If I could rate a zero I would. Impossible to get a live agent in the UNITED STATES & even more impossible to find out any actual factual information about your shipment the only response you will get is a script answer from someone overseas!! "I understand Mam" is all they can say pathetic

Several customers have called us complaining that FedEx was stating they tried to deliver their firearms to us while we were open, with the driver stating that no one was at the business. We tried calling and the representative just kept saying that we should put or business hours in the delivery instructions.

I actually disagree with what a lot of these reviews are saying. I had similar experience with messed up FedEx logistics and a missed delivery, however, a simple call to FedEx (short hold time) and I was able to intercept my package at this location. I showed up 5 min before they closed and they were super helpful and got me squared away immediately. Logistics go bad sometimes I get that, but giving this place a poor review is unwarranted. These guys are merely the end of the road in massive web of logistics, and they do pretty good if you ask me.

I waited at home on Orcas Island yesterday for a delivery - the FEDEX driver didn't come to the door, just left a note on the deer fence. I called FEDEX and I was told the package was in Burlington, so I took the ferry and went to Higgins Airport Way office where I was told the package was in Eastsound and they took my phone number so the driver could call me first thing. I offered to meet the driver ANYWHERE on the island. So, here I am wasting another day waiting for a package, haven't heard from the driver and one is unable to contact the hub via 1-800-GO-FEDEX. This is absurd.

Actually no stars. They lie, lie, lie. Had a package that was to be delivered btwn 10a and 2p today. Its now 830p and no delivery. I have been home all day. Web site says they tried to deliver at 1030a, a lie. I was sitting in my front yard all morning reading. Now web site says "No scheduled delivery date available at this time", even though it said it was out for delivery. Now, I have to travel to pick up my package 35mi away at their office. Useing the phone to contact them is ridiculous. No human talk only computer. I can't even schedule a new delivery, and can't call them to see if my item is there.will hopefully never use them again.UPDATE - Item was delivered the next day, but they can't read. See pic. Clearly says "This side up, handle with care". Also this box was opened before delivery (see the tape on top of the box). The top had staples in it to keep closed. The staples were there but had been ripped out. Nothing was missing inside the box, so why was it opened?DON'T USE FEDEX!!!!!!!!!!

You are a black hole for any and all important packages. 3 days delayed so far, but I know I could be waiting a week or more. I had no choice on my package carrier. I drove and stayed an hour away and tried to have it delivered to my parents house to avoid this location. And here it is sitting at your location. Calling is pointless, filing a complaint is pointless, and now I am left with this review no one will actually read. This package was important for my actual job. Thank you for not being reliable in the slightest.

Package was "delivered" four days late. The lack of a package, and no activity on any cameras would indicate that's a delusion. After arguing with a very remotely located customer "service" person whether my package was actually delivered and my insistence of having a phone number for the Burlington shipping center despite claims they did not have it, I magically got it after repeating "I'd like the phone number for the shipping center that claims the package was delivered." At least the woman on the phone was.....more sympathetic and informative? At least reassured me to call back if I don't hear anything as I now have a direct line to them.

On Wednesday 10/12/22 around 11am I went to pick up a package containing a rare species of arachnid that had been held for pickup at this location. I was skeptical using fedex especially for an important shipment as I’d had bad experiences in the past. However I was very pleasantly surprised. The employee noticed there were live animals in the package and that it was chilly outside, and she brought them inside as soon as they came in, not knowing whether they had a heat pack or not. She was quick and professional when I arrived and was appropriately gentle with the box. All of the specimens arrived alive and healthy. I will be using this location for future shipments. It is so nice to see that someone cares more than the job strictly demands.

Been waiting on a package that was supposed to be delivered before Christmas 9 days ago and it has been in my state for 8 days already just an hour north of me...I can't pick it up because their hours are literally an hour shorter than my work day is 🤦‍♀️ they have literally scanned it 15 times in the same location and I see delivery trucks at my location daily. I am so over FedEx never on time always go from the expected date to pending sometimes for weeks. Just had an order last week come almost a week late and the customer wanted to have them for a party which we missed. Absolutely the least reliable ever!

Lori is a gem and went above and beyond to get my package to me. The truck broke down and my package was delayed, it was an important client order that I paid extra for faster delivery for an event tomorrow. I needed it for tomorrow and the delivery got changed to Monday. It was sitting at the hub. She worked after hours to get it to us when we got there tonight. Thank you for caring about your customers and taking extra care for us. Exemplary service, we are grateful.

Update. So it’s been a while since I wrote the review below, and I have seen a good improvement, so I thought the least I could do is amend my review. I’m not sure what has happened, but the deliveries have been much much better and for the most part on the time promised. I wouldn’t say my faith has been restored, but my point of view has definitely changed. And I do appreciate it!One year ago…..This FedEx location, which distributes or brings packages to the Everett area is one of the worst! Not sure if it’s Fedex as a company, the way employees are treated, or the type of employees they employ, but it is such a messed up facility I’ve never seen such a cluster F in my life. Even USPS, the snail mail service, is speedy Gonzalez next to them. The customer service is worthless not because the employees are worthless but because they have no information given to them and in reality there’s nothing they can do. So we’re just sitting ducks waiting for our packages that arrive 1,2 weeks later or maybe never. I don’t appreciate the status of my package going from is being delivered the same day to being changed in the evening to the next day for multiple days in a row. Make up your mind. If you cannot do it, just let us know and we have to drive and pick up our own packages. FedEx has gone down hill Since Covid and they blame it on Covid. Interestingly enough USPS and UPS have done great! I will not order from any sender that uses FedEx anymore. I am done.

Made an online order on 12/18 with an expected delivery of 12/26. Everything seemed fine until my package made it to the Burlington center. Since the 26th I've been getting updates every 12 to 24 hours that it's still in transit from Burlington up until 1/3. It's now 1/8 and I haven't had any updates since 1/3. My guess is that my package is either lost or stolen. Also don't bother using FedEx for overnight shipping since they suspended their money back guarantee.

I ordered a LIVING ANIMAL who was supposed to get to me at a very specific time due to him needing heat and special care, he got to me 6 hours late. Freezing cold and on the verge of death the driver claimed she "forgot" he was in there and that she didn't know it contained a live animal. Absolutely outrageous! You would think because he is a living creature he would be the first of the packages to be delivered but no he instead was the very last. Never again. Worst delivery service ever!

I order dog food from Chewy and Chewy is great with how fast they ship things out. Unfortunately, it gets sent to this FedEx facility to get to my house and it never fails. It sits on the truck for two days, out for delivery, before I even get it. Not sure why this facility is so bad at delivering packages.Update: My package arrived the day it was supposed to, albeit later in the evening after I got a notice it was delayed. So, maybe, they are trying to do better.

Still haven't received 3 separate packages that arrived at the Burlington facility on 11/11. Every day they get marked out for delivery or on a truck, and reps refuse to give me answers or even help see if I can just pick it up at the location. I even got a "I don't have a phone number for them".I get that it's busy holiday season and they are short staffed, but the status updates we get are straight up lies each day: from "delivery attempted" to "delayed due to weather" when it was partly sunny the whole day. Just be honest. Not everybody can work from home and wait for a delivery for 3 weeks straight. Tell me it's gonna be late and schedule it appropriately but stop giving me the runaround.Oh, and the packages that do get here? They are thrown at my garage door from 6ft away. I had no choice in this instance, but I will be avoiding FedEx. Especially from this facility; it reeks of laziness from top to bottom.

I have called the customer service multiple times and they haven’t been any help. My package has been stuck in Burlington for the last 3 days. The first time I called customer service the representative couldn’t give me a reason why the package hadn’t been delivered she just apologized and said my package would be delivered the next day by 3pm. The next day arrives I contact the customer service around 5pm wondering why my package hadn’t been delivered, the Fedex representative tells me to wait until the end of the day that my package was on the truck and would be delivered by the end of the day. My package still has not been delivered and now their excuse is that they scanned the package and apparently my package never made it on the truck.

The tracking on my package hasn't been updated in days. My package shipped on 9/13, it is now 10/1, and my package has been sitting in Burlington since 9/22. I asked for it to be delivered to a pick-up location in Lake Stevens (which is closer than my actual address), and the estimated delivery time moved, and now it doesn't have an estimated time at all.Customer service was no help at all. There wasn't a real person I could talk to at all.

Original confirmation said my package would be delivered 11/15. Then received delayed notice saying 11/18. Then received delay notice saying 11/20. Today is 11/24 and still mo package with no estimated delivery date now!! I have called 3 times and was told 3 different things. Also promised calls back but have heard nothing yet. They claimed it has been sitting in Burlington since 11/19. Now they are investigating to see if they can even find it. There is nothing I can do but wait and have ZERO recourse. Extremely disappointed.

Order 20 frozen rats for my snakes TWICE. Both times they were put on a truck to the wrong state then delivered thawed and bad a week and a half later, company had to cancel the order do to loosing to much money. Ordered a package 12/30/21 to be delivered 1/4/22, still not here, wish I could pick the shipper. Been in Burlington since the 11th, they delayed it do to local weather yesterday. It was overcast, barely rained, all roads open and clear. Day before it says it wasn't attempted. today the chat says the address is wrong, I double checked it and it's correct. Customer Service lies, told me the package got there on the 20th but I can see in tracking it's been there since the 11th and scanned multiple times. Absolute garbage service.

This has to be the worst Fed Ex facility in the world. This Burlington location has delayed my package numerous times all week and pretend my package is on the truck for delivery, in reality my package 📦 is at the facility not on the truck. There is no way for me to get my package because of the lies stating my package will be delivered “status”, management team should be ashamed for their services . Look at all the complaints below my review, this Fed Ex shows no accountability, all 1 stars reviews.

Its always a random roll if you'll get packages from this location on-time The excuses given can be generally summed up as "lazy." This location could care less about delivering your package unless its convenient for them. They use contract drivers so its truly random every time.Another bad experience from this place. Driver left my package in a pile of snow next to the road. Our driveway was shoveled and salted. This place is the pits.

I give Kudo's when appropriate ... this is a shipper beware. I ordered a home gym online. FedEx is delivering it. For an entire week, they have sent me text notifications that it is on the truck and out for delivery (signature required). My son is home and I told him to wait until I get home to shower, and to not use his headphone during school so he can hear the doorbell. Every night when I get home I wait until 8:00 pm (FedEx cut-off time) for a delivery that never arrives. I have called numerous times with no resolution. FINALLY, today, only because I used "in your face" pressure, they admitted that they have no idea where it is. One scan says it's in route to Burlington WA, another says it's on the truck for delivery. I looked up the Burlington FedEx on Google, almost every review is one star. I will no longer purchase from companies who ship thru FedEx. They literally have been lying to me for a week, meanwhile, I have disrupted my life to ensure someone was one home to intercept a package that was never on a truck and out for delivery.I canceled my order and now have to wait for a refund and then start all over again! Extremely frustrating! I understand that they are buried right now, but that is no excuse for dishonest business practice.

My packages have been sitting at the facility for the last 10 days, Everyday I get a notification mentioning it is on truck for delivery, but they never deliver. Just keep pushing the delivery date. Their customer service representatives mostly lie, mentioning about expediting the request, cannot contact the delivery center etc. Worst carrier ever. UPS and USPS are os much better. I personally would never want to deal with Fedex again.

The last 3 time I have something shipped to me through FedEx and has gone through the Burlington shipping location it has been the worst experience. If I could give zero stars I would. My package made it from Memphis Tennessee to Burlington in 3 days. It's been sitting in Burlington since Sunday and it has now been 4 days of no movement. With zero explanation. Customer service is completely useless, and you can't talk to a real person at the facility. I will go out of my way to never use FedEx at this point. Even pay extra for another currier.

What is going on with this place? I have had packages backed up sitting at this facility for 3-4 days, and some that have been there for 7+ days. I am waiting on a total of 6 packages, (two were delivered yesterday, a week later than the original date) There was some snow 10 days ago so I understand a small delay, but not over a couple days, the roads have been clear for a week now. What is going on? Side note, USPS AND UPS delivered the whole time it was snowing, and haven't had a delay in any packages since, it's like they care about their customers...weird.Edit: And they just get worse, yesterday (7/15) I had a package that was supposed to be delivered, the status showed “Out for delivery” the truck drove past my business at 6:30 pm, and suddenly, at 6:32 pm, the status changed to “Delivery exception, customer not available or business closed.” Weird. How did you know if I was unavailable or closed if you didn’t stop or even slow down? Also...WE WEREN’T CLOSED!

Not even sure if they even attempted to deliver my package, said “failed to deliver: business closed” and it was being delivered to a residential address not a business? Then it keeps saying “can still be delivered on time” and I kept waiting and waiting until finally I called and the guy told me it was located here at this facility. I went in and the lady I talked to was very rude, kept cutting me off, telling me my package wasn’t there, she had nothing in the back and that the customer rep that said my package was there was an idiot. so I showed her the tracking number and she took my phone with her then came back WITH MY PACKAGE. Then she was being nice and sent me on my way. Needless to say I’ll be avoiding fed ex and this facility especially, from now on.

This fedex location is infuriating.First undeliverable attempt for a package. I call them, they are unwilling to hold the package for me to pick up and they instruct me to add delivery instructions... so I added delivery instructions.Second undeliverable attempt, I call them and provide delivery instructions over the phone and give them my phone number so they can call me if they are unable to deliver my package.Third attempt is a successful delivery... finally... except I only get 1 of the 2 boxes in the same shipment....The weekend goes by and Monday gets around, I am ready for the package to be delivered. NOPE!!!! Returned to shipper!!No phone call, both delivery instructions disregarded. I did what they asked me to do and I got slapped in the face. All of my hopes and dreams utterly crushed.Now I probably get to pay for shipping... again. For no reason, you cant blame this one on COVID.FedEx told me to put my phone number and gate access code on the shipping label, as if there's not a reason the community has a SECURITY gate. Let's just put my social security number on the package as well... what's the worst that could happen...Maybe it's a sign from the bubble wrap gods, it's time for FedEx to admit to becoming a communist shipping dictatorship... blame all the shipping issues on the people providing them business, charge them double. Naw, charge them triple, then return to shipper and make them pay to ship it again.... cause COVID

if i could give negative 1000 stars i would, i paid 300 dollars for shipping and its been sitting at the location for 6 days now!!!! they keep changing the shipping date , fedex is the WORST possible way to ship your packages, customer service is HORRIBLE , i will be driving there this weekend and im going to get my money back and my package, they seriosly need to get sued for FALS INFORMATION ABOUT DELIVERY DATE, i paid ALLOT extra for my package to come faster and its coming almost 2 weeks late!

My shipment has been stuck at this branch for 3 days now due to snow, yet I'm seeing other FedEx trucks delivering on the roads... So I don't know why I got screwed over. I was even willing to drive from my house to the shipping center to pick up my package, but not only am I not able to pick up my product for unknown reasons. I am also not able to get into contact with the branch. When the call center tried to get a hold of the ship center, nobody answered the phone.
