First time coming back (from Vancouver) since Covid and noticed they made the store a lot smaller by adding a wall around the perimeter. I still loved perusing the shelves and rows of clothes but it was very noticeable there was a lot less than pre-Covid.

I’ve been going to this store for a long time and hadn’t been back in a while but it was sort of disappointing and sad. They had a great selection of skirts and shoes but a very tiny dress selection. The employees seemed really nice and friendly and the store does seem clean and not as messy as Ross. The reason I’m giving it three stars is because the fitting rooms and restrooms are closed. You have to know your size before you go in because you can’t try anything on which is why I only bought a couple things instead of some tops I was interested in. I don’t really understand why a department store doesn’t have fitting rooms. I live 45 minutes away so buying clothes and then returning them if they don’t fit isn’t really worth it to me. I might as well shop online.

This place doesnt have a public restroom.. well they do, ut not open to public? with a toddler and being pregnant had to quickly check out in order to make it somewhere else to find a restroom!

An endangered species much like most brick and mortar stores. It used to be my go to place for work shirts, colognes, and my son's school clothes as they had good selection with great prices. The prices are still great, but the selection is dwindling as fast as the thinning of the crowd. Even the shopping area is just about half of what it used to be.

Love this place only thing that was very upsetting about was I felt like i was being followed by people that work there. Almost felt like they thought I was stealing from them and that's not okay at all. But other then that I love the prices. I have twin toddler boys and they have some really cute name brand outfits for 5.99 I was super excited about that. The boys looked so cute in them too..if only they had more of a variety of matching toddler big kids shoes then that would be even better

I love this store. Killer pricing on quality merchandise.Large inventory with many brand names represented.I bought a new suit last month that fit me perfectly for about half what I expected to pay.The facility is bright, clean, well organized and the bathrooms are spotless.In my mind, if a place has a bathroom that you don't mind spending some time in, then its a place that cares about its clientele.

I love shopping here. It's clean, well-lit, well-organized, and the prices are excellent. I've done a big chunk of my holiday shopping here, and it's one of the first places I head to for home decor that is actually affordable. The selection of clothing is also great and I've found some amazing deals on local sports team clothing from time to time.Pleasant staff, plenty of parking and very easy to get in and out of.

the workers here and so rude for absolutely no reason, i love this store and used to come here quite often. on the other hand, it’s not a very fun feeling when you’re shopping and workers are staring at you like some zoo animal who’s going to implode.it’s not a bad store it just has terrible employees.

Love this store, I can usually find something I "need" and I spend a lot less on notebooks here. I wish service were a bit better, though. Nobody checked on my through the entire store. Couldn't find want I needed today but I grabbed a few things for fun. While waiting in line one of the cashiers finished with a customer and flipped the light off, just a minute or two after a back up call had been asked for but not yet answered. Now I fully understand that people need to go home and sometimes the lines dont die down, but for future note, have the cashier step away from the counter, don't have the cashier make eye contact with the next customer in line while the only other cashier is having a problem with their customer/system. Even just saying "someone will be with you shortly" is nicer than that. I'd wait a half hour being next if it's for someone nice.

Drove all the way down from Bellingham with my pregnant wife was told that they closed at 9:00 p.m. arrived at 8:00 p.m. and was told that they are not letting anyone else in the building even online stated open till 9pm. Call spoke to the assistant store manager who was more interested in closing early then making money came down willing to spend several hundred dollars left with bad taste a unhappy wife and taking my business else were. Guess helping paying customers is too much to ask

I visited this location to pick-up a carry-on suitcase. It's so disappointing the suitcase is locked so the customer can't even look inside the compartments. I do understand theft prevention but, at what point are you insulting your customers. Burlington is taking the money from this ethnic group but, doesn't trust them.

I'm not frequently in this neighborhood but my daughter needed a new coat and this was on the way so we stopped in looking for a bargain. We had good luck at a different Burlington store previously when we needed to find a dress and we lucked out again this time too.She found a coat she liked and I found a few things also. They have a good selection of holiday decor and gift items in addition to their standard clothing and household things.The prices were pretty reasonable, especially for the name brand stuff (if it's authentic.)Service was quick and friendly at checkout, however I did not encounter any sales clerks on the floor to assist customers.Departments seemed fairly well organized and tidy, and also very clearly marked with large signage.

Burlington Coat Factory had friendly service and we got what we came here for (rain coat for me) at a great price! The cashier even gave me a coupon for 20% off out of the blue so my purchase was discounted even more.Parking is plentiful here and there's a good selection of items. They are connected to the Everett mall but they have longer hours than the other stores which I appreciated.If you live nearby, check your mail for a $10 off coupon at Burlington Coat Factory. #localguides

Wow just wow. I was scrolling through TikTok and came across a video of a mother defending her right as the mother of a child against your store employees cussing and screaming at the mother and spreading rumors to other employees. Because her daughter tried on pants over her legging in the store. You're employed insisted on screaming at the mother making it sound like the child was naked when in fact she was fully closed.
