The two morning girls that were working there today were very rude. You would think they would know better than to talk about the customer in FRONT of the customer. They were talking about my friend’s dogs that have cropped ears and how much they dislike it. Now, it’s ok to have an opinion but you don’t talk about right in front of the customer who can clearly HEAR you. Talk about in your own time. As someone who works in customer services I was shocked at their attitude, and how careless they were.

Rude service. Unfriendly... Very unprofessional. I waited 10 mins plus to get a drink to be ignored and told " We don't have to serve you." And be laughed at because I'm upset for the lack of customer service provided today. 3 vehicles were helped, before I was even acknowledged... Then told, we can't see what's going on... After you looked at me. Unprofessional. If you can't see your lanes and what's going on how are you expected to remain safe at your work place and treat customers accordingly? I will think twice about giving the Buckley establishment my patronage again. I went somewhere else. My choice.

I only come here because I received a gift card for my b-day. The service is not so great, even today the morning 2 girls were not super friendly, neither of them smiled, seems like they don't have the time even though there is never anyone there when I go after dropping my son off at school. Maybe just bored because there are 2-3 employees working at one time unnecessarily, and they have to split those tips? Not sure, however I bartend on the weekends and understand how tips work, maybe they're new to customer service? I even stopped in once at 3:30 am after work and the service was lacking as well. One time they said they couldnt take cash? It's taken me 10 months to use a $50 GC because the service is snooty and the drinks are so-so.

I liked this place until the cold brew machine was down twice and they never put a sign out saying so. Waited in line forever each time, months apart to not get anything. Not going here anymore. Just let people know beforehand.Also, the person in front of us was like bringing their own syrup to use in their drink. That’s super unsanitary and definitely a big no in good safety.

I try to like this place because the drink selection seems delicious. But I kid you not I had to reverse twice because the drink was wrong then I got it a third time and I said f it. Making drinks should not be that hard.

Horrible experience walked over from the hotel an they ignored us then refused to serve me an my freind because we walked at night an when we came back in car an orderd 3 drinks they only excepted card an refused to take cash because they were card only but had no sigh saying that an then said I could buy a gift card but I would not get my change unpractical,rude an funny I guess

I have been coming here since it opened and the menu always says banana bread but the never have it so I stopped asking for a while. Today I figured I'd ask again since I keep seeing it on the menu and a good amount of time had passed the girl told me she had it charged me for it but handed me lemon bread when I told her I asked for banana she told me I said lemon even tho I don't eat any lemon pastries ever so I know that's not a flavor I'd ever say. I was then told they wouldn't refund me but could credit me for a pastry but I told them all I'd want is the banana bread then she finally refunded me so I was lied to about the refund process. Also this bigfoot has the least friendly staff I've experienced

You get a 3 because taking away cash takes away freedoms of others and I can not get down with that so I had my last and just so you know the best Super thick green tea frap thingy ever and I am sad about this but I can not continue to support a business that takes liberties and freedoms away and frankly my choice to use cash.... Your choice to go cashless my choice to not support you... Thank you for the years of coffee..😶

I’ve had a lot of mocha frappes, from coffee stands all over western Washington. It’s been a long while since I’ve gone to BFJ and I can tell you it will be even longer before I give them my business again. 2 stars for the barista, who was friendly enough..however, this drink is way below expectations. It’s reminiscent of a time I tried to make my own, without the aid of a proper blender. I cannot drink it because of the larger pierces of ice that clog my straw immediately. This location is fairly new and on the way to work for me several days of the week. A competitor of their is a block away and I’ll likely go there next time.

It was a nice surprise to see this particular Bigfoot Java. It was strange because I was really craving a mythical mocha. The thing that I love about Bigfoot Java besides the friendly staff; it doesn't matter which one you go to they are always consistent, consistent, consistent. They all taste equally delicious. Not like the corporate coffee chain which will remain unmentioned.
