The customer service is varied. Garden staff was barely helpful to the point that they walked away before more questions could be asked (looking for garden sickles as advertised on their website; said "don't have 'em" and ran away). On the flip side, the cashier did her best to ring up an order where one of the products didn't have the SKU in the computer. No apology to us needed, the 6 people behind us on the other hand... If anything, rating is 2.5. The Marysville location rates 4-5 stars with us.

We just left Home Depot and got the best help from a gentleman named Mark from the Garden Department. Very good guy. We were in a hurry and we did not want no sales pitch. He was great. I asked him where something was and he took me to it. Normally they just point there fingers. When we left he said Thank You for shopping at Home Depot... wow Great Guy!!!

Waited for an hour to have someone cut a piece of lumber, apparently the person was on lunch and nobody else could do it. So I left and went to Lowe's.
