It's Big5 come on.They have everything except firearms.They do have air guns though and some of those may be all you need vs a bigger,heavier,louder firearm depending on your situation.

I've been going to Big 5 for sporting goods for over 30 years. Four stars because some of the younger staff could use some more familiarization with the products they carry. Staff is always friendly.

We decided to shop big five Burlington for a pair of shoes..My girlfriend asked the casher for code to the restroom door..The clerk stated, customers can't use the restroom.. Needless to say we headed out the door and bought our shows at Fred Myer...Never will I give them business!!

I've been looking for hiking/work boots for days and have been beyond frustrated. This place is the only place I'll ever go after this because I can't even find anything over $100 even if I tried! Also great customer service!

These guys are top notch. They were sooo helpful when I came in a few weeks ago to get my kid a mouth guard. Unfortunately the mouth guard only lasted about 1.5 weeks and I needed to get a new one so I went back and they gave me a refund and I was able to get a new one, well that one also ended up not working so I went back again and they got me another one that works GREAT. They also saved a pair of kids shoes for me for 4 days because the ones I purchased accidentally had 2 right shoes and I wasn't able to get there until that day. All around amazing staff and service.

The boss wasn't around. It was a weekend afternoon. Customer service was bad. I said upon entering the store that I was interested in footwear. No one came to that part of the store. Two or three employees were socializing up by the front counter. I had to go up to the front counter two different times to request some help. Finally one young man came back to help me. He was helpful so I thanked him. The other employees were not helpful.

Fantastic staff! The first guy that helped me was very eager, and the woman that came after him went above and beyond. She must be the manager? Didn't find what I was after but I will be back to buy other items. Super excellent service with some really great inventory

As expected this place has a wide variety of items for your sporting needs at some great pricing. Store is a little cramped feeling as they do carry quite a few options for everything it seems. Store was clean and organized and the staff was eager to greet and offer help. Found what I needed no problem and some stuff I didn't need, but I got anyway. Lots of parking and easy to see off the main street and from the Fred Meyer's gas pumps/parking area.

Easy to get a discover pass. Polite employees. Wheelchair accessible sidewalk but regular doors, very difficult to get through. Not overly noisy, no obnoxious music playing. Clean. Pet friendly.

Great customer service, helpful but not lurking around being nosey.Paid a good price for binoculars. I was hoping they carried more camping gear. They specialize in mostly athletic gear and shoes. If you need a jock strap and tennis shoes, this is the place to go.

I think the customer service here is excellent. Yes there were a couple fellas chattin, but not unruly. I got offered assistance and asked how my day was 100 times. And yes, prices may be a bit higher...but that's business. They are Big 5, Not Dicks Sporting Goods. When you order over 100 of the same product, you can charge less for it. Like Dicks and Amazon. Big 5 is a small store, I'm sure they work their asses off to sell what they get. It's taken care of me and my family. And we will continue to shop here.

Great service without being overbearing. When I called to see if I could buy something over the phone they apologized for not being able to due to their store policy but instead agreed to hold the sale item for me behind the counter until we could get to Burlington. Other stores who promised to do similar things always seem to sell it out from under me before I get there without any regret. Big 5 had the item right beside the cashier safely waiting for us to arrive. She also directed us to the rest of the sale items without any pressure to buy more expensive items we didn't need!

Some good prices some seemingly overpriced things. Sports equipment everything, not many fishing lures, lots of shoes hiking and whatnot. Skates and roller skates alalible, some boards too.

I love this big 5. The employees are really helpful. They have a nice assortment of shoes and athletic clothing, the return policy is great too. I also really like to buy their sunglasses. Amazing sales.

Found A Personal Shopper Thanks To Noel's Great Service! Amazon couldn't deliver the tournament quality bocce ball set we wanted for Father's Day fun. Called our local Burlington, WA Big 5. Not only did Noel find the set for me, it was on sale $20 cheaper than online. Fast, easy, friendly service. Terrific!

One of their smaller stores. The selection is always good despite their size. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Even when they're really busy. It's also an easy to store to make quick runs in and out of. Good place to go to for your outdoor and sporting needs.

They have a decent selection of shoes and active wear for women. The staff is both helpful and friendly. I just joined Planet Fitness so I needed some new gym shoes and attire. This store had things I needed and I do recommend shopping here. Fred Meyer is right by it and Pizza Factory 😋 😋

Went in looking for a good winter coat, they had them, the staff just didnt know how to direct us to the coast we were actually looking for. While shopping here use your eyes to find the product you want, dont bother asking the staff.
