Shopping here at Burlington Kohl’s was very nice with great discounts on name brand items.They have a little bit of everything here and there was always somebody there in almost every section. If you had a question it was really nice to know there was someone there to help. Also Natale was very thorough on trying to make sure I had every opportunity to get my discounts.

Selection has dwindled over the years. This saddened me as I appreciate the ability to go in to a store and shop for clothes, try them on, and feel the fabrics without having to go through the online purchasing process.

My Auntie and I went there to get some discounts on the early black Friday weekend huge sale! We had a wonderful experience shopping here. We went in 2 different times and both times we were met by kind people like Manager Alex who was beyond helpful to us!! Highly recommend shopping here for Christmas!! We are both now already almost finished with our lists🧑‍🎄🎄🎁

They really need more people helping at the checkouts. When there's a line of 3 or more customers another person should be called up to help OR the employee standing up front by the registers should jump in to help instead of just watching. They appear to be a manager or assistant mgr calling people to work jewelry or answer a question. Standing in a long line and seeing all that is why I only gave 3 stars.

I went in for one item for an upcoming trip. It was on sale, but the price charged was not the one I saw on the email ad that prompted my in-store visit. The cashier honored the price I quoted from the ad and quickly made the correction. As a senior on a fixed income, I appreciated her helpfulness.

Great customer service. They have clothes that are big and tall for my son who is 6'5. Great deals. I love their rewards program. You get 10 dollars for the next month on every 50 dollars spent. I joined a few months ago and I have already earned 90 dollars. Online shopping is convenient. You can pick it up at their store. Kohl's is my new favorite place to shop I highly recommend it.

This store has very limited amount of women's plus size clothing in this department. It took me less than a minute to realize that there was nothing there that I was interested in purchasing. I did find a pair of clearance boots that I stood in line forever to purchase.

Kohls is turning into what K-mart was in its last days. The store was messy. The selection was just ok. It feels super cramped and over filled. I hate that the cashiers are forced to ask you about getting a Kohls credit card. Super annoying every time.BUT, I like being able to return Amazon packages there.

It was very hard to find a salesperson for clothes, but when we did, they were super helpful, and we found just what we were looking for. They were having a sale on jewelry as well, the manager gave us a hand there to and was very knowledgeable and friendly.

First time shopping there! Fabulous! So much to choose from and as near as i could tell everything was on sale, even the things that didn't say they were. AND, because of the snow, they seemed to have a person dedicated to mopping the snow off the tile so it wasn't slippery as you entered the store. That's extraordinary customer service.

Wife loves the store. I'm just a driver. Nice, clean and organized. We found a nice set of matching towels, wash cloths, hand towels and floor rugs for our newly remodeled bath. Matches perfectly.
