LOVE this store. Probably because of two really amazing employees there that take such good care of me and my poodle. If you are in Burien by the PCC, stop in and ask for Erin and or Dani. They have helped me explore food options for my stubborn standard poodles who went on a kibble strike. With their help directing me to a bunch of different options, my dog is now eating again! With gusto! They both know so much about dogs, and the products at the store and are just great people providing stellar customer service. Bunny in picture is Sammy’s new favorite stuffy (got it at All The Best Pet Care).

My favorite branch of my favorite pet shop - All The Best Pet Care is a locally owned chain that carries the highest quality items, primarily for cats & dogs, but some things for other pets as well.While every branch I've visited has super friendly, well-trained, helpful staff - Burien's team is just one step beyond. They remember me and help me find fabulous things for my cats. They are patient with my questions. Thank you!The items here are the best quality. They are not cheap - but are priced as reasonably as they can be. They also have a loyalty program - so when you spend a certain amount of money, you get a small amount towards your purchases. They have sales on different brands each month and stand behind their inventory 100%.

Last week, I had worked a long day and then had to stop at 3 stores in this shopping center. I was tired and a little grumpy. I walked in to All The Best and saw Erin and Dani working at the register, and immediately brighten my day. They are both so friendly and kind and always so helpful when I'm having an issue with my picky eater dog. Erin and Dani are wonderful and I'm so happy they work in my neighborhood.

Drea at all the best in Burien helped me select some new food for my kitty. She provided me with some free samples. It’s always a nice experience. They host monthly non-anesthesia dentals too. Great pet store to have in the community. And right next to Trader Joe’s!

The name describes them well, this place is the absolute best. They have everything and run great sales. Also the staff is incredible. My kitten just had surgery and has been having a really hard time in recovery so I haven’t slept well, I went in and described my situation to Andy who was able to help me get some pheromone to help calm and well as many other items that have really helped us and kitten during his tough time. I appreciate how much they truly care and spend time to connect and help their customers. Thank you All the Best! Thank you Andy!

Was thankful to be able to do the anesthesia free dental cleaning for our cat as he was not the same for a week after the last anesthesia based cleaning. I can't believe all the one star reviews from people complaining they weren't greeted or offered a treat. Maybe take off a star but one star? No one bent over backwards for me either but this is not a normal expectation in every other part of the world. I came to buy a good or service, not to be fawned upon.

I liked this place. There was a good selection of quality cat toys and very cool cat towers! I also saw a lot of cute toys for dogs too! Some of the pet beds are very fun and creative. Some of the pet beds have little stuffed animals in them which were so adorable.

I love this store. Mina loves this store. The staff are always friendly and polite, and they have the largest selection of raw compared to any store nearby me. It makes me happy that they're not afraid to advocate for raw, it really is a superior food for pets.I hope everyone comes here and learns more about pet food to help lead healthy and happy lives for thier fur babies. 💕

Love the business but this specific location is struggling with their staff with customer service. We’ve been here about 10 times and every time we walk in there’s no greeting and the employees on the floor always seem so bored and uninterested in customers. We USED to have a tradition to shop at this company whenever we got a new puppy and have always been given a new puppy care package free of charge. Unfortunately this specific location TOTALLY let us down the other day when we walked in with a newly adopted, tiny puppy. No interest at all from the employees. No new puppy care package given or even offered. Management needs to hire people who actually seem interested in pets and who seem willing to help out. Every time we go here, and splurge on our pups the staff always seem so SO unhappy and uninterested. This store’s vibe sucks.

I want to give thanks to both Olivia and Sidney for their excellent service. I am a first time dog owner, and they have both been more helpful and knowledgeable in advising me than even my vet!Recently my puppy was very sick, vomiting, and wouldn't drink or eat. Their advise on what to feed her worked wonders, and she's back on track now.Another incident resulting in red swollen eyes (allergies) was solved with the right eye drops.I always look forward to visiting All the Best. Thank you again Sidney and Olivia, and all the staff members at the store that always make us feel welcome.

I absolutely LOVE this store. Everyone is always so willing to help out, and care just as much about my dog than I do. Cheyanne has been an absolute great help when shopping in the store and always listens to my stories about my huge doggo Padfoot. Great selection of toys, treats, and food. I also love that they carry so much stuff for Birthdays and often have free samples of raw food items for dogs.

Fully stocked. Great customer service. Many different coupon deals available, which help bring down the sort of high prices.Just went back today. There was only one employee that I could see. She helped me with a soft donut style cone for our new rescue dog, who arrived from Mexico with a nasty wound on her head. The gal who helped me was super helpful, and very friendly. Quite refreshing to shop at a local business, especially when the employees actually care! Great job, folks! My purchase was on August 9th at 3:40pm. The name on the receipt says Sidney G. Please let her know that she is doing a TERRIFIC job!

Disappointed! I researched for weeks which harness and leash is the best value for me and my 65lb retriever/pit puppy. I decided on the Ruffwear brand harness and leash. All the Best had these in stock with 10% off and decided to go to this store to purchase.There were two or three employees, and no-one came to ask if I needed help. I went to the counter to pay and asked the employee his recommendations and explained my situation. He was no help. My dog was in the car, so I tried on the new harness and immediately went back in to exchange the medium for a large. He could not do an exchange. It had to be a return and since I was only purchasing one item the promotion was not valid. I went and got the leash and returned that. I understand it was not the employees fault how the system works, it's the stores! After getting home I decided I am returning the Ruffwear products as I do not trust them. They are not made of quality that is worth a $110. I do not trust the products would hold as much pressure force as my dog would apply. Disappointed I have to go back to that unfriendly, unhelpful store but it will be my last since Ruffwear was supposed to be their best product line.

I really like this place a lot. They have some freeze dried chicken that I cannot find anywhere else that's pretty high quality. It's about $25 a bag but it is well worth it. I gave four stars because it seems that the customer service is not as good as it used to be. When I went in last time, the two ladies were more interested in talking to each other than they were in assisting myself and the two people I was with.

This store has a huge selection of food for dogs. Not run of the mill food, it's very high quality, and they stock all varieties of each brand. The help was exceptional and knowledgeable, and the store was organized and clean. They also had a great selection of toys, accessories, leashes, and collars. I haven't shopped for our cat there yet, but what I skimmed by looked to match their dog stock. I will be going back regularly.

All the Best Pet Care staff are phenomenal! My last cat had cancer and got finicky; they helped me get his appetite back. I now have a new rescue and once again the manager spent quality time helping me decide what to choose that is best for his health!! 10*'s! :) Clean, well-stocked store filled with healthy pet food, supplies, and toys!

I could not enjoy this store more. Ive interacted with three separate employees and they are all knowledgeable, and friendly. The prices are not insane, i feel the support of a local small buisness is worth the extra couple bucks than if i ordered whatever im looking for. Their return policy is amazing! And again, great employees. It's obvious this company takes pride in their products and has a sense of commitment to their community to give you quality without charging too much.

This place is amazing! Kristina and Chandra are always super helpful when I stop in. They have a wonderful raw food section and great prices. My dog even loves this place more than me. She knows she going to get lots of love and treats everytime.

I went in on 7/30/18 and was completely underwhelmed. The girl working behind the counter greeted me with a smile, but nothing else. No “hello”, no “how are you?” She never said anything else to me the whole time I was there. In fact, she never came out from behind the counter except when she was asked by another customer if they carried a specific cat food. The cashier then said, "I don't know" and went to the back to check with her co-worker. Why didn’t she walk over to the cat food with the customer? (That customer left, by the way. And it’s a very tiny store, so you can hear everything going on.)The type of products they carry are good products, but it’s a very limited selection. And WAY more dog stuff than cat stuff, so that was sad. But because of the customer service (or complete lack thereof), I won’t be going back. The final nail in the coffin, so to speak, was when I was waiting in line: the girl behind the counter offered treat samples for the customer in front of me to take home to her pets, yet when she rang me up, she never offered any treat samples. Incredibly rude. You should treat each customer the same. I’m super disappointed with my experience. Don’t waste your time if you’re expecting good customer service.

The staff was disarmingly knowledgable and helpful, the interior decor was warm and inviting, and they are devoting the entire month of August to feline hydration, which is the most adorable thing I've ever heard. As I was checking out, they practically threw half a week's worth of free samples at me.I normally get my food at Mud Bay since it's right by my work, but I will strongly consider taking a detour to come back here again.

I should preface that this review is based on my cats' opinions.Everything I have bought from this store they love...from the GoBird toy to the raw meat variety available here, and venison, their absolute favorite, can be ordered in a 2 lb bulk size. Then that Germanic sounding name of kibble...(all varieties of it), they love!Our kitten LauLau, is now 5 months old and is a holy terror in the house, he's developing the way his little wild heart wants to be and I think it's because he's eating nutritionally optimal food.Let's hope he doesn't change too much after his being neutered.

We just lost an older cat due to a compromised immune system....so we're very intent on our new kitten being fed the best food to develop optimum health, come what may. The staff here are so helpful and our cats LOVE the new raw food we're giving them.. especially the venison, and rabbit, hopefully it'll lengthen their lives, or at least equip them with a really strong immune system. RIP Sputnik!
