Pretty standard experience. Staff was around if I needed help but was free to roam without being bothered. Got a nice Canon Pixma printer for a very reasonable price. Staff at checkout was personable but to the point. In other words a perfect cashier

Decent for a brick and mortar electronics store still around. For some things it's a quite limited selection. But good for when you're not quite sure on something completely being able to check out some displays. Employees are nice and helpful. Just sometimes can be a bit of a wait for an employee to actually help.

Very excellent customer service. Staff did the best they could to answer my questions and lead me to the products that I needed. I ended up returning everything however. The items I bought did not perform as advertised on the box. The Cyber Power battery backup system won't keep my laptop powered for 221 minutes nor will it power for more than 30 minutes. It's a heavy 35 pound $200 paper weight. I told staff about it and hopefully they can save other customers from wasting their time. Hassle free returns though. I kept all the packaging intact.

December 3, 2023 7.25 pm. My friend and I went to consult about Starlink Internet at Best Buy Burlington WA. We liked it when we looked at it. We wanted to buy. But along the way we saw that there were 75-inch TVs on sale. At the entrance to the Guy’s store, we asked to call someone for advice. He said that he would now send the person to us. We waited 10 minutes, no one came up to us, and we decided that we would come the next day. But already at the exit, this guy who stood there and promised us that he would call someone to help us told one guy that we needed help with the TV. We said that it was already late and we waited 10 minutes and we had to go. My friend walked out and the door closed behind him. But I was still standing in the store when this guy from the security began to swear and kick my friend out and accuse him of saying bad words to his team. But this is not true. My friend has been a Christian since childhood and has never allowed himself to say bad words. But this guard kicked him out and told us not to appear in his personal store anymore. My friend heard him swearing and went into the store to ask what happened. And this guard kicked him out and said that he had said bad words to his friend. My friend asked you to have video cameras. Let's listen to what I said. And if I said a bad word, I will apologize. But this guy insulted him and kicked him out, threatening to call the police if we didn’t go out and come here at least once. I ask you to deal with this employee and I, as a comrade, want this employee to apologize to my friend. Yes, we are Russians and this guard aroused his hostility towards us. I see this as discrimination. We have lived in this city for 19 years and have already purchased more than 1000 products without problems. But we will remember this day for a long time. If this security guard does not apologize, then I will be forced to file a lawsuit against your store. I'll go into the store soon and ask the store manager to talk. Thank you.

They (Geek Squad) successfully transferred the data from my RIP computer to the new one purchased at Best Buy. The transfer was done in only a few days and they also ensured I was completely set up and ready to roll!

Was pleased with sales, but geek squad is ridiculous.Paid for extended service plan. Was given appointments two days later to have data transferred from old laptop to new. Sales led to believe would be done while wait. Got there and found it could take two or three days. Wanted to set appointment to pick up two days later. But told if done could come in and pick up after being called. 5 hours after drop off was called that it was ready. I told the tech that I would be right over to pick up. Was told could not had to have appointment contrary to what was told. Then told next available appointment was three days away near end of business. Tech refused any other way to just pick up. Also refused to call if an appointment opened any sooner. I didn’t spend extra money for extended service program to be treated in this manner. It is clear that communications between departments even within same department is highly lacking.

I spent over $1000 having a computer built. They did the software install. Failed to put in a dvd drive. Fail to give me a product key for Microsoft Windows. Now I have to take it upon myself to either buy the stuff and do it myself or cancel my order. Take it back and do it from scratch seriously poor poor poor tech support

Overall the staff at this location are friendly. I had an issue with one of their staff in the mobile phone area talking down to me which wasn't appreciated at all.The reason for the 4 star is that this location is smaller than others I have visited and so the stock levels seem to be lower here. Could be due to supply chain issues but when something is in stock you have to jump on it otherwise you will need to have it delivered.

Barely anything left in the store, and I couldn't get anyone to help me. I repeatedly tried to get these two employees having a personal conversation about their girlfriends drama to help me with a few questions I had to no avail. So I left.

I had a very poor experience with both the geek squad and Best Buy at this store. I was told that although everyone was in agreement that my products were covered by an extended 2 year warranty (which costs extra money when the product is purchased) they would not take in product in ad could not be bothered to look into the issue. The store manager, Alisha, would not provide the Geek Squad team members name, was out of business cards and only provided a first name. This store has refused to repair equipment purchased from them and under their total tech plan. I could not be more dissatisfied with the store, the tech support, phone support and the Alisha the store manager. After being sent away with my damaged products, I found my original receipt that shows the purchase was made at this store (which should not matter) and that it was currently covered by my Total Tech Warranty. I was still sent away and told by Alisha "I still can't do anything for you, go call corporate" . This is not how any customer should be treated for simply trying to use the extended warranty that was sold for exactly this situation.If I were a family member of this store manager, I would bet she could find a way to help and not simply tell me to call corporate, which I did while I was in the store today, in January and again in June. They told me to speak to a store manager. Thanks for nothing and you would be better off ordering from Amazon or Walmart!!! Skip the Geek Squad and go to Best Phone repair.UPDATE: Every other store I stepped foot in was able to help me quickly and apologized for the manager in Burlington. What a poorly run store and ineffective management team.

Can't trust this best buy. Had to bring a ticket that was on the shelf locked in a security game case to the front counter to get a game. They informed me they no longer had the game. Even though they had 2 on the shelf.

The general manager at this location, Alisha H. is unprofessional and dismissive. I sought help from Best Buy customer service four different times and was given four different answers regarding their protection program. I was told to email Alisha. She read the message and never bothered to email me back. Then when I came into the store she was adversarial for jo reason. I won't shop with Best Buy again.

I could hardly believe I had to make an appointment to buy a phone. They set me up an appointment and when I got there the appointment was with the Geek Squad not the cell phone people so I had to make another appointment all to have it canceled last minute. Horrible management and super understaffed. Having said that the people who finally worked with me were great and very helpful people. But I am NOT impressed with BestBuy one bit.

I was greeted at the door by 2 nice gentlemen. I told them I needed some charging cords for my phone and my tablet. I was led to the display and after answering a couple of questions the clerk picked up 2 cords, opened the boxes and let me make sure they were the cords I wanted. I was led to the checkout counter where another man checked me out with a smile and I was on my way within 10 minutes. It wasn't until I walked out of the store that I realised they were closing for the night but they all stayed and were very kind and considerate of my needs. Thank you.

Ever improving.The store layout is a little unexpected, but the receptionist at the front desk was awesome to get me to the products I needed.Found just the quality products I was looking for with no time wasted and was on my way.
