The Brewster Veterinarian doctors and staff are extremely friendly. They go above and beyond what is excepted as well as going the extra mile. You couldn’t ask for a better caring veterinarian staff to take care of your fur children.We have been using the Brewster Veterinarian clinic since 1991 when it was just Dr. Mike. There is no need to go elsewhere when you have the best already!So if you want an extremely caring veterinarian that knows what they are doing and that will treat your fur kids like family then look no further then the Brewster Veterinarian clinic!!!!

We are Prettypuppypaws mobile grooming, we came here today as a service to the local community to offer pet grooming.We met a client in their parking lot sowe could promote their business…needless to say we were asked to “leave” if the dog we were grooming was not their client!…wow!..as a fellow local business owner I found that to be quite rude and bias.And their parking lot had one vehicle in it so it was not matter of space.The technician that came out was rude and very unwelcoming.Sad, as we we’re hoping to partner up.

I found it offensive that that business imposed on their very packed parking lot and wrote a 1 star review. And that is the first thing I saw when I looked for directions this morning! These people are great! They care about my dog. And helped me though a bloody dog this morning! I was there several times today when they took care of uno and they need all their parking that they own!

16 years with Brewster vet. They have cared for all my animals large and small. Very caring, professional and reasonably priced. Won't go anywhere else unless I absolutely have to. Even my chicken got the same care the furred ones do.

I despise that I’m having to write this. I was a happy referring client of Brewster Veterinary Clinic. I recently lost my 8-month-old golden retriever puppy, who had a diagnosed heart murmur, after a sharp downward spiral in his health that started with a routine rabies vaccine. They didn’t seem to believe me when I told them he was very sick in the couple days following our initial visit. They rolled their eyes when I brought him in for emergency intervention. They found extremely high white blood cells (indicative of an infection), but just threw some medication at us and scooted us out the door without a followup plan. It was a Friday afternoon. My puppy died in my arms suddenly and violently that Sunday morning. I was horrified at their total lack of compassion and concern. I never even received a sympathy card from them. I cannot and will not trust the health of my pets to Brewster Veterinary Clinic ever again.

Our vizsla was attacked by a bear and they got us in immediately and got him all patched up that same day. He’s since made a full recovery and we couldn’t me more grateful to the Brewster Vet Clinic staff for the great care they showed our dog.

They've always treated my animals great here, and I never worry when I have to drop them off for the day for a procedure. I know they're taking care of my dogs. They are very diligent about sending reminders for upcoming vaccination due dates to keep me on track.

The quality of care has gone down a lot ever since dr. Isenhart retired the new staff makes things very inconvenient and they don’t even give good attention to detail on your pet they just come in ask what wrong and that’s it, dr isenhart used to just check it all on my dog for every visit, all this staff cares about now is just the money not the experience sad to see a good dr go and new greedy staff that don’t really care about your dog/pet, it would be nice to have the friendly kind staff again but it’s not inviting when all they care about is money, they are losing some very loyal customers, I would recommend going to vet in Omak wa or even Wenatchee but I wouldn’t recommend Brewster Vet clinic if you want the best and most professional go somewhere els.

Absolutely amazing staff and highly knowledgeable veterinarians. Could not recommend them enough, been using them for over 30 years for my pets, they make us feel like family. We recently had to put our dog down and they sent us a card afterwards showing their support. We can't stop thanking them for everything they have done for us. While Dr Mike will never be replaceable, Dr Jamie is equally as awesome!

I can't say enough about these people and I am so very thankful to have found them! We moved to the area 8 years ago with our 4 aging huskies and started taking them to the closest vet, who shall remain nameless. However I never felt that my dogs were cared about, the vet was into farm animals and rodeo, and it felt like the only reason pets were treated was for the income. Without going into details there were 2 occasions when we had to drive 2 hours to an emergency vet because our dog couldn't be squeezed in, even though it was a life threatening situation.So even though Brewster is an hour away as opposed to 5 minutes, we knew after just the first visit that it was well worth the trip, and our beloved furbabies were truly cared about, not just a padding for their kids college fund. After about 2 years they've proven again and again that they are the right choice for our family, in addition to the different attitude toward us and our dogs, their prices are much more reasonable.Thankfully, after 6 years of worry and dissatisfaction I can truthfully say that I LOVE our vet, and all of their staff. They are simply a wonderful group of humans who let you know that they care, in the end, when it comes to non-human members of our family that is as important as their knowledge....at least for me

We had a wonderful experience with Brewster vet clinic! They took excellent care of our dog during a dental procedure, and even trimmed her nails for us. The staff, techs and vets were all friendly and knowledgable! I have already recommended the clinic to a friend!

Although the reason for our visit was a heart wrenching one I must say that our pup received the best care they could provide at this facility. We got Dr. Mike Isenhart and he didn't sugar coat what was happening. He gave it his absolute best efforts to save our son's service dog. I am so grateful for them. He truly has a good heart. If I was living in the area I would not take my pets to any other clinic. Dr. Isenhart if you see this, thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you did.

I never trust anyone but Brewster Vet clinic with my babies. Jamie & Mike are the best, and the ladies in the office always welcoming. I love that they let me into their back rooms to put my dogs in their cage, or stand with them when looking at them, or weighing them, etc. very open about their care and office. The welcome cat is the best! What a sweetie!

Very practical, no-nonsense approach to our pet's health. The vet staff is obviously very experienced. They don't try at all to sell you on unnecessary treatments or tests. Just good, get-it-done veterinary care. I have recommended this practice to many different friends and family.
