in need of a good used vehicle.

I had great customer service from the time I drove onto the lot until I drove away with the vehicle I wanted. Peter was an excellent salesman treated great. The best part of purchasing a vehicle through Pacific Coast was the salesmen did not come out like a bunch of voltures ready to pick you apart. I walked out with a decent used pickup(2008 Ford Ranger 4×4) at a decent price at payments I can afford. I will absolutely recommend all my friends to Pacific Coast auto sales,
