This Fred Meyer has a sushi roll I've never tried before and now I'm afraid I won't be able to get it again when we leave this area. The Tropical Roll is fantastic, two different kinds of Roe on top! They also have the Boars Head Pickles I can't find anywhere else. And we bought these event worthy pretzels. They also had my indulgent Lava Cake, but I ate that before I could take a picture. Don't buy it, you'll hate it, and I'll just have to come buy all of them myself. 😉

Always pretty well stocked store. I really hate that they are having so many security issues there now. Was with my young daughter and some guy came down by the hair dye aisle and starting yelling "Marco" like Marco Polo in the aisle over...it was just weird.Also, they have the sensitivity set so freaking high on the self checkout machines that i can't even have my husband or daughter help me checkout by bagging our groceries. It's so uncomfortable and it makes us feel like we are doing something wrong. I honestly don't want to shop here anymore. I get that they have to have restrictions because of all the crime but maybe they should put security at this location? I don't know what the answer is but it's definitely not an enjoyable place to shop anymore.

Cops hide in the parking lot profiling people that come out the store. Tonight I left from Hair Masters and apparently walking to fast with my sweater in my hand, is a crime. They pulled me over for "expired registration" (not expired for another 4 mo.) after she ran everything, she came back and started asking me straight up what I stole from Fred Meyers because she saw me walking really fast with something in my hand. Had a buddy run into the same thing a month back pulled over because he didn't use his blinker in the parking lot and was asked the same thing.

The only staff appears to be order pickers and and the people at the door. The old man at the main entrance is a horrible experience. If I wanted judgement from angry old lazy people I'd go home.In short, spend your money somewhere where they don't treat you like a criminal just for walking in the door.

Shopping at any Fred Meyer stores is always a great experience for us. Great produce section with promos and sales. All aisles are extra wide and extra helpful personnel. It also has a fantastic cake and bread section.

Their cash register froze up and they asked me to rerun my debit card. I told them I don't mind as long as I don't get charged twice. Oh, no it should be fine. Well IT'S NOT! They held 200 on my debit card. I'm so angry right now. If I could give them less than one star rating right now I would. These are actual charges, not pending. Now I have to go back to the store and argue with them when I have somewhere to be tomorrow. But that anyone reads these reviews anyway. Fred Meyer you suck

Fred Meyer’s in Burlington is awesome! The customer service was incredible. I purchased some jewelry with Richard helping. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Then I also purchased clothing with Ivonne helping me. Super nice and friendly. Both of these employees were exceptional. Most businesses would love to have these two on their team. It was busy on the 4th of July yet these associates were upbeat and willing to give their undivided attention. Please thank these two. I look forward to my next visit.

In the parking lot a dog was let out of a car. Took a dump and pissed on its legs. Owner put it in a shopping cart right after it did it’s business. Imagine putting your groceries into that cart. Imagine putting your baby into that shopping cart. It was also unleashed. It is against Washington Laws. An establishment that sells groceries, not only is this unacceptable and disgusting, it is against the law. Animals shouldn't be in rooms that manufacture, prepare, handle, store, display, serve and sell food, according to the US Food and Drug Administration.Dogs transmit diseases such as: Rabies, Noroviruses, Pasteurella, Salmonella, Brucella, Yersinia enterocolitica, Campylobacter, Capnocytophaga, Bordetella bronchiseptica, Coxiella burnetii, Leptospira, Staphylococcus intermedius.As a customer who values a safe, clean, peaceful shopping experience, I urge management to keep animals out of the store and enforce the law.

I tried the self check with conver belt and had several problems. The attendant had to keep fixing problems with the system. Not fast or convenient. In the stores defense I did have several items and I usually go to a checkers. It makes the process more personal and it is nice to see a friendly smile 😃.

Always love Fred Meyers! Best and most affordable grocery store around. Only complaint is that they have been out of a lot of items more so than ever before. Not sure why but it’s definitely frustrating

Should probably teach ur cashiers in the clothing department to not mock and laugh at women for what clothes they want to try on. I wanted to try on some men’s Levi’s and they were all chained up so she called someone over to unlock them, the lady that came to unlock didn’t have men’s key, so we decided to just go, on the way out the cashier said “no one knew you were shopping in the men’s section” (in a mocking way) and started laughing with another customer as I was walking out with my daughter… (even though she did know I was in the mens department, bc she saw me before I I asked for them to be unlocked) Maybe get some mirrors in the shoe department also.

Pretty disappointed with The customer service today. The employees are pretty good about taking my expired coupons. Mind you they are 2 days expired. The mail is running late so I haven't received the new ones from them. They wouldn't accept the coupons. What happened to Honoring them. Truly disappointed 😞 they did accept the .75 cent one but wouldn't accept the $18 off one. Weird how they pick which one they will honor. 🤔

Prices of course are escalated. I believe this store in particular in Burlington has been doing a great job at keeping the place up to date and clean. Good service great produce selection. Bathrooms have been very clean as well.

They threatened to call the cops on me because I left my ID in the car and I tried to buy a bottle of cheap vodka. Karen's favorite store. By the way I am over 60 years old, gray, disabled. Their security followed me to my car and accused me of trying to drive without a drivers license. I flashed my license and wished her a great day. Woke or what.

Probably my favourite Fred Meyer. It’s well stocked, clean, and the staff are super friendly. As an additional positive, it wasn’t insanely busy, and as such I probably spent more time browsing than I normally would. This in turn meant buying a bunch of snacks and such that I didn’t really need, but I’m enjoying them all!
