The workers here are super nice and personable. And I like that it’s a lounge too. They recently opened up and B (I forget his real name but I know it started w B), was totally awesome in telling me the whole story of the business and its values. I’ve found better prices elsewhere, but I’d come back here for the vibes alone.

Went in and got vape juice and it didn’t taste like I wanted. Went back in and they were kind enough to trade out with a new juice flavor. I’m from out of town and they are by far the best vape shop I’ve been too. Super nice and if I lived here this would be my regular shop to go too. 11/10 recommend

The manager, greeted me when I walked in. I needed help finding a few different types of disposable vapes and flavors. He was very knowledgeable about the products and took the time to explain the ins and outs of them. I bought 3 and was extremely happy with the service and selection. Whenever I’m in the area I will buy my vapes here.

They’re just getting started here and yet this may be the best vape shop/lounge I’ve ever been to. Super friendly, helpful staff. Great recommendations and great products. Cute puppies and fish to look at while you lounge. I’m only in the area on vacation but I’ll definitely be stopping back here every year when I’m in town. Support these legends, you won’t regret it!

This place is phenomenal! These guys are really passionate about this business & really helped me find what I needed. Nate especially hooked it up first time I was there & when I went back a few weeks later, both guys there really helped answer all my questions. I also bought a new battery for my dab cartridges, and it’s extended my smoke times by at least 2 days. My boyfriend doesn’t vape but he’s excited for what’s to come!Thanks for replacing my dab battery when it stopped working! Seriously the best group of people!

I was looking for a specific salt nic so I called before going to this new shop. I was blown away by the amazing customer service on the phone. They didn’t currently have what I was looking for in stock, but the guy on the phone asked for the name of the brand and what flavors I was looking for so they could get it. He explained they were still getting stocked and adding new inventory.I went in to see what other options they might have. I was greeted by a different guy (owner) who also provided great customer service and made good suggestions. They were both amazingly helpful and easy to talk to. I could really tell that they are customer oriented and genuinely want to provide good product and a good experience. This is my shop from now on!

Very welcoming and one of the managers there (Nate) gave me a lot of information about new vapes to try and even got me out of my comfort zone with vapes! I found my new brand I’m going to stick with! The dog was absolutely adorable! 100/10 for the shark costume! Nate is absolutely amazing!

Island Vape is THE BEST vape store in Burlington!! The staff are super amazing, friendly and willing to help you find whatever you may need! They don’t push sales , but they do give excellent advice! Can’t forget about baby girl Roxy! Everytime I come visit that baby Roxy comes running and gives all of the love! :) you guys rock! I've only been in here twice and I already know it'll be the only vape shop I go to now. They're so nice and very helpful. They have a huge variety of everything you'll need. I bought a new Geek Vape with 0 mg juice and it is amazing. So I'll be recommending everyone I see who vapes to go here.

Not here it’s was a super chill vibe and he gave some killer recommendations and helped me find a new potential forever brand and definitely made a forever customer. P.s Dog was super adorable

Just stopped in hoping for a specific flavor and brand. Not only did they have it but had the biggest selection I have seen around. And to top it off the 2 guys who were working there were the chillest, most helpful, easy to talk to guys ever. Very expensive. I was charged 27.14 for a Lost Mary vapor pipe that cost exactly 20.00$ in Sedro Woolley. Very disappointed with the price. I asked for a receipt and didn't get one.
