Do not attempt using 7-11 app hereemployees had no idea 7-11 even had an app, let alone the scan/pay function. This led to the most awkward and frustrating interaction as I had to defend myself to the cashier's that yes, I did in fact pay for my stuff. I'm 100% that if I just walked out of the store while flashing my phone at the cashier LIKE YOUR APP SAYS TO DO that these people would have called the cops.

There is NO public restrooms for customers. It is NOT posted out front anywhere, I checked before going in, after making my purchases, I asked to use the restroom and was denied. I mentioned they should at Least post it visibly out front, so patrons who need to use the restroom can read the sign before wasting their money at this establishment. The owner was quite rude about it, though I was extremely polite. Just an FYI for anyone who stops here to use the restrooms, there are none that they will let even paying customers use!!!

An item I was carrying slipped out of my hand and broke. They berated me. After I apologized and cleaned up my mess, they then charged me for the broken item. I left empty handed, $5 poorer, and unwilling to ever set foot in another 7-11, ever.It was worth the $5 to discover the reality of this company.Thanks for the boilerplate response. No, I don't think I care to respond to your survey and the fact that this is your standard response just reinforces my point. I'd go less stars if I could.

Terrible People run this place. They showed their true colors today. I have been shopping at this store for twelve years. My wife has been shopping there even longer.They have a sign posted on the front of the store for a medium Slurpee for a dollar. They did not want to honor it. To make matters worse a lot of people were in line. Raj was very loud and rude. As if we had no money. The issue is we wanted the sale price. Then he said we had the wrong size Slurpee- sale is for a medium- as you can see it says medium on the cup. He didn't want to listen then he threatened to call the cops. I said go ahead and show them your sign while your at it. After this we'll shop at Fairhaven Market or AMPM, we will not spend our hard earned money with rude crooks. Sad dishonest people run the Burlington 7-Eleven. As you can see $1 medium Slurpee 04/10/19 to 05/21/19. Today is 04/10/19.

On August 8th 2023I stopped inn at this 7-Eleven with my emotional support animal and the worker watch me walk in with my service animal and waited until I got to the slurpee machine to let me know that my dog wasn't allowed in the store with me. Then the worker chose to argue with me on the laws of having an emotional support animal. So because of that workers actions I will no longer give Burlington 7-Eleven my business. But luckily I don't live very far from a 7-Eleven and they don't question me about my emotional support animal

I was in so much pain with a stomach ache (i suffer from migraines for the past 15 years, this was just bad, and needed to use a rest room). I told them I'd buy something if i could use the rest room, but the person said there wasn't and made a gross expression. Whoever that was, I want to say a lot of negative things towards you but wont. I know you have a rest room. Absolute jerk

The people who run this place do not understand how 711s deals work and will not honor them. I attempted to buy a beverage and they refused to sell it to me without paying for the "cup price" of 1.50, ON TOP of a refill price of 1.30. Any other gas station or beverage sales in general: the initial price comes with a fill of your beverage. Refills are considered 2nd cups. This was not the case with the cashier I had. There are many other options on the same road. Avoid this place at all cost

Was attempting to get drink out of fountain machine and it was having problems.It kept running out of flavor and changing to water only.I was yelled at for pouring it out and pointing out why by demonstration of paticicular flavor.They checked said it was OK and tried agian and had some problem.The older man treated me like I did not know how machine worked.I eventually just bought a bottle of same stuff and left.

The old Indian lady who works here was screaming and swearing at an old couple as I was waiting in line. It took so long that I just left and went to the other store across the street. If you scream and swear and treat customers that way you should not work in customer service. I will be contacting corperate

These people are absolutely disrespectful and rude I will never spend my money at the 7-Eleven again. They treated my friend like she was some homeless bum when in all reality she was trying to pay for a pizza with her debit card that she preloaded cash on from 7-Eleven and they wouldn't let her take cash off so because of that incident they told her she had to wait outside for her Pizza she could not look around the store, if you ask me that's disrespectful and definitely unacceptable! When asked to refund the money they refused. So much hate! They have no idea the day we already had!

I am adding another 1 star review. I appreciate day staff, but the night guy refuses to have any food ready for any late night workers. Over the past year, I have seen food maybe 4 times. He is always just sitting on his phone, as now one of the few places open 24 hours, would be nice to be able to eat something in a rush.

When it comes to 7-11's this is a let down. For someone who works nights, going in anytime probably after 10 you have no hope of hot food or slushies. The rollers aren't even running, if you ask the guy working (same guy I've seen everytime ive been in) to cook anything, he refuses staying the equipment is broke. A major let down as the day staff is fairly enjoyable.

Loved this store, great family owns it, went for 3 years straight. The new guy they hired that works early mornings is very rude, cannot speak, or understand english, rushes you when you are in the store, yells at customers, and has no respect. He ruined my experience at this 7 eleven and I will not be returning, and I will be telling my friends and family to never shop here again.

I actually enjoy coming to this 7-Eleven as the owners/workers there are nice and respectful. I usually get stuck there for a few extra minutes cause I'll end up chatting with the owner's.

The owners are awful. The store ks dirty. Items are expired. Lots of homeless in the area. Coffee is old and cold. They do not honor the rewards program and get mad when you redeem your promotions. I love all 7 elevens but this by far the worst! Do not go here!!!

I have never had a problem with this place until now, I was denied access for my Service Dog and was illigally asked why I am disabled and to show prof. I filed a complete through the Department of Justice and Civil Rights. I would suggest to the owner to educate your staff of what is and isn't allowed to be asked before you get more complaints piled against you. This whole scene cause my service dog to be left outside and for me to get an attack...good luck

This is my go-to convenience store for fast & friendly service. One day I bought the wrong type of pod for my e-cig and they gave me the one I actually wanted for free. Decent prices & awesome staff!

One of the few 7-Eleven stores left.At one time it seemed they were on (or near) a corner of every major intersection in every city I have lived....but that no longer seems to be true.It seems to be a busy location, with typical offerings.

I came in for a couple slices of pizza they had one slice of pizza left that looked very old and gross I asked if they had another pizza or if another one was cooking they made another pizza they gave me one old slice and then a new slice and I kindly asked if I could have two of the new slices and they said no and then they started yelling at me and gave me my money back I just don’t understand why it was such a big deal for me to get two new slices of the pizza that they just cooked instead of the old slicer had probably been sitting there all day it looked very gross and very old very rude owners I was being nothing but pleasant don’t understand why they had to be so rude if I could give this zero stars I would and I will never be coming back here again.

I love the musky human smell of this place! I feel primal when I go here. Its like a sweaty urban watering hole. It puts me in mood for oily meats and sugar drinks.
