Store owners are constantly patrolling their beach like it's a war zone, never have had a nice interaction here for the 7 years I've lived in Brinnon. Their store is always closed and their beach is overpriced. Feel free to come here if you feel like having rude interactions with unfriendly people who act more like Californians

Best beach in the area for paddle boarding and novice kayaking. All equipment is the on the beach for very reasonable rates and the general store is within a few steps. Clear blue water, lots of agates, family and pet friendly. Fire pits and picnic tables abundantly available and craving as well as fishing is open to all who pay the day use rate of $5.00 or campsites

I like this cute little store & the staff has been great to me. Very friendly. Don’t know what some people are talking about in the previous comment. My little grandson & I walk to the store almost every day. We are camped nearby & they have what we need.

Very well stocked little general store. Everything from jeans to ice cream, with many hardware items, camping supplies, and sundries. No produce though... The family owns the adjacent beach as well, and offers access, launching, and even camping for a small fee.

Very friendly. Great stopping point along Hood Canal. A mix of a convenience store and a hardware store, As a bonus, there are lots of old pinball and arcade machines for sale.

What a great place! We dropped in looking for ice cream for the evening's dessert, and found a wide variety of Schwann's Ice Cream products; But we also found a well-stocked grocery, with eggs, milk, and vegetables;We also found a full range of hardware items, BBQ supplies, canned foods, work clothing and boots;I grew up in Idaho with a Mercantile in the major towns, and Yelvik's brought back a lot of memories;These folks are friendly, the place is clean, well-lit, neat, and a genuine treat to shop in; They cover most every need of the local people, sportsmen, travelers, and campers;

This was great! You can stay for camping and its cheap! Everything is beautiful what i didint like was the bathroom very ew but if there was ever a emergency theres a store next so there everything you need!

I wish they were open later than 5:00 p.m. and open on Mondays and Tuesdays. I have tried a half a dozen times to stop there and they are always already closed.

It's pretty much what you need where you need it, but you're gonna pay for the convenience. Also there's no LOTTO or public restroom.
