Service was poor. Majority of the employees were not so polite and/or helpful. Only one lady was polite and helpful. Tried ordering on the kiosk and when needed help with our order I had to walk up to counter TWICE to ask for help even while our service light was one and they looked right at it and just continued on with what they were doing. Management can even roll them camera footage back and see EXACTLY what I’m talking about. Only helpful person was the Hispanic lady. I hate to say it that way, but I don’t know her name and I want management to know that she was only one with great customer service. Thank you to her. But just look at these Eggs, would you eat these? They’re hard and cold. Ridiculous. Was very disappointed, had to go back up to counter multiple times. But tables were clean I guess that was a plus!

We stopped in after a 6 hour drive to stretch, let our toddler run, and get some caffeine. The restaurant appeared to be adequately staffed, perhaps steady, but certainly not busy, but was absolutely DISGUSTING. Nearly every table dirty, food and wrappers on the floor, and garbage cans over flowing. No sense of urgency from any of the staff behind the counter. I refused to even order a drink we just had to leave. So sad because the place has loads of potential. Huge, well planned out, would seem easy enough to keep up on but absolutely no effort. Don't waste your time with this location.

Location advertises a 24 hour drive thru, went around 1:30 AM, staff ignored me at the drive thru until multiple people showed up. When I was finally greeted after ten mins or so, I was told their system was down so I could not pick up my mobile order. I asked if I could provide my order number or receipt so I could get my food and they could mark it has picked up later. I got a vague response that messing up her system and then she proceeded to ignore me and assist other customers. Waited 15 mins for an answer before leaving. Saw multiple other customers receiving similar treatment. Really disappointing as the service at this location has been really good every other time I’ve been here

We came through the drive through at 4pm on sat 11/25, and the person in front of us accidentally paid for our food. The difference was only a dollar, the wait was minimal, but they comped our entire meal and were 100% positive and amazing through the whole thing, especially the lady working the first window. Absolutely glorious energy! Thank you!

Went through the drive-thru and ordered the 2 cheeseburgers meal. Got my food and headed on the freeway going to bellingham. Went to eat my burgers and there was no burger. Just bun, cheese and ketchup! Thought it was a fluke and grabbed the other. Same as the first!

Would’ve given this a 5 star review if they still had those pull apart doughnuts😒… you guys don’t understand how long I’ve waited for these doughnuts to come back. Let’s start this story from the beginning. It all started long long ago, before most of you guys reading were ever born, I was strolling along the road until I got a sudden urge to visit the local McDonalds, as if the doughnuts were calling my name. I step inside and get an enormous whiff of the brand new doughnuts that have just dropped. I think to myself “I should try that” so I go to order. Once I get my order back I walk on back home to enjoy this meal. As soon as I took a bite of one ball it was as if I was floating. It was almost like I NEEDED this inside me. After that bite I felt as if I needed this everyday, until one sad and gloomy day, I was skidaddaling my way over to the McDonald’s and as I go to ask the worker for my doughnuts they tell me “we’re out…” I wanted to disappear right then and there, my eyes welling up with tears at the response “w-what did you just say” I say with my voice trembling. I ran away before the worker could get a word out, running all the way home, the tears now flowing down my face in despair… Fast forward 2 months my life has gone downhill since then checking daily to see if those doughnuts have or will ever come back. I check this one cold winter morning on the app and to my surprise I see THE DOUGHNUTS!! The happiness now beaming throughout my room. I get in the car this time and order the doughnuts through the drive through and start munching once I get home. There it was the joy and excitement I got from those doughnuts, all those feelings came crashing back like a wave. I was finally happy until 2 weeks later they got rid of them again😑 so please… bring them back

Girl in drive thru thought it would be funny to jerk us around and tell us the sign up above said "order here"or "pick up here"or some bull s_it that had nothing to do with nothing she just thought it would be funny to have us driving around and confused.haha jokes on u.we or anyone in our family circle will NEVER go there again.Service sucks there and it seems no one is in authority there.just a joke

This store is the cleanest in the area, service is always good. The drive through is always busy but it moves through quickly which guarantees hot, fresh food so don't let a line detour you from stopping at this McDs.Parking: Plenty of parking and there is also parking across the street for larger vehicles.Kid-friendliness: biggest play area for many miles.Wheelchair accessibility: Several designated handicap parking spots very wheelchair accessible.

Employees here don't know how to keep there hands away from there face when preparing food even the shift manger in the morning keeps rubbing her nose and playing on her phone waiting for orders when your waiting you can be restocking everything so you don't have to keep running to the back for stuff to run a restaurant I guess nobody around here takes there job seriously when handling food

I went through the drive thru and purchased $80 worth of food, (we have 7 children so that is normal) but the burgers were all burnt and the chicken nuggets were the worst, rubbery nuggets we have ever received. They were not busy and should have had plenty of time to ensure the order was cooked properly and to the expected quality. When I tried to talk to the manager on the phone they would not give me their names and would not replace my order or give me a refund. They acted like teenagers that tried to pass the phone around and not give me any information to be able to file a complaint about the food quality and the customer service I received during and after my visit. They need to get some grown ups in there to supervise the children working there. I have not gone back to this location since and we used to go there anytime we ate out and spend close to $100 everytime.

Google and the front door sign say open 24 hours, the sorry lobby closed sign still says drive through open. Drive through is coned off. Over the phone store confirms they are not open "yet" despite still advertising as a 24 hour location.

As far as McDonalds goes, this location always provides consistently fast and accurate service through the drive-thru.Inside they have kiosks to order/pay.This location has also been very clean the times I’ve gone in.There is a play area for kids too.

This is 60 cents of added lettuce 30 cents per burger, pathetic and sad. They put barley any lettuce on the rest of the order, fries were not fresh. Another mcdonalds to add to my blacklist i will drive even further for a better mcdonaldsEdited to add another disappointed experience, they charged me on the app and said they ddidn't hhave the order, ordered in the drdri thru and again barley any mayo on the "deluxe" chicken sandwich. Pretty much no lettuce. Seriously dude. Whats going on? Am i gonna get my money back for any of this? No and they gave me fanta instead of hi c orange as my drink. THis is a disaster

After waiting about 20 minutes in the drive through I get two regular chicken sandwiches with my spicy chicken sandwiches instead of the two double cheeseburgers I ordered. Very simple order they couldn't even get right. I will be driving out of my way to another location for now on. I do not recommend this location however I do recommend you check your order before leaving this location.

Pleasant staff, fast drive thru, yet not much on keeping the trays from staking up above the trash bins or mopping their floors. Playground is awesome.

This is his version of Disney Land...I've never seen him happier! Unfortunately, he becomes hysterical everytime we have to leave. He asks to go back the second he wakes up in the morning. Playland is my little man's heaven.
