Very efficient and curtious staff. I went in with a tire that kept losing air. They fit me in, inspected and corrected the issue. I was in and out in under an hour but in that time I overheard multiple staff answering phones and speaking with other customers. They were always informative and respectful. Highly recommended

Bought several sets of tires from Burlington discount tire, staff has always been friendly, helpful, and they get you in and out quick. Just recently I noticed my car develop a ton of road noise on a set of tires with very low miles, Richard went ahead and swapped them out for a new set no questions asked, had everything done in about 40 minutes. Excellent customer service, will definitely be back.

I pulled up to the store with a nail in my tire barely enough air to drive without damaging the tire. It was 4 minutes before closing time and I was hoping to get some air and schedule a time to come back for a repair. With a smile and without hesitation one tech said we’ll take care of you pulled it in fixed the flat and pulled and repaired all four valve stems because the aluminum air caps had fused on. Didn’t charge me a penny, and got me back on the road. I’m not sure if they or chic fil a have the most incredible customer service!! If only they served chicken with their tires and service!I am not exaggerating when I say this is the only place we take our cars for tire needs. You won’t regret it. Thank you!!

Very exuberant staff. Aww to be young again! They are all very personable, seem to know their business. Music blasting in work area seems to be helpful in keeping installers happy. I will return to have my tires looked at, hell I spent over $1200, so I will return

Ordering tires and scheduling an appointment online is pretty simple. Staff are quick and considerate. We left our car there while we went out for a bite to eat. We were notified via text our car was ready to go before we were done eating!

I went in to get my tire fixed. It was beyond repair but Shawn was very helpful and nice and I asked them to put my spare on. After 5 minutes Ricky came in to the lobby and informed me they were going to put a tire on and only asked that when I buy tires to come to them. No problem. I love Discount Tire and the one in Burlington just got a customer for life. Thank you so much!

I came in today to get a nail taken out of a tire. I moved to oak harbor washington from california. I could of went to les schwab but was referred to Discount Tire. Immediately upon pulling up I could see why. I was greeted by Lucas. I explained my situation and Lucas went from an employee to an angel. I ended up with 2 new tires!! I am traveling 4 hours away and he wanted to make sure I was safe. I bawled in front of total strangers. Every employee was so happy to be at work. I'M NEVER GOING ANYWHERE ELSE FOR MY TIRE NEEDS!!° TODAY I FELT LIKE FAMILY, NOT A CUSTOMER!!!! DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE!! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!!! CUSTOMER 4LIFE!!!!

Couldn't find my locking lug socket, stopped in to see if they would be able to get the lugs off without it. Sean looked and was able to. They even change the spare out with my other tire that need to be change. Amazing service. We have used several different locations over the years. The service and prices are always hard to beat. Thank you Sean for the amazing customer service. Quick, prompt and excellent communication though the whole transaction .

Just left this shop, and I am shocked at how they treat customers. I saw one of the employees, some bald guy, literally get into the face of a customer and square up and cuss him out, I was HORRIFIED. I left before even getting helped because I did not want to be around an employee that was so blatantly aggressive. First time in here and it'll certainly be my last.

All the desk guy did was try to sell me new tires for $2000. I went to get my free rotation since I bought there, but he refused saying, "There's no point. Your tires are 2 weeks from being timed out."I learned my lesson.

I visited the Burlington Discount Tire because I had a screw in my tire tread. An our later they called me and said I had 3 or 4 screws in my tire, it was leaking, and they couldn't repair it. He asked if I wanted to look into a replacement tire. I requested they just put it back on the truck for now since my gut told me that didn't sound right and my tire hadnt leaked any air. I returned to the store and asked what tires they had available if I was to buy some similar sized ones. He said one option and I asked if he could list some options out. He said that would take too long, just go look on the website. He wasn't completely rude, but he definitely seemed uninterested in things to do with tires at the tire store. I was actually interested in changing to a less aggressive style of tire, but I guess I'll have to research it myself on the website.I left and examined my tire a few times and found 2 screws. I went to Les Schwab and asked them to check my tire, but said nothing about the trip to DT. Les Schwab removed 2 screws and neither one had punctured through all the way so no repair was needed. They checked my brakes, my tread, and put the correct amount of air in the tires since DT had put 70 lbs of air in the one tire.This was a big fail for Discount Tire. I used to like them a lot and recommend them, but I haven't been impressed on a couple of my last few visits.2 stars for the visit. 5 stars for the Les Schwab visit.

they are all super nice people, but you really have to watch them to make sure they do it correctly. I bought new tires and wheels and they were short Lugnuts for one of the wheels so I had to come back at a later date to get the new lugnuts put on. After he said he was done putting the lugsnuts on I asked if he torqued them and he said "oh yeah,let me do that really fast". and then when he finished, he went around to all the other tires and checked them, and my back drivers side lugnuts were finger tight. Thankfully, I just live right down the road and I haven't driven it since I got the wheels and tires put on. That could have been bad! Lol. Please just watch what they do if you go here.

Great customer service. Had a screw lodged in a tire and was concerned about getting a flat. Called them and Adrian immediately addressed my concern and they were able to fix the problem. (I had thought I would need to replace the tire) They checked my tires and assured me they still have some life left in them, and offered to check them on a monthly basis, letting me know when it is time to replace them. 5-star business! Thanks Discount Tire!

Usually really enjoy discount tire but this one is an exception. The discount tires in Texas are way better since I moved here. I scheduled an appointment to get my tire flat fixed. I noticed my tire psi decreasing 10 psi about every 2 weeks. I took it in and waited a reasonable time. 20 minutes or so. The gentleman at the desk didn't even hear my explanation as to what I was telling him was wrong with my tire. I told him there was a small metal piece stuck in my tire that I found and was slowly decreasing my psi. I then get told they found a small nail in my tire but it didn't go all the way through. Said they put it in the dunk tank and everything. So I took their word for it. About 2 weeks later I notice my tire psi is still dropping. I also live in oak harbor so I already have to drive 45 minutes there and back. I take it in again and wait about 20 minutes again. They tell me again they found a small nail in my tire and they fixed it. I am now waiting to see if my tire pressure goes down. It's been a few days so hopefully it's fixed but then yesterday I look at my tire and see the same exact metal piece that I found in the first place STILL stuck in my tire. I am super frustrated with the quality of service at this discount tire. Even if this wasn't causing an issue you would think they would take this out so It wouldn't cause a problem to my tire later down the road. I even have tire insurance through them. I guess they just want more of my time and money. Would absolutely not recommend this discount tire. Quality of service is lacking.

We had bought new tires for my daughter a year ago, and I also put new windshield wiper blades on. The tires are great, but the wipers were nice and heavy duty. So now, fast forward a year, my truck needed new windshield wiper blades, and of course, I came here to get them. they were quick to replace my old ones. I was in and out within 10 minutes. Thank you, guys!! See you when I need new tires.

I showed up today at 5:55pm, with 2 little kiddos in tow after my low pressure alarm lit up on leaving work. The staff were so gracious and didn’t hesitate for a second before getting things taken care of. I didn’t catch everyone’s names, but Manager Ricky and staff member Noah were really helpful and kind. They found a nail, patched my tire, and I was back on the road by 6:08pm. Such a relief to have it sorted after a long day of work and just wanting to get errands sorted and kids home. This place is a must try: for any tire related situation. During the snowy days I some how popped. I was able to get in the same day even though they were jammed packed busy. I dropped it off. A couple hours later I got a text saying it was ready to go. Super good experience. I will definitely come back.

Arrived on time for my appointment and the professional team kindly greeted me and had the car in the bay within 3 minutes!! I watched the team check in other customers and noticed how professional they were with everyone. Very impressive and props out to the manager. The crews in the bay are young and energetic and looks eager to do their job properly. I'm new in the area but have been a discount tire customer for years. This looks like one of the best stores I've seen so far and will definitely come back.
