I just got finished in here and the lady that helped me was absolutely amazing!!! Her name is Brittney she has the most beautiful soul I have seen in a while and helped guide me with other forms of earths medicine to help with some of my autoimmune diseases. 10/10 customer service and will try to only get Brittney as my bud tender from here on out !!!

The service was awful. The disposal pen they sold me did not work. Since I did not open it right away I could not take it back. So they ripped me off 26 bucks. Do not buy any pens from this place you do not immediately see if they work. This place is a scam as far as there disposal pens. The pen was super nova moonana wreak.Super Nova has defective pens.

Mr Bill's of Buckley has a great selection of cannabis, accessories and the staff is fantastic. NICOLE helped me and she was SO friendly. I was very impressed with how knowledgeable she was when it came to selecting the right product to address my 92 y/o mother's medical needs. She took the time to answer my questions and I never felt rushed. We will DEFINITELY be back to Mr Bill's!

Update 12/2/23 vapours brand is on sale and i just got it for the first time tried it and out did its job perfectly. i like it been coming to this store since i moved to Bonney lake and they just got in a new cartridge by thrills. I want to sure about it but it is worth buying. The flavor is good i got the strawberry milkshake and i like it. I normally but TR Plaid jacket or this other one out is another all glass tank but i think ill be getting this brand until i get tired of it and search for another one for a little bit. The EZ cart or Vape is another good one....

I have been Shopping at Mr. Bills for sometime! Never knowing when my favorites would be available, half the time I would travel to other shops to find what I like ! Recently new management actually started listening to what customers actually want and has been keeping it available! Every time I go in the shop the staff is up beat and friendly! Nicole has been super helpful in maintaining my goodies! Nicole shows excellent customer service, always cheerful and her and the staff seem up beat! Nicole is a real gem 💎 and knows what I like!

I recently had a fantastic experience Kush21 thanks to James! They said we couldn’t do it, but James proved them wrong with his expertise. From selecting the perfect strain to recommending top-notch products, James had big beams for the teams. It is what it is, and James made sure I left satisfied. My review is specifically on the budtender Jasmine, she's one of the best budtenders I've ever bought from. She's got a fantastic personality which is so important in the customer service industry and is always incredibly helpful, she knows exactly what I'm looking for every time I come in, and if I'm looking for a suggestion all of her suggestions are always spot on. All of my interactions with her at Mr Bill's are always amazing and I hope they keep her around for a long time coming! :)

I love Bills and thoroughly enjoy the vibes of the bud tenders! NICOLE is super helpful and wonderfully friendly!! She knows me by my face! Lol! I never have to remind her who I am! I have shopped many different dispensaries, and the quality of products, pricing and customer service is exceptional at Kush21. What I really like about the Buckley store is the convenience of being able to order online. The website is very easy to use. I only wish there was a Kush21 closer to me in the Snoqualmie valley! There are a lot of places to buy product but my favorite is Mr Bills of Buckley. Why? They have a wide selection of product and great customer service. Nicole is the person I like to work with because she knows her stuff. She has always given me good recommendations whenever I tell her what I a looking for and she's friendly, too!

Every time I come here I have a good experience. Everyone is so helpful and informative! I have tried many places and always find myself coming back to this one. My favorite is the online ordering! I always online order and it’s always ready to go when I get there. Well today when I went in my order was a little messed up ( wrong item(s) in bag ) but Juan was super helpful and made sure I got what I wanted and I was on my way!

It's my favorite part of the week getting to re-up my stash with the nicest staff of budtenders! Especially had a great experience last time when it was very busy, long line of customers and Nicole the manager dropped what she was doing to help her staff move the line along quicker with a great attitude rubbing off on everyone and leaving smiles on their faces :)
