Cesar was very knowledgeable and VERY… I MEAN VERY… PATIENT with me.I would not have been patient with myself…I was currently moving to Washington. Cesar assisted me with an online deal. I’m very thankful for being about to work with Jorge Vargas on getting my New 2024 Honda HRV sport ! Jorge was very helpful and informative, I went in with my mom who only speaks Spanish and Jorge was able to help both of us understand the process of getting a new vehicle. As a first car buyer the process was scary going in but Jorge helped us find a beautiful vehicle that’s just perfect. This is the second car that Jorge has sold to my family and it’s always been so much fun working with him. I’d also like to thank the finance manager Raul who also translated everything perfectly for our understanding and New car sales Manager Sam who made sure everything went smoothly.

Mathew in sales helped us work out a good deal to trade in 2 cars for 1. We had a really bad situation and he made it a lot better and got us into a new car. He was very generous with our trade in. Was very helpful on choosing a new car. Was very quick and understanding. The finance manager was great and helpful . Got us into a new car immediately even while waiting on our bank to finish up the finances. Great place. Highly recommend.

Great if you want to test drive a car, but if you want to buy a car and finance it through your bank? Good luck. They almost wouldn't let me pick up my car on time because they screwed the financing up. The GM tried to convince me it was my fault. Jorge and Cesar are amazing and super helpful. But everyone else made it an awful experience.

This is the second vehicle I've purchased from Honda of Burlington and cemented the fact that this will be my dealership of choice moving forward. After getting the runaround on pricing from another Honda dealer this team was responsive, transparent, and thorough, which made the drive from Seattle worth it to meet Jorge.As soon as we started arrived, Jorge was prepared, knowledgeable, patient, and kind. He was understanding that I was on a time frame, predominately to make it back to my dog that was left at home on a nice spring day. He worked expeditiously with the used car manager to ensure that the negotiation on the new (used) vehicle and trade in were fair values and everyone left happy.If you're on the fence about making the trek from a 206 or 425 area code north, I'd do it. They won't waste your time.

I currently live in Dallas, TX now and had to bring my Pilot in for servicing as my battery was acting up as well as my standard servicing.I was asked at the new Honda dealership if I service my Pilot at Honda dealers and I said yes. They were able to look through the history and see that the major servicing I had completed back in Nov of 2022 did not happen.My battery was not replaced or the terminals cleaned, though the work order and charges says that it was complete. When I requested for service, I explained to Honda of Burlington that I would be driving half way across the country as I was moving for the Military and that I wanted to ensure that my Pilot would safely get my family and I would arrive safely.I wonder how much of other services that I paid a lot of money for was not completed and said that it was.I will never go back to Honda of Burlington and will be filing a formal complaint.

My experience was great and effortless. I called in the morning to check the lot and DAX answered the phone and waited for me . This dealership has amazing customer service and Dax took a few moments and spoke to me about my intentions with the car and what i was looking for and found the perfect car for me in what feels like seconds and had a great chat during the test drive. This used to be my only place I had my Hondas serviced. I bought a brand new 2021 Honda accord sport with 5000 miles.In 2022 winter windshield broke.In 2023 winter windshieldBroke.Had paid for all extra windshield protection.Only to find if the crack was more than 9" so it was not covered by the plan we bought so theFirst year I bought the window zyrec shield was reappplied by Honda. TheSecond year 2023 Honda paid for the window because we complained that abrand new car should not need a new window every winter. After we got the new window Honda said come in for shield reapply.I drove up to have it done.They said they did it but they didn't do it they lied.They completely lied to me.Now I show up on 4/15/2024.The same rude service dept man tells my partner that it was already done.That was for the first wind shield she said.We no longer trust the service department here.They said they did things they did not do.I am beyond pissed and disappointed with the man who we have dealt with last 2 times when nothing got done.Then today being told it's already been done. It's the same guy he should not work here. Now I wonder how much has actually been done here or just stated it was done. This is not ok and really bad customer service.Now we are waiting for are car here now and wondering how much has been done anytime we have been here.As far as we are concerned they owe us at least a free detail for lieing to our faces.Proceed with caution we were lied too.Honda wants me to remove this review because now they think i am fabricatingNo truth.There is one truth. I Have better things to do than lie.If you want this review removed than detail our car for free for your dishonesty.Then I will remove this Truth. Until then this is my honest review.
