The folks here are SO helpful. Every one of them is knowledgeable and eager to help. They never make me feel rushed. Their policy is that if your pet doesn't do well with a particular food you buy, you can return it and they donate it to a shelter. They are ALL about pets!

Finding out that my dog has an skin allergy to chicken, and that all the food that I had purchased recently from mudbay has chicken in it, this company refunded all my money and donated all my used dog food. They help me find a new food without chicken or chicken fat. Extremely helpful and I am grateful.

Best customer service around!! Some times I have questions about the use of a water fountain or just trying to find a new toy for my fur baby. Every time I leave happy and feeling, dare I say, a little more educated. Check out the prices of canned and dry cat food!! They don't charge more than the big chain pet stores!!! Low prices and fantastic service!! I wish I could give more stars!! Customer for life

Loved the store and everything its about! My 14 year old girl loved the birthday gifts and frozen yogurt she got. The atmosphere was welcoming and the staff was so kind and helpful as well! I'm definitely going to start being a regular at this store.

I visited this Mudbay after stopping by a friend's shop. I was very lost in what to do for my kitten and ( I am so sorry I forgot her name! ) was so sweet and generous. She took care of my kitty especially in my lowest time. Thank you for the shampoo, treats and extra can. You are such a gem and I hope more people can recognize how amazing this team is! Great place for all your pets needs! Bring your doggy in with you, they get a little treat for visiting. Some items are a bit pricey but everything is pretty well made.

Hands down the best pet store I’ve been to in a long time! Made the drive up from Smokey point to check this store out, and will most definitely be a returning customer! Such a great selection of natural dog chews, as well as tough to beat prices! I was welcomed by the most absolute sweetest employees and was also given some free samples to try! This store will definitely be getting my business:) Cannot express enough how happy I am with the my experience!

Highly recommend this store for any of your cat or dog needs. We were quite sure it was a coffee shop so we never went in. Now we know it is a wonderful store for cats and doggies. You definitely need to stop by. The staff members are very helpful and well informed, as well as friendly.

Lovely, friendly, and welcoming customer service and staff at this location. My mom and I enjoy coming here for the pups and we are always offered some treats for our dogs at home. Our most picky husky loves some of the options of wet food and dry food here, such as Kiwi, and we are glad she eats her food! Overall, lots of treats, food options, and supplements to choose from here. We are always welcomed and treated kindly, when we come to Mud Bay- thank you for inviting us to your shop and we look forward to coming back again and again!

I love this company. They know their products. They have tight quality control with every brand they carry. They have doors so you can successfully find a brand your pet loves and they have the best little chicken treat bags when you check out my cats went absolutely nuts over them. I can say enough about this store. Out of five states I give ten 🤟

Jessica is FANTASTIC! I frequent the store about 3-4 times a month getting everything my two kitties could need. I have always had pleasant interactions, but Jessica went above and beyond. My girls love Stella and Chewy's Morsels, which is being removed from shelves. Jessica informed me, and made it a point to go the extra mile by giving me all the information about ordering. While helping me check out, she was genuinely interested in knowing all about my girls and was so sweet. I appreciate the kindness and top notch customer service I receive every time I stop by! Andrew was EXTREMELY helpful and knowledgeable about all the products in the store. He took a great amount of time to explain the differences between brands and answered all of my questions. As a cherry on top to his great service, he even helped me carry the heaviest bag out to my car and placed it in the trunk himself. I went in today and a man stopped what he was doing to help me read can label after can label for a chicken allergy and I walked out with more knowledge about it than when I walked in! He spent time explaining allergies to me and helped make suggestions and I was so thrilled that my questions and my cats pickiness didn't bother him at all, unlike the pet store I had been at before finding Mud Bay!I got sampled out wet foods to help me try and figure out what meats my cat will eat and signed up so what I bought can be tracked so I know if I've tested it on her before! The store itself was very clean, all staff members *incredibly* friendly and the shelves were stocked to the gills. Absolutely will be back time and time again, thank you!

I stopped into this MudBay on the way back to Canada (which unfortunately has no mud bays for me to love). The whole crew of staff on was so helpful and kind to me, and they even took care of me with a coupon. :) I will definitely be back when I am US- border side, again :)

Mud Bay is a great store for your pet needs! Our senior pets need more specialized food for their health and Mud Bay is the only place locally where we can find everything they require. They also have lots of fun items available to treat your furry friends. The staff is always fantastic and helpful!

Had to make a pit stop to the La Conner Mud Bay on the way to camping. My fur baby apparently all of a sudden doesn't like long car rides. The sales associate was really helpful and showing and explaining the different types of calming items they had that I could give him. Mudbay has always been helpful. I have never had a bad experience with the store close by my house and the one in La Conner, Wa.

We got a new kitten and I was looking for a matching bowl to one we bought years ago from a different local pet store. This was the only location who had them, online wanted an insane amount of money, so I decided to get out of the house a little during this lockdown and drive up to this store. I’m SO glad I did!The store is super cute, really well organized and stocked. I told the cashier I’d never been there and about the new kitten and she gave me this adorable goodie bag with some treats in there my cats went NUTS for. I’m glad the bag is labeled because I’ll be heading back this week to get some!First impressions and customer service mean a lot to me, and based on this experience I’ll be back again and again.

I love mudbay and all of the help that they have given us with our special needs Kitty. She has a lot of food allergies and problem with textures. She has Esophageal Dismobility. The people at mud Bay are well trained and VERY helpful.
