The prices don't match the sale prices online. The staff while friendly didn't seem to be too concerned about the cleanliness of the store. I went to use the mens restroom and was disgusted to say the least. It had to have been weeks since it had been cleaned last. There was puke or blood on one urinal. Urine all of the ground along with hair and god knows what other fluids. i could not put my kids down.. Even saw one associate go in soon after i had left. I made another associate aware of the situation and was completely blown off. I would be embarrassed to run a store like this. Sad that it's the only place in town to try stuff out. Guess you could always check things out here and buy elsewhere. Wouldn't be sad to see this place close if they don't turn it around. Hope they see this and do something about the cleanliness at least.

Best selection in town for sporting goods. They also have a very large clothing section offering all the best brands. However they are a little pricey but then again everywhere is. At the checkout if you ask about coupons they are usually great about finding one that will work for you to save money! I could spend hours in this store. They always keep it clean and tidy as well.

I went with a friend and she had to exchange her son's football cleats. We had a wonderful experience! We had help trying to locate the size, found out they don't carry it, so offered to order it or find another pair we scoured the clearance with the associate, who found us what we needed. We also got a mouth guard while there and realized it was missing a piece when in the car. So when we ran back we exchanged it so very easily. Everyone who we interacted with was awesome! So whoever was working on 7/27/23 around 4:30 -6 pm!

They had a great sale on electric bicycles and they had a triple points promotion for signing up for their "Scorecard" loyalty program. My friend and I each bought a bicycle.We love the bicycles. And we each got enough loyalty points for an $80 reward.We used our rewards to buy Christmas presents.

Makenzee was the lady that helped me and she was efficient hospital and very informative. As she walked by she looked over and seen that I looked perplexed so she stopped and helped me. She checked availability and other stores and also showed me other products of my interest. I will definitely go back simply because of the way she treated me and knew her job and details of it. I came in looking for shoes for work and was instantly helped by an employee named Jamie, she helped me find just the right pair of shoes for work and was pleasantly knowledgeable about the products. Then when I checked out, Sean at the register was super friendly and helped make an overall pleasant experience. Will be coming back to shop here in the near future!

Good store, but not the cheapest.. Not even close. There surely kind of expensive. You can earn discounts by signing up for their email spam service, but the coupons expire super quick, or require you to drop a boat load of money to use. We almost never get to use them. Huge store selection, but it has a staff that doesn't really know how to, nor do they seem to be eager to help you find stuff. Amazing selection of baseball gloves, good selection of bats. Only place to buy cleats locally, in my opinion. (Be ready to hunt though.. So unorganized, staff does their best to make it worse, lol.) The only real issue I've experienced is when I am not early enough to get gear that my kids need.. when they run low on inventory for a given sport, they just start prepping for the next sport/season.

As fast as I can tell, this store is specifically for people...mostly school aged..who play team sports, and their moms. In three different states, I have unsuccessfully tried to find some pretty basic items for use out camping. It's probably a good store for outfitting your kid, it just doesn't t serve me or my camping/backpacking/boating friends.

Great customer service! I found someone working in bikes and asked where the workout head bands were. To my suprise, the lady dropped what she was doing and kindly led me to the other side of the store next to the basketball equipement. Everyone was very pleasant and grest customer service. I got the feeling that the employees were happy to be at work. I got exaclt what i was looking for and left a happy camper.

Did not have anyone available in Lodge area (hunting/fishing) but we pressed the help Hutton at the counter and a nice lady from clothing came and tried to help until the lodge guy could return. Overall staff is very helpful and friendly, minus one star for not having advertised specials in stock and lack of cross training with employees.

Usually pretty quiet. Had good selection of items. Prices are not unreasonable, and usually have some sort of sale going on. Staff helpfulness was good on answering questions, but sometimes hard to find one.

I had the most positive experience especially since I am not normally a sporting store shopper. Walked in and was surrounded by huge array of every thing from running shoes to soccer equipment (neither of which I was shopping for). As I in began to try to get my bearings "Robert" appeared, not sure if he is manager but "management" quality and expertise. I'm 76 so its ok for me to say "I love Robert". He walked me to exactly what I wanted, explained my options, helped me decide which was best for my needs and then walked me through the store to checkout. The check out lady (I didn't get her name) was a fun and friendly experience. I walked out, successful purchase with a smile on my face. Do i recommend Dick's Sporting in Burlington, Wa. YES! Without a doubt. FYI I am 76, far from feeble, can walk and talk so their customer care was what they would give any customer. JUST SAYING 10 Stars out of 5. Signed, Happy Me.

Tried to purchase a Discovery Pass. Four employees and 15 minutes later...still no pass. These people are in perpetual slow motion...no urgency whatsoever. Left the store, went to Big 5 and had a Discovery Pass in a minute...very nice!

We are Canadian and have been in this store twice. Both times, Mundo provided us with exceptional customer service and helped us with everything we needed. He helped us find the lacrosse equipment that we were looking for the first time that we stepped into that store.The second time, he could be seen all over the store helping customers in various departments as well as helping with the till.Thanks to Mundo for providing EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Bought a Old Town Saranac 146 with the curbside pickup feature. They did help me put it on my vehicle. But when I got home and took it off, I saw that there were a bunch of cuts in the bottoms and sides of the canoe as if they were dragging it through the store. There was also a big dent in the bottom of the canoe as well. For something with a big pricetag as the Canoe, I would have thought they would have taken care of it better. Would never buy a canoe or kayak from this store.

This business as a whole sucks. I’m just leaving a review for Burlington location since it’s the closest to me. Please don’t order anything online from them. Unless you want it to arrive NEVER. I talked to an agent online about their shipping and once it got past the automated responses they just disconnected because they probably didn’t know how to respond to my inquiry. Support local. Got what I needed, they have Titlest and Calliway golf balls on sale. Also picked up some golf gloves on sale and got the replacement contract for the gloves. Tear them up and get a new one with no fuss.

Dicks has a good selection to pick from and they have good quality merchandise. They seem high priced but say if you find the same thing being sold somewhere else, that they will match the price
