Wandering around Burlington and Mt.Vernon and stopped in for a few groceries. I love this store,it has a great meat and produce section as well as great prices in general. Store is clean, organized with friendly and helpful clerks.

Hagen is a great grocery store. They have a lot of stuff a little bit on the expensive side but you get what you pay for. They are friendly and courteous there and they have a very good selection of everything that you might need. I will definitely go and check it out see what they have see what they might be able to sell you

This Haggen does not have close enough handicapped parking. It is a long walk to get into the store. They do not have adequate electrical carts. The carts are not close to the entrance. It is very hard to shop here. The prices are always higher than other stores.

My husband went to go get a spoon there wasn’t any spoons. He went to go ask the deli lady she grunted and not only that her initial response was “well if he had any spoons they would be there” I’m pretty sure that’s the first place we would’ve checked.

Upscale.Definitely higher quality products.This store was dead quiet while I was here, a big contrast to Fred Meyer which was loud and obnoxious.Nice regional chain.

Located right off 5 and Highway 20, it’s easy access to and from the freeway.Smaller than the MV location, but it still has most of the main staples. The deli and hot food to go section is a bit smaller than other locations. Friendly staff.

Quality food but on the pricy side. They raised their $20 dinners for two to $25 so not really a good deal anymore. SUSHI WENDSDAYS is a much better deal here than down the street at Fred Meyers. Haggens sushi is bigger and a better value.Best kept secret: This Stores Fish&Chips are the very best in town...no joke! Even better than the Haggens on College way.

Wow.. what a beautiful grocery store.. the cleanliness was awesome, friendly associates, the isles were so organized and products on shelves were full where product was pulled forward if low.. the produce department was extremely impressive with the tables and displays. A whole lot better than the safeway stores I have visited... Good Job Haggens.. Also the deli area had the best looking fried chicken.. no greasy or over cooked and all the meats in trays were impressive.The meat department had very friendly help at the counter and it was a pleasure asking questions.I rate this store 6 +stars over all gorgeous flower displays outside. Amazing it all looked great. The crew here looks like they take pride in their work and it shows it... thank you....

Stopped by to grab an eight piece chicken. I don't know what happened but this chicken is so old I am tossing it into the garbage. It was close to 5pm when I bought the chicken. Should be fresh and ready for dinnertime. Sad days and hungry bellies tonight. I hope this is not the case usually, because 3 weeks ago I grabbed a piece of fried chicken here and it was good. That is why I decided to come back a second time and grab dinner for the family. Unfortunately, I have to figure out something else and get cooking. 😕

To whom this may concern:As much as I hate doing these kinds of posts, this must be heard for everyone that will work or even purchase anything from this location.Recently, my girlfriend came to me about being stressed out at work, how her management is yelling at her, or raising their voice, enough to stress her out. Long story short, she decided to call in for two days because the of the amount of stress she is dealing with at work. I told her she should use her sickleave. Which would be perfect for this type of situation.. she called her store manager name Darrell to request sickleave, he replied back to her by saying she did not have any sickleave to use. Which is wrong since she has been at this job for over nine months. I had her put me on the phone to talk to her boss. I introduce myself and told him that she will need her sickleave, and he instantly hung up on me.. This was not only inappropriate but unprofessional and we are very upset. The way they are handling their employees at this location and the way they are lying is not professional, and should be looked into by corporate for better training and handling of their employees and also how sickleave works.. unfortunately, we have no choice but to inquire this situation through her local union UFCW 3000.

Pros- Smaller store easier to get around, not usually as busy as other grocery stores and the staff is always very nice. The new self checkout is convenient. Cons- The produce is usually bad or about to go bad, same goes for some of the other items throughout the store so be sure to check dates. Also, try to go when they have sales because they're prices are a little more than the other stores. I always check the website for the weekly catalog beforehand.

That kid with the sleeve tattoo who is always stocking shelves is fricken awesome! He knew exactly where everything was, and even though he was busy he helped me find what I was looking for, and this was 10 minutes before you guys closed. I didnt even have to ask, he just saw I was looking for something and asked if I needed help. This is why I love haggen, never get that service from anywhere but here.

I decided to get a custom sandwich from the deli… never making that decision again. There was barely anything on the sandwich, soggy, not even toasted all the way and the lettuce was not good at all. Honestly, waste of $10 for a sandwich.

The Deli that I have utilized upwards of 4 times a week has recently undergone a remodel that apart from being expensive for the store has the added benefit of being a worse offering for customers. The side salad offering appears to be a third of its former amount, the panini press is only available for custom sandwiches completely ignoring the fact that the prepared sandwiches are worse without the press. The toaster is slow and terrible. A toasted cubano sándwich is a far cry from a panini pressed version. The latest is the removal of the salad bar. In its place is a wall of prepackaged potato chips. That someone thought it was a good idea to replace healthy options now makes me second guess the rest of the store. Increasing shareholder value is at the expense of the customers. I will be forced to apply the same scrutiny to the rest of the store. As a customer since opening I will be looking elsewhere. If your are having a similar experience, I suggest you take it online as this is the only way anybody listens these days.
