One of smaller Costco fuel stations. Still very nice. Easy in, easy out. Clean. Pumps have long hoses for fueling on either side of vehicle.No staff at this location.

My visit was around 4:30 pm on a Tuesday. It wasn't too crowded, easy to find parking. They have friendly and helpful customer service. Among other items, I picked up the street tacos (ready-made meals located in the back of the store). They were delicious.I found a reclining chair that I was interested in purchasing. There was a price tag above, but I didn't see any in a box. I took a picture of a chair price tag. The cashier at the self checkout looked up the merchandise code and had someone bring one to me from their inventory. They loaded it into my vehicle.

This Costco is amazing. On a Sunday, right before labor day and when the guys were going to leave early to celebrate, I blew a tire. I came in to get it replaced, as I needed to drive my friend to the ferry. I have AWD so all 4 would need replacement. They did it in 45 minutes and I still haven't had issues. As for the rest of the store: very clean. Displays are always organized and aisles easy to navigate and find your stuff. Pharmacy is quick and easy, knowledgeable pharmacists. The bakery makes me fat. No complaints with this Costco.

Store needs to address the massive pileup of customers standing at the checkout area waiting for food. Maybe move the food court to the exterior like some stores? Also, they don't keep things consistently stocked. Whoever does the ordering needs mentorship from more experienced stores.

Had a checker named Courtney today 3/10/24, Sunday. The guy in front of us was having issues with his app not loading. I understand. Stuff happens. When I asked what was going on she said, "you can go to another check out line. There's plenty of them. It's busy." We stood there for ten minutes. She was rude, unprofessional, and clearly hates her minimum wage job. How you can get away talking to customers like that is beyond me.

Costco continues to have excellent quality, as well as prices.I just filled up with diesel, then drove through their car wash. Then, into the store for groceries.I will be a non stop customer.

Today my service dog (in training) came in the store like we typically do every weekend; the front greeter Cristine aggressively harassed us and said my dog wasn't really in training.She literally yelled this at us. Not only was I embarrassed but I am extremely upset because I pay to shop here and we have never bothered anyone and my dog still needs more refinement with what I need her to do BUT, she is calm and stays next to me.With the women yelling at me, it totally threw my dog off her focus and that is what makes training more difficult. Every dog is different and I have no problem answering questions when I am asked in a respectful way.This lady Cristine should not work in customer service.We did talk to some management and they have been very kind and assured us that they would handle the situation.I hope this doesn't happen to another customer again because it definitely has changed how comfortable we feel shopping at Costco..

I would rather go here than to the Marysville location for shopping. It's busy but the traffic down south is worse than traveling north on the freeway. Being on Camano I can go to either location. Burlington store is better for me.

Such a great location! So many products at great prices. Exactly what you would expect at a warehouse type store (large quantities at exceptional cost)!Ample parking and a layout making even the back 40 seem close. Many accessible spaces available in close proximity to the entrance/exit.Items were well stocked. Store was clean and orderly. Aisles in the store allowed the vast amount of customers to safely social distance while shopping.Social distancing markers visible at checkout. Ample checkouts open to handle amount of customers and two employees per checkout sped things along.Only issue was at checkout ... I had placed my member card for it to be scanned when I noticed the cashier aiming the scanning gun to the plexiglas. Apparently, she didn’t want to scan the card laying down but wouldn’t ask me to kindly hold the card up. Poor service on her part as she could have simply asked in the beginning.Nevertheless, my purchase was completed and I was on my way to the exit where the employees were friendly and made up for the previous lack of customer service.

I’ve always had such good experiences at Costco. I’ve been a member for 2 years now. Well today, I was at self checkout scanning a few items.. my bread scanned so I set it on the side with the previously scanned items, and it said item wasn’t scanned and help needed. So the worker comes over I explained to her that the item was scanned but there was an error.. then another worker comes over and must have thought I was stealing bread and without asking me scans the remaining 4 items in my cart as if I was going to steal them. I spend easy $400-500 a month here and I felt extremely humiliated. So I said to my husband “They apparently don’t trust us and think we’re thieves” where the lady just looks back at us and says nothing. I’m more than capable of scanning my own items, if you don’t trust people to do so maybe consider getting rid of self checkout

Lady staff named Karley at the exit was unnecessarily rude to customers. A few of us customers exchanged looks because we were surprised. One person commented after "that was unnecessary!" after we got out of the door. I'm surprised and disappointed to see such rude service in Costco.

Chaos for Christmas!Wow so popular! I'm loving the selection of quality goods at affordable prices this holiday season, once I fight my way in through the masses, lolNot a huge fan of the ordering system in place at the food court, tried to use cash to buy a pizza and gave up after the overworked counter person ignored me for ten minutes.Big crowd of folks milling around in the isle dodging the other customers trying to leave with their merchandise, waiting for their number to be called.Some Costcos have food court purchases available at the checkout counter also for extra ease, just an idea,Keep up the good work CostcoMerry Christmas

The only Costco in Skagit county, this location is so much better than the Bellingham or Smokey Point. It is usually a lot less crowded (even on weekends) and easier to find parking.The food court is inside at this location.Service has always been friendly and prompt.Finally, the samples are back post covid.Their gas station usually has some of the best prices around.

Horrible service never buy window blinds through Costco They constantly fall down, hang unlevel, they have replaced them after months and months of no contact! They don't call back or follow-up! The new ones are as bad or worse than the originals ones!Buyer be aware if I had time I could write a book on the lousy service!!!!!!!This is Costco's supplier they use Shade Concepts Avoid this place if you can. There was so much miscommunication among the staff which made every part of getting blinds so difficult. The owner will never own up to her own mistakes and will blame the customer and gaslight you. Be careful with working with this company. There’s better options out there!

10 stars to Burlington Costco. They are handling the hysteria with class and professionalism. I applaud who ever runs this team, as well as each and every one of the employees. They kept a lot of people calm. Amazing.

My husband and I just opened our executive membership card here. Literally same day of shopping we did our shopping and as it was time to pay cashier rummaged threw our clothing checking each indivual packed and just threw it back in the cart like it didn't matter. This made us both feel like we were being discriminated I don't know if it's because we are a minority couple they assumed we were trying to steal something. The person in front of us bought the same item of clothing and they didn't inspect their clothing the same way. Went again today to buy a TV and sure enough once again made us feel the same way. As I am on my way to self check out a lady approches me in a very rude manner telling me to show my card to someone just standing there telling me which register is open when I had just walked up to the same register. They asked again for my card as they are supposed to at the check out, mind you we are at self check out for this one individual item. The man sees my executive membership card and tells me to show him the back of it to confirm my picture matches me in a very rude way. As we are getting ready to pay the machine asks for a store associate because the machine asked me to once again scan my membership card the associate came over with a very snoby Attituded making me feel like I was stupid not knowing what I was doing. Costcos employees needs to do some type of customer service training where they are making customers comfortable to shop there not making them feel like idiots or theives..

Tried to go for just a regular shopping trip. Get in the car and didn't realize the cashier. Put 2 of my items in the cart behind me. then I get home and find out there's 2 other items missing as well. . these people are not capable of being cashiers and clearly should be doing something different. Like flippibimberger's don't waste your time shopping here. It is a waste of time. You'll be lucky if you even get all the items that you tried to purchase. Just a bunch of moron's! Costco, in Burlington, Washington clearly does not train their employees correctly. What a joke of a store! If they can't even train cashier's properly, what sneaky things is the management doing that no one knows of???? This store is clearly unorganized and not able to function. Like it should so go to a different Costco where you will have a good experience, and not a bunch of untrained people that have no idea what they are doing!

It 's just the best store and they have some really awesome prices on a lot of items!! I just wish when you find stuff there that you really like a lot of the time the 2nd time you go to get it they're completely out of stock.
